07/01/19 Archived with regret as object at GZ completely rebuilt. Thanks to all those who’ve found my caches. Cheers, GC.
No hint, so it is difficult to know for sure it is gone. But at GZ all is new. At the coord is a brandnew thick pole, without any hole holding a cache.
New pathway and signs. I believe the cache was destroyed by new construction. Beautiful spot however.
Logbook is full. Staying in the Springwaterlodge I searched and found this cache. TFTC.
Excellent clues and didn't take long to find once the muggle boaters got out on the water. Lovely spot this afternoon
TFTC Didn't take long too find this one once all the muggles had left allowing for a proper search.
Spent the day on a drive around the lake, stopping for caches, at view points and other places that caught our interest. We even spent a while feeding a group of black swans that were swimming by. We got to this cache as three young boys were leaving. Made a quick find once they were safely away. TFTC
Found with VikingNav today while exploring the area. Thanks for the fun cache! >^..^
We left home Friday night headed to Wanganui to visit our daughter then Saturday morning headed to wards Rotorua and grabbing a cache or two along the way. Today we got up early and decided on the route we were going to take starting at 8.05am, no sleep in for me today. Found the cache signed the log and placed it back exactly where we found it. such a nice area to visit thank you for placing a cache here made us visit the area and enjoy the sits and the stunning scenory. TFTC now onto find the next cache this is number 1 for the day.
A quick find. Heaps of muggles but they were to busy eating and launching their boats. Tftc
I had a fair idea of where I was looking, and sure enough I found the cache, I would have to say I have never come across this type and its a great idea!! thanks for the placement
#2297 I waited for a moment while muggles lauched their boat. Once clear, I made my reach, but it didn't budge. It's very well placed. Log was dry. Passing through from Rotorua to Maketu. Visiting from Canberra. TFTC.
Staying in Rotorua for a long weekend and decided to make the most of a break in the weather to take a drive around the lake. Was a nice stop here, the wind was cold but the views were great. figured out the cache location, very nice hide. TFTC!

Out with Red Roaming as we continue to explore New Zealand on our holidays here. loving this spectacular country. Logs signed with our full names or DD & RR to save space. The weather to day is lovely and sunny, as we travel to Whakatane today. No problems here. TFTC

Travelling around the world with Dartmoor Deliverer celebrating her taking early retirement!
NB Dont forget our Devon UK Mega 2017 GC6JZNY this August in the beautiful East Devon area of our county. UK Megas are over one week full of events and geocaching - a wonderful way to enjoy our county!

There were people fishing here so we needed to pretend to read the sign and reach in to find cache. We read quite a lot of information here. TFTC:)
A nice quick find on the way back from the reserve - here's hoping I don't lost the code for the next time I'm here...TFTC
We took a day's leave to make a long weekend to come to Rotorua (from the Manawatu) for a D5/T5 that we qualified for in Chch recently. Making the most of the trip and getting as many others as we can fit in. The Manawatu summer is dreadful this year and we cannot believe our luck on getting two gloriously hot blue sky days. Loving it! We actually found this one a bit tricky and had to repeat the sweep to find it. Soon had it signed and replaced and on our way. TFTC
Yep, got it this time. It was MIA last time we were here. Busy place today on the water but no-one around the actual hiding spot so a quick find TFTC..
Quick grab here today as there was a few muggles around grabbed log instead of container for a change lol yftc
Took an afternoon drive around the lake searching for some caches along the way. Beautiful scenery and an amazing walk through the redwood forest. thanks to the COs for the variety of cache types and for bringing us to these wonderful places.
This cache is part of our route around the lake today which we are enjoying very much. Thanks for a number of your caches we've found today GenCuster, including this one. Signed the log and replaced. Cheers and happy caching!

2194 Over to do a days caching in Rotorua. Had come looking for this one earlier in the year but muggles in the area prevented any look. Back today and no muggles around. Only madmen and cachers would be out in this cold wind
Another quick find, Cheers.
The challenge for today is to cache a lap around Lake Rotorua. Made it pretty easily, and saw some really neat places.
Thanks to the CO's for the hides. Cheers.

Oh my god, this one took some time because I was really blind. In Germany we would say: "He had tomatoes on his eyes". And when I got it I realized that I didn't noticed the figures for the Bonus even I got every Cache out of this nice Little series. To late!
Thanks a lot for the Cache.

TFTC we were heading for a family day at the luge and grabbed this cache on the way
After a couple of rainy days, the weather forecast for today was looking good, which was a relief as we had planned a trip to Rotorua today, regardless of the weather. Our main aim was to find the Bay of Plenty CANZ cache (mission accomplished) plus a few solved puzzles etc as well as have a look around the town. An enjoyable day, thanks to the COs for the great caches we found.
Oh, that rule! After a bit of peering and poking, StreetWalker located the well hidden cache. TFTC.

#11888. The cache name didn't make much sense until we got to GZ, and then we knew where to search. TFTC.
During our vacation to New Sealand we visited many beautiful places and visited some caches. This one was one of them. The container could be found easily. It was retrieved quickly and logged mugglefree.

Today we visited Rotorua and its surroundings, and this was one of the caches we found.
It was about to start rainning, so the visit was quick.
Thanks for the cache.
Greetings from Portugal.
#9976, Found it with DroidCachebox!
We visited this cache during our trip through out New Zealand!
With our rental car, we explored the north island for 12 days.
NZ is a beautiful country and we really enjoyed our time here.
We hope to return one day and explore a little bit more!
Day 6 - Rotorua

Cool cache! Such a beautiful little spot, we were having a picnic lunch, checked in to see where the nearest geocache was and to our delight we were right next to one! Another find on our holiday from Perth WA
Our goal today was to enjoy a day of sight seeing. Thanks for another enjoyable cache to highlight the area. The log book is full.
Nice hide. Took a bit longer to spot due the lazy angle of our first search. No half measures here, you have to put all comfort aside and look properly........could almost be the golden rule of geocaching really. TFTC GenCuster.
3 weeks New Zealand - Day 3
We love Rotorua. Thank you for this Cache.

A nice quick find. Took a pic of the code and on our way. Met a cool dog that had been for a swim.
This was my first actual cache find today after doing the virtual and earthcache down the road.
Nice quick find but a good design. Was glad to finally put pen to paper.

We were participating the Rotorua Ekiden Marathon Relay event, and this cache was conveniently located by one of the changeover points. A great day exploring the lake with our team, and grabbing a few finds in between. This grab was hard to resist this quick grab, after it was pointed out to us by stik-a-crane! No problems grabbing this one, thanks for the hide!
Were here running as part of a team in the Rotorua Ekiden round the lake marathon... nearby was the second change over station which was my que to step up for the team, but just enough time to make this cache find... luckily all mugglers were focused on the race at hand and not what I was up too.

Had a nice jog here as jesserfly brought the car around.
Found cache in logical place, although I did overlook it at first glance, also assumed it was detachable, but did not Easily come off so just opened it for log.
Signing done returned to its home.

Just driving around on a little bit of a tiki- tour and this was the first WTD cache that I noticed had a code in it - exciting! I didn't realise I was looking for codes so I went back and re-read some of the other WTD caches but nope - this was my first one.
A tricky little hide here - thought it was magnetic but nope - took a little longer to find then it should have though. Sweet - code sorted now it's off to the next one which happily, isn't to far away.
Cheers GenCuster
