Decided it was time to do the SWH series close to town, so hopped on the push bike on a beautiful, warm sunny afternoon and got some exercise at the same time. This one has gone, might be time to change the location. An extremely high muggle traffic area and highly exposed to passing vehicles.
We have a feeling this one may be gone as the others tend to be simple finds. Maybe someone needs to have a check. We hope to come back one day and find this cache
TFTC! Out for a weekend caching run to Bunbury with Cravo10 and ItsKate to complete the South West Highway trail, some Moneybox caches in Capel and of course as many others along the way. Thanks
Doing the south west highway trail with barnzy12 and itskate today. The weather was amazing and made for a great day. Started at 6am in byford. Signed the logs in a few different variations from full names to first letters and date.
Out with Barnzy12 and Cravo10 on this beautiful Saturday on a long hunt from Byford to Bunbury, what an amazing day. Tftc
I need to find a few caches before I head to Melbourne as I have my eye on a Where I Go for my 1000th cache. I started in Pinjarra and headed north and grabbed what I could in the time I had.
Thanks.
Thanks.
I took the chance to get out of the house and find a few caches today by heading to the South West Hwy and ticking off as many as I could from Byford to Pinjarra. I started at about 8.30am and finished up just before 6pm. I stopped for lunch at the Pinjarra Bakery before heading north again to grab the ones on the other side of the road. I'm sorry for the standard log, but there were too many for me to remember each one. TFTC Everlasting
This was one of the finds I had today. A great weekend traveled down from Geraldton to spend all day Saturday Geocaching with my Sister we found 61 all up completely worn out but what an Awesome day.
So close to the cycleway....we hope it doesn't get smuggled.
We bumped up the curb to get off the road far enough to be safe while logging it.
Thanks

Got super excited to see a postcard, hoping it was from somewhere exciting to add to collection. No such luck
Out to do a few more of the SWH today with IQO. Quick dash in the drizzle. TFTC Everlasting.
Today was my last day of vacation in Oz before returning to Sweden and my goal of obtaining my 4000th cache in Australia was just around the corner. Therefore me and corjam11 went out with a vengeance today to get my last 60 caches and we chose the South West highway to get them and a few others on the way. This was one of them, TFTC
Firstly I'd like to apologise for the generic log, I did the SWH run after a 12 hr nightshift and it was a record breaking trip for me with 62 finds total and only 2 DNF. I didn't take notes at every cache. Thank you to all the COs for placing the caches.
I decided to indulge myself and have an early Christmas present. I had a day off but my wife still had to go to work so I planned a full days caching. I packed my lunch and a few bottles of water and set off.
Managed to park right next to this one and found straight away. Then I was trying to decide whether to run to the next one or drive. I drove.
Can't remember doing any BruceHoose caches.

Farm-sitting for DD in Mundijong while she's at a Show in Albany. So of course I can spend a little bit of time continuing the SWH , this time from Serpentine to Pinjarra.
Another quick find, really enjoying the park n grab as there are a lot of pesky flies around!

Took a trip to Pinjarra today, to grab some caches in the area.
Enjoyed the variety of caches, some with interesting camo, and good hides.
Looking forward to meeting the cachers represented in this series, in the near future or at coming events.
Many thanks for the cache, Everlasting.

Thought we'd create a bit of interest by adding a travel bug. Picked it up in Hobart near the airport.
Headed off to find the 20 odd new SWH caches today. It is our 18th Wedding Anniversary and couldn't think of a better way to spend it than stop start driving and taking 5 hours to get from Armadale to Pinjarra!! I am sure my husband could think of a better way - like playing golf!! But this is what we did!
A 6am start at Armadale Maccas for the traditional early morning caching breakfast and then off we went. 36 on the list in total and a determined attitude!!! We are walking in the Leukemia Foundation Light the Night walk on 2nd October so $1 will be donated for every cache that we find today!!!
Sorry about the copy and paste of the main log, but hopefully each will be personalized a bit.
OMG - Squeal!!! After 697 caches I finally find actual Tupperware!!!! I was so excited!!!

