This cache appears to have gone missing again. I will replace in another spot in the near future.

We were nearby, in the company of our PAF who told us that this was a tricky hide. So we stopped at the park and started poking. And continued poking. And used torches. And used sticks. Even rang the CO - alas, this one is too well hidden for our mere mortal eyes.
We were amazed at the damage this afternoon's storm has done to the trees here: Quite a lot of branches, including rather big ones, had been snapped off and blown around the area. (And no, this is not an excuse for our failure to find the cache!)

Out on an adventure today with Papi4506 & Geoturtle37.
This had us going for a while. But persistence pays off and GT37 makes the find.
Cheers sorceysal

This one kept us busy a bit longer than it should have as the clue is not accurate at the moment. Thanks for bringing us here and thanks for the cache.

Found it a while logging now

It was good to be here tonight with Ausfox; as he found his nemesis cache finally and it didn't even take long to find either Smile. After being here so many times with out a find I was glad that it was Ausfox; that spotted the cache as well. Although I don't think he would have cared just getting his name in the log book finally was enough for him.
Thank you sorceysal for the hide.

Joined up with simsfamily to grab a few caches around Ballan and Bacchus Marsh on a breezy moon lite night.
Wow! it's only taken 4 years to find this one and on my 4th search which I believe was aided by May the 4th as it was strong today.
It wasn't where I expected it to be but a find is a find.
Log signed and replaced as found.

Thanks for the frustrating cache Sorceysal

With relatives living nearby, Christmas time or the odd get together we have attempted to find this one a few times to no avail.
Another get together today and another search. LeeLee did a shifty exit for a look with no luck. Read a bit too much into the hint.
Leaving, we tried again and bingo! Crackers made the find. Yes. Finally!
Thanks sorceysal for another great hide.

27-Jan-18
Pleased to make the find on this one after barking up the wrong tree. Coordinates were about 6 m out for us.

01-Oct-17
Couldn't find this one, looked around for a good 20mins.

01-Oct-17
Has this gone missing again? couldnt find it between 8 of us :/

04-Sep-17
I'm sure we looked everywhere possible but just can't find it. It's possible someone has swiped it again...

We'll try again when someone else confirms finding it

09-Aug-17
After 20 minutes searching we came away empty-handed. Thanks anyway

12-Jul-17
I went and checked this cache today at a cachers's request and it is still there.

24-Jun-17
This one has beaten me yet again. After 3 visits and 3 Dnf's ill have to return with a previous finder to locate this one. Even spent a few minutes with the Friendly local Police discussing our activities with torches in the park.

19-Feb-17
Checked on this cache and it has indeed gone. I have replaced in a different but near position so no need to change co ords.

20-Oct-16
Pacman and I are off to find the finish of a cache on our list today, so we're doing a few others on the way. A quick find, hanging around for as short a time as possible since there were people at the nearby park. A beautiful day today and the cache is safe. Tftc.

02-Oct-16
After visiting 'j's dad we thought we would do a quick cache around the corner, in our bright blue Leicester City Foxes shirts we got out of the car and headed to GZ 'i' made the quick find in the nice little camo supplied, made us realise Christmas is just around the corner! Now off to the park so 't' can have a quick run around before we drive back to the outer eastern suburbs to home.

Tftc

Found by the whole jits318 family at 140pm

It was nice to find this cache without too much effort, forgot to bring a pen though so I'll have to come back to sign the log another time

20-Aug-16
A quick find in the dark. TFTC TNLN

10-Aug-16
This was a NEF on a school day morning. I can't understand why there are DNF's on this one. OK, my GPS did send me to another tree initially, but that is only 2m off, so we can't blame the coordinates. But then there are caches that I can't find and others find them really easily. TFTC

Being vertically challenged was not really the issue here today- more the creaky knees problem! We added our name to the log and hopefully re-hid the cache a little more discretely.

Our thanks to sorceysal for bringing us here.

As our log indicates; This one has been tampered with, it has no lid and has probably been relocated to a different elevation. A CO check would be great. CO also messaged regarding situation.

Like the geordiefamily did yesterday we looked high, we looked low, we looked in, we looked out, but today there was no way we could work this one out! We visited the earlier site without success, looks like we've done it again.

We're a tipp'n this D1.5 is a miss'n. Could the cute container have already been captured by local collectors . . . .again?

Thanks for the hunt anyway sorceysal .

Today was a big day of caching for our crews from Geelong and Ballarat, getting some smilies around Bacchus Marsh.
We made our way to this park just before tackling the Lerdies Links walk, and soon had the cute and Jolly container in hand Smile !
Thanks for placing this cache, sorceysal.

26-Aug-14
Found as part of the Geelong crew caching road trip.

Quick find here- nice spot

26-Aug-14
This was find number 23 on a huge day of caching spent in and around Bacchus Marsh. We started out in Lara with an early morning flash mob event and then hit the road, caching our way towards The Marsh where we added a couple of the Ballarat crew to our number. And so with Na'wal, Frog_Lady, ThePacman, The_Tritonz, Roads75, Wozzle68, ST37E, DAB and Jacko83 we drove, walked, waded, scrambled and slid Surprised our way to a total for me of 36 caches.
This was our final find before a break for lunch. A quick search at the new location (some of our number had found it at the old) and this cute little hide was in hand and the log was signed.
Thanks sorceysal Big Grin!

Found Big Grin Our last stop before having some well earned lunch [^] A quick find by not the tallest in our group but that would help here Wink Container was great. I'm sure it looked like one of my daughters cartoon shows lol. Hopefully this stays in place located near a playground and I'm sure the kiddies would like to climb here.

A group trip including Frog_Lady, Buckleysbabe, the Pacman, the Tritonz, Roads75, Wozzle68, ST37E, DAB, Jacko83. It was a fantastic day that we had traveling from Geelong into Bacchus Marsh. Some very clever hides were found, plenty of laughs and great company.

Found with nirgalagrin... now I have my own account.

It's Torment Your Daughter Day, er, parent-teacher interviews, so Miss Teenager and I have the pleasure of each other's company. As her idea off a good time is with her nose in a novel, she may as well be in the passenger seat of the car as lounging around the house. So, let's start on the great number of hides in Bacchus Marsh.

If the teenager thought she was just going to laze in the passenger seat of the car all day, she was dreaming. I needed a bit of a leg stretch, which meant guess who would be accompanying me. This, after all, is the reason we've come this way.

Ten caches in a four klick loop? Perfect for a fine sunny day.

And, now for the bonus caches...

My teenager made it as far as the water bubbler and settled in to read after a good long drink as I hared off toward GZ. In all fairness, she's done a good four kilometres without too much complaint, so I'm proud of her. The amusing, well camoed cache was a quick find, so I handed her the car keys and headed off for one last grab before rejoining her.

Thanks again, sorceysal... we've enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back.

Find # 2722
Date 24th Mar 2013
Time 4:13 PM

Finally, my caching partner in crime SedgwickDave had returned from a trip out west so it was time for another caching run, this time in Lerderderg State Park, hopefully to grab a FTF and a D / T Combo that both Dave and I had not yet been able to get. The weather forecast was looking good with a max around 25, so Dave picked me up from my place for an early start.

After finding the final of the links series, we headed towards this one. Upon approach we thought we would be muggled out of this one as there were a number of kids playing in the area.To our relief, GZ was located a bit away from the activities. A nice quick find after a bit of a jump.

Thanks again to sorceysal for the cache. TNLN.
