No luck here for us. Looked in all the seemingly obvious spots but don't think it's here.
Afternoon trek down to Wairakau Stream for a dip after walking up St Pauls Rock in Whangaroa. Had a look on our way back out but no go. Suspect this one has gone.
Decided to walk up from lane cove and try to find this one. Even though it had not been found in awhile looked behind all signs and any other place that looked likely. But nothing was found
Today I explored Kerikeri including its Saturday market before moving on to enjoy my time on the Wairakau Track. Gave this a 10min search before moving on.
We didn’t realise before starting to look for this one that it had not been found for 2 years!
Had a look about for about 20 minutes but no luck

great cache - the previous night saw +40mm of rain so the track was a bit slippery!
This is my second tramp here. My intention was to pick up this cache and put 3 more along the track. Cache is dry and great hint lead to a quick find.
This track in my opinion is one of the best tracks in Northland. The view is magnificent and swimming in the Wairakau stream is very refreshing. The access is well used and maintained well by doc.

Spent an awesome night at the neat Marlin Hotel with friends on the beautiful Whangaroa harbour. So after a yummy brekkie it was a must to have a nice relaxing walk uphill to find this wee smilie of which we visited over a year ago. Well very easy today as cache was out in full view on approach . Quick sign and have rehid container at hint. This really is an awesome track to walk and continue on to the Dukes Nose plus meet the water taxi back. Fav for me thx.
Our 4th day of our 4th trip to New Zealand. This entire adventure (track, Dukes Nose, water taxi back) has been a highlight of the trip! TFTC Cats Out Walking

evening pete, hey just wondering if this awesome cache has been replaced and is up and running. we ae looking at comming up for a few days and was hoping o walk to the dukes nose. so would be on our way. possible to let us know please. cheers
Dug around all over the place with no luck. I think it has been mugged. There are so many booze bottles lying around the place! Awesome track to bike down!
Wow , awesome walk. Really enjoyed the up hill work out. Had a 'Huge search' for well over half an hour of area hint leads you to, plus GPS. Not a sign anywhere of which was so disappointing. Must be muggled. Can you please check. Will be back .
Awesome walk and track, well worth it. Didn't find the cache though, despite a relatively extensive search.
CFTF , Great walk, our GPS went flat half way up but we switched on our internal TomTom and sniffed out the cache.Interesting memorial plaque half way up, very sad. This was well worth the walk.TFTC.
