[Not much foot/bike traffic as I was passing today so spontaneously decided to pull over and take a look .. Very easy find,] (cache was upside down so obvious upon first glance of GZ) [however I was unable to retrieve log due to not having tweezers on me - I can confirm a new one is needed though as it is moist/rotting .. Great hide, Cheers!]
Searched without success where GPS and hint took us, but a busy place so didn't feel comfortable lingering.
[green] Down in Motueka from Palmerston North for a bit of a family gathering over Christmas. Went for a morning stroll with my sister in tow. I had attempted this cache before, at about 10pm one night, a fews nights ago. Got nowhere. But since it is between the backpackers and my dad's place, I knew I would be back. Today I had just found In the Ledger and met Stretch0 there, and mentioned I was having another stab at this next. he offered a hint. I said no, there is plenty of hints on the cache page. And indeed, Erica and I found the cache. Would be worth a favourite if the log was dry and there was space on it to sign my name, but alas, no.

This one is obviously all about being stealthy but I'm afraid it was just too hard with a steady stream of cars, pedestrians, and cyclists going past so I gave up before I could really look ..
Felt very suspicious standing her looking at the garden in the dark. Very busy intersection even at that time of the evening. Will return
In Mot..."come back in an hour or so"....OK....and I knew how to fill in the time.
Did not feel at ease here, so pull a few weeds while I searched!
Whew.

Nicely concealed cache! A quick find by torchlight on a late evening walk while staying in Motueka. Signed log, TFTC!
Searched high, searched low, searched east then west. Put my hand on it a couple to times! and didn't see it until we really really looked. Very clever. Thanks for a frustrating time....but it was fun!
On a biking circuit of Motueka caches. Amazing how easy it is to over look the obvious. The corner has a lot of foot traffic but no one asked if they could help us find what ever it was we'd lost.
Spotted the cache instantly as we walked up. Wondered if it had been returned upside down but left it as found plus a small piece of camo. Thanks Kehu for the cache.

A great hide. Not too many muggles about today so we could extract the log and complete the formalities no probs. Thanks for another cool cache.
Today was the day, on a different mission but took the opportunity to pop back and complete unfinished business. Tweezers fixed it TFTC
I found this amazing cache during my staying in Motueka for apple picking season.. Great camouflage! Very muggled area, stealth was necessary. tftc
Found the cache, but one of those where "bring tweezers" was essential advice and not followed. Will need to come back so I can sign it
Busy place. Easy to get muggled. Cache was on pavement. Placed it in garden. I hope that was OK. Great container.

Nice One!!!!!!!!!!No worries once again with Kehu cache. Great bit of camo to add a bit of uncertainity to the find. Muggled big time, so shall return to finish all of the formalities. Much fun! Thanks
This was our first find in Motueka whilst visiting friends who live here. They had never been on a cache hunt so were delighted to see how it is done. We were really impressed with the ingenuity of this one. TFTC.
Many thanks for placing and maintaing the caches, on a cache run for a few days to get to 8000 finds, and 2000 finds for the year.

There are some caches you should not try at night. This one was too hard for us yesterday, but an easy find this morning. TFTC
Found after a short search. Another good hide. Last find before heading back to GB. TFTC
A quick trip to Motueka this morning meant we had to squeeze in a few caches. A couple of passing muggles meant extra stealth required but cache was surprisingly soon in hand and log signed. A clever hide. TFTC.
We had to be in Mot today so combined 'have-to' and 'want-to'. The obvious spot was inspected with no result. Muggles were navigated around. It seemed I was asked about my wellbeing and answered truthfully. Muggle was on the phone though [B)] Some more obvious places were then inspected. Zero results and it got us back to square one. Paying more attention this time led to the cache. Surprisingly it didn't take all that long. Well done and clever hide. A fav. TFTC
Found the Cache, nothing there so put it back, hunted for a wee while,
picked it up again, this time looked at it more closely, and there it was, nicely hidden.Loved this one, very clever indeed.TFTH

no luck with this one. after reading comments when I got home will have to have another go
Last on a great afternoon that started with the Event that inspired another of the CO's caches. For once Mrs S found the listing unhelpful so used the hint. She is geographically challenged so had the relevant information explained - and then went straight to the cache. No tweezers in the car, but a comb was enough to get the log.
Just read the previous logs and they make total sense, although we didn't have the same delay.
Thanks.

This was quite a funny one. We looked around but couldn't find it then dad looked under the cache and still couldn't find it after a while we saw the cache LOL!. TFTC
Nice one!! Actually looked under the cache before we saw the cache. Doh! A nice hide again and again a bit surprised that more people hadn't already had a go at this one. TFTC, Biggles.
Stretch0 came to work today and told me there had been a new cache published close to home - but that he had resisited the FTF to keep it for a night cache - When he got home and no-one had logged it turned into a TONIGHT cache lol - not sure that grab part of park and grab will hold true - but a night time fumble ( for the cache !!!!) and slightly extended hunt finally revealed the cache - thanks for the cache - good hide
FTF 2147hrs Night time cache
Saw this one published at nearly 11 am this morning before heading to work mmmm will i go and try for the FTF or not but the lure of a closer night time cache won out and it was left till after work.
Got home and was surprised to see no logs done on this one so after a quick preperation we haed off for the 347m walk to GZ.
Arrived on site and started our search inbetween vechiles and at first we were having no luck. Rechecked our GZ and researched and then it was felt in a place i thought i had checked before. Opened up and used Niteowlnz's tweezers (nails) and was surprised to have the confirmation that we had a FTF and nightime cache as well.
Another great hide we woere getting concerned of a DNF but all turned out well TFTC
