TFTC. Cache was easy enough to find but harder to return with muggles arriving. The vertically challenged, like myself, might need some help.
A quick find after having lunch in the geocampervan nearby before heading off to the nearby caches. TFTC
Nice quick find and sign whilst we were in the area for some short walks. All the ground here is very waterlogged. TFTC

Parked on the outside of the gate not to risk getting locked in as it was getting dark. TFTC

Tasmania Trip Day 12. This is my final day on the Tasmanian island. I have two counties left to do and went to visit the two old caches in the Launceston region before making my indirect way to Devonport. The short walks went smoothly and I found enough caches to finish my target of all the counties in Mainland Tasmania. Once I reached Devonport I took a chance to have something to eat and have a rest before lining up to get ion the boat. Not quite as well done here, but we made it. The crossing starts in the rock and roll, unlike the other way. I made it over without any upsetting issues and will head back to Canberra tomorrow.The area by this dam was my next area of interest with another old cache to find and a few more on walking trails near by.Thanks for the cache DaFiChNi Team46119.9 TNLNVisited: World Traveling Gold GC A#6 & Landsharkz Gecko A#169**Albida**
Day 9 in Australia in Tasmania. We are aiming for all the cool caches nearby as well as many different types. We have found the cachers around here super friendly and helpful. Thanks for the smile

In Tassie for the next few months. So many great places to visit and so many different caches to find.After picking up the old cache nearby, stopped off to grab this on the way out. It was a quick find in a lovely area.Thanks DaFiChNi Team for placing the cache and doing the maintenance needed, so we can find this cache.
What a lovely area which needs to be explored on another visit. The log book was very full. We did a little maintenance to this one by replacing the container with a slightly larger one and adding a new log book that fitted easily inside. SL at 10.14am #10,655 TFTC DaFiChNi
After inspecting the Doggy-Doo bin by mistake and even lifting the lid [:o] i realized quickly that this was not a 'regular' bin ha ha. Admittedly i have never seen one of these before lol... glad i didn't feel around inside for the cache, my trusty ol' GPS was screaming at me saying, "NOT IN THERE, MAN!"

On our way around Tassie for 3 weeks. Getting towards the end of our holiday. Targeted Tassie's first cache nearby then decided to stop here as well on the way out.
Call out fee of $80 if you are locked in on the wrong side of the gate is pretty steep, luckily we weren't going to be caught out.
Anyway cache was quickly located then we were off to next campsite.

First find with the kids after a few years break. Not too hard which is good encouragement for us novices ️

After visiting the National Motor Museum this morning, it was time to go find Tassies oldest cache so we headed to the Trevallyn Dam. We had a picnic lunch then had a look at the dam before finding a couple of caches in the area.
It was a lovely day to be out and about.
The cache was found quickly, signed & placed back as found.

A quick find this one as we had set off walking up the zig zag track and had lunch planned for the dam so hurry up and find it as we are all hungry!! TFTC
While down here on holidays we decided to find a few random ones to get an idea of the area. We'll return again another day to find more and explore.

Down in Tassie for a break before Christmas and continuing our travels around the country, wow the countryside is absolutely glorious. Happy to say we came up trumps here and walked away with a smiley TFTC
SUCH A GREAT HIDE!!! Me and my mate were looking around to find it and voila! have gun trynna find it
The area has been revamped in recent times. Had a good hunt but no joy alas.