Well I thought I was in for a slice of pizza here when I found the pink triangle container but no, just the usual stuff. Signed the log and headed further South.

Day 2 of our little adventure to complete the current caches in the SWH series with The Machman. With nearly 11months to plan our assault you would think we knew what we were getting ourselves into [?] Well not quite. [B)]
MM and Mrs Felix work shiftwork and so getting both of them off on the same days and then having Mr Felix available also has been quite challenging. However we have had this date set aside for over 2 months, so when the weather forecast came out for lightning, thunderstorms and rain there was no chance of cancelling and rescheduling. It was all about maybe we won't put the tent up is there somewhere else we can stay
Quick find of this cache which was in perfect condition.
BruceHoose are local cachers to us and were of outstanding assistance to us at our recent GeoCaching event.

While heading to Perth why not break up the drive with some caching along the way .
Well it's easy arriving at gz but so many cars going past was difficult to grab and replace without being noticed. Just hope they didn't care.
Find 11/19 for today. TFTC

Out early for the last day of the August 2013 challenge and headed for this area to try and boost our numbers for the month. All of the caches were nice easy finds with spot on coordinates. This stretch of road is reasonably quiet at dawn. TFTC Everlasting
This cache was a bit exposed this morning so I gave it a bit extra cover

In company with Baja15 grabbing some caches, this been one of them. Love the container. TFTC
Had another caching day with Happyjacks55 to find caches from Byford to Pinjarra and as many of the SWH series as possible. TFTC.
A quick find today during lunch to fill in a blank in our caching calendar and the 1st of the 31 day challenge.
Cache was fully exposed when I arrived at GZ. Have covered it as best I could, however position and available material made it difficult to completely hide from view.
Thanks for the cache Everlasting [^]

TFTC. Bumping up my stats with lots of finds today! Making my way up to Perth getting caches along the South West Highway. Found 23 caches for the day a new best! Not bad for starting at lunch time.
Tftc quick find but dodging muggles at shift change at Alcoa is another story!!!
6968 + 845 = 7813. In the West again for work with a couple of days free for Caching ! Today I (mainly) headed down doing the South West Highway Trail Series...
Next find of the day. It was a quick find and now on to the next one. Enjoying this drive !

Lovey sunny Sunday on track of our first SWH caches. Found our first path tag so were very thrilled. Left an Aus Vrede PT. TFTC
8/34 for Mothers' Day. This one was exposed and could be seen from the roadside so maybe some camo paint would be better, or a different shaped container. Anyway, we took the trackable and re hid the cache.
Headed north from Pinjarra to do some of the SWH series. Considering the rain we have had all but 1 caches was nice & dry.
We enjoyed the drive that it has taken us on.
Thanks Everlasting we left a TB here

Checked out and off to do some sightseeing and claim a few smilies. Apologies for generic logs. TFTC SL

Today was the day to finish the SWH series.
With Geoson in tow, we headed off to get our clean sweep.
A good run today with 100% strike rate (after rescuing a fallen cache).
Good to get a slice of the action.
Thanks for the series all. Love it.

I found that I was able to return to SWH before expected and this cache was on the list. A quick find then after signing the log I continued on my way towards Busselton for the event there. The top of the container was fully visible when I arrived, though when I left it was buried it a little bit deeper. Thanks for the cache.
Out and about on the SWH with trevkevred today. We were heading south, so did a u-turn to pull up close to GZ ... not far from the previos cache and we seemed to be doing lots of u-turns. One of us made a quick find here and we both signed the log. TFTH Everlasting
Another stop with Firnsy, will we ever get to the cafe in Pinjarra?

