Got to gz and the tree is gone and new concrete foundations in place for something, no sign of a cache.
It's clear that this cache has gone and that its placement was causing issues for the neighbours. If you wish to unarchive please get in contact to discuss.
It's not there, nothing there but sticks and mud and disappointment. Please archive.
We too had to abandon our search after encountering the not particularly pleasant lady across the fence, who told us the cache hadn’t been there for 2 years, obviously lying, and asked for it to be removed from the internet. We suggest this cache should be archived, as despite being located in what should be a suitable public location, it is obviously causing aggravation to the neighbours
Considering we were staying on the campsite with so many people they weren't the muggles we had problem with.
It seems the person who owns the property on the other side of the fence is fed up of people looking around the fence line for this cache - he wasn't rude but he also wasn't best pleased to see us hovering around the area and kindly told us that he recently cleared the area out and it's gone...I don't know how try that was because the pruning looked a little older than a month.
The three of us had no luck finding the cache

Found this one during our month long campervan/"Road trip" vacation in New Zealand. It was a wonderful experience driving around this beaurtiful country.
This one was found on a day driving from Punakaiki to Fox Glacier
Thanks to gracie7 + Mum.

We logged this cache during our rountrip through Nee Zealand. Hardly to find , but finally we did . Favo.
Quick find and clever hide, found while killing some time early this morning. TFTC, #5796
Great themed camo and location close to heart of those who like mrs j have recently read The Luminaries. We found this straight away but think we were very lucky with the direction this cleverly camo'd cache was pointing! A fav from us NINO TFTC
13089… A very tricky but cleverly camoed hide, nicely done, many thanks for the cache and for the interesting history lesson on Hudson and Price.
Tiny, tricky hide. After searching the more obvious objects, finally the right one was spotted and logged. TFTC
While over from Australia for the Burt Munro speed week in Invercargill, my mate Woody and I did some caching. We found this one today. tftc.
Crusty.
Crusty.
A stop off here on our tour of South Island. Found library with wifi so saved a few GZs. This was very subtle took a few minutes then noticed something different! TFTC.
This is my second attempt at this one and it was the first object that I picked up.
So...... ended up being an "easy find"

The distance for today was a little longer, so we arrived late at Franz Josef Glacier. On the way down there we visited a few caches and took some pictures. As the weather today was not that good, we decided to see the Glacier from above tomorrow and booked a helicopter tour for that at 8:30. Today we had a little time left to visit the Fox Glacier, so we walked all the way up to the glacier view point.
That's a standard place to hide a cache, but somebody around was very interested in what I was doind I think, so I stopped searching until she left, but I put a picture for being sure.
additional information: I will change my geocaching alias name from 'Schlitz13' to 'Megalodon'

We stopped in while in Hoki today and replaced the logsheet, even though it still had 8 lines left.

Found after a bit of a search, I had gone over it several times without spotting it. Signed log, TFTC!
Clever little cache that took a while to find and then didn't have a pen to log it. Oh well!
Over in Hokitika on a cheap grab a seat flight from Christchurch. The 10th of 21 caches I did today.
Not quite a quick find on this one took couple of atempts. while out with Mr KE running in Fiat X19. TFTC
Found with Kiwi Grandad while running in the X1/9s new engine. Oh now that was a very cunning hide. We had given up and about to depart when I read a log or two that suggested we should look harder. Kiwi Grandad looked hard enough to spot the clever wee cache. Good one.
Thanks gracie7 + Mum for placing this cache.

Oh well. Just couldn't head back to Nelson without one more go at this one and it was worth the stop. Very clever! A definite favorite. TFTC
Yaaayyy. Third time lucky - - - or should I say older and wiser!!! Using the theory "it must be there somewhere" we returned to this one today, and before long - - - there it was!!!! An awesome hide. Thanks.
Searched for quite a while in the cold but couldn't find the cache. [:-(] There has been some pruning activity recently so wondered if the cache had been pruned as well.

Was raining, man at onlooking window was on phone i& hoped he wasn't calling about suspicious behaviour over his fence [:o)] ! After he left the window, we had a very quick look as per hint but didn't find anything that could be a cache. Left quickly as staying there too long in rain would be questionable.
Wow really cool cache and great night find while filming on the WestCoast. TFTC the barekiwi.com film crew.
On a bus tour leaving from Blackball to a 2 night stay in Franz Josef Glacier, we got to stop off in a couple places along the way. Luckily I came prepared & catscatscats22 & I went on a hunt while the rest of our bus did their own thing. TFTC! This time fellow traveler Nicholas joined us for the day's search. Loved the container!!
Our fifth stop on today's journey with Dopeyr, from Arthur's Pass to Greymouth via the Tree Top Walk in Hokitika. After our high flying adventures we stopped in Hoki for some lunch and a stroll around some caches. This was our second Hoki find. It was Dopeyr's eagle eyes that spotted the clever camo. Very cool. TFTC.
What an interesting container and a lovely spot. Thanks for placing. Greetings from UK

Nice One!!!!!!!!!!Another find while showing family visitors from Florida the sights of the #1 town of Hotikia. Much fun. Thanks
Too good for us today.
While we were looking, a car stopped and a guy challenged us, saying he knows the guy over the fence. When we tried to explain he said "Oh, it's just a game" and roared off.
Thanks anyway gracie7 + Mum

We had planned to check on this while in Hoki today and as "Jaspah78" said, all is well.
It is camo-ed so make sure to look with your hands aswell as your eyes
Please let me know if you believe the dificulty rating to be any higher.

Found it last night by moonlight and torch. Brilliant hide no need to check Gracie it's still there! Love how inventive you are getting with the camo!!! tftc
Some trimming at gz may have resulted in cache going missing? Would be worth checking.
Had a good look. The hint looked easy. I mite have gone blind for a moment when right on the cache Will try again next time. TFTC
Quick find as we round up the Hokitika caches and turn them into smilies. Cute cottage near GZ TFTC.
Found this nicely placed cache as we headed round to the beach for lunch. Thanks for this gracie7
My nephew was in the Santa Parade in Hokitika today so Mum and I went down to watch the Hokitika parade instead of the Greymouth one and replaced this cache on the way home.
Different container and in slighty a different place.
Happy Caching and Merry Christmas

Had my brother-in-law check on the cache while we were away. Seems like it is has gone missing. Not a very good start now was it? Disabling for now as we dont have plans to get down to Hoki until after Christmas.
Sorry and Happy Caching elsewhere.

Had done the pocket query before this one was disabled. Definitely nothing there. Good history spot, but maybe needs a better hiding place.
Had a quick look, needed the clue.
The only obvious clue item revealed nothing. Looks to have been moved (aka cache muggled?)
Then again, I may have been looking in the wrong place entirely