After spending some time exploring Pinjarra, Mickeydv and I drove towards Perth, logging finds on the caches that were on "our" side of the road and then returning to Pinjarra to collect the others. Thanks for the cache Everlasting.
Last minute descision to attempt latest additions to SWH series....glad we did as we are becoming quite adept at these power trails .....again a great concept to honour the people that make up WA caching...thanks to you all and thanks Everlasting
Out for the first caching run for the year with Mr, Wileyclan. We decided to attack the South West Highway from just south of Pinjarra North. It was a hot day, but we had our caching supplies and also lots of water, the run was on.. [:o)]
[8] [8] Wining here again, lots of luck and out finding abililittes are working well. These caches, so far, are living up to there ratings [:o)]

Today rudi63 and I decided to attack the SWh series of caches, along with a couple of others inserted in as we came upon them.
Of the ones between Pinjarra and Byford, we found all of them apart from one which was a little frustrating. Most were fairly easy, hence the one log to fit them all. Some of them were harder, which caused us no end of frustration! All of them were enjoyed immensly and we say thankyou to everyone who has contributed to the series so far.
So far so good
Thanks for the cache Everlasting

TFTF! I used to run an ride my bike on this path all the time when I lived in Carcoola as a kid and teenager. Plenty of miles done on this path!!!
1219PM: Easy find by the h/way no fear of muggles as was dressed in hi-vis gear and look just like a shire worker. Nice one TFTC TNLN.

Out on a very long but enjoyable caching day with Mr Luna Maya, doing some of the SWH series. So nice to see recognition given to these geocachers . Could not resist searching for some others nearby as well. What a wonderful way to start 2013 - Happy New Year ! SL TFTC
We took a trip out to Pinjarra from Mandurah on New Years Eve to find some caches along the SWH trail and this was one of the ones we found.
Welcome to geocaching BruceHoose - we look forward to finding some of your puzzle caches soon.
Thanks for bringing us out to our old stomping grounds.

Again, we parked close to GZ at this one, where Janine had the cache quickly in hand ... with the lid not closed on it . We added our name to the log, grabbed the HIV TB and then sealed the lid before returning it. All is ok and dry ... Thanks again Everlasting
[:(!] After church the geowife and I with the two geogranddaughters from Owers Corner head off to Pinjarra where we had lunch before starting the SWH Series and fitted in a few extra caches as well, parked the geocar as close as possible to GZ and walked in from there, on arrival at GZ we had the cache in hand in a matter of minutes.

We thought that we had cleared out this section of the SWH series two weeks ago only to find that new caches had been placed subsequent to that first run. We returned today with an ex-muggler friend who is recovering from some serious medical conditions to get him out of the house for a while. He managed to make several finds himself. Great afternoon caching. TFTC Everlasting
Went out in the heat & flies today to put a few more Smiley Faces near my home GZ.
Found this one easily, thanks Everlasting.

It was pretty hot while we were heading south today but took the opportunity to drop by the newly released SWH caches. A quick find so back to the comfort of air con. Thanks Everlasting.
Hadn't intended going out geocaching today, but when I saw that some new ones had been published, I couldn't resist, and quickly hit the road southwards. Another quick find here. Thanks Everlasting
OOH YEH & I had planned to cache in Mandurah today but with a few SWH caches published late yesterday we thought we would pick these ones up before we hit Mandurah.
With temps nearing 40C yesterday, todays light rain was a much welcome relief.
Had a little laugh to myself with this cache, thinking of all the tupperware containers that I have given away, when I too could have been using them as novel cache containers. I shall remember that on the next cull of the cupboards.

While out on a maintenance/caching run along my SWH caches with ShortcutHicksy, we decided to grab a few caches in this area. A quick find here, hmmm... we are thinking Everlasting must have had a tupperware cupboard clean out... SL TFTC Everlasting
Down south on a SWH maintenance run with Keego, took the opportunity to pickup SWH caches that I had missed from the original release, the new ones plus some others along the way. I think ever one of the containers was different colour.
Thanks Everlasting.
Thanks Everlasting.
Was on my way to mandurah with skippy 46 to get some caches but decided to do a detour and finish off the SWH ones that got released after i did the last ones and pick up a few other caches on the way. Another quick find. Ive also noticed the variety of differant shapes and sizes of all the containers, i keep wondering what the next one is going to be. TFTH Everlasting
