Great spot! Found this when out with some friends who were first time geocaches - Kids were impressed with it he size of this one!
This took a little longer to find than we expected. The rotunda seemed deserted when as we approached but having reached GZ there was a Melbourne Water ute and three guys in high vis clothing, one of whom seemed to be looking right at the rotunda. So time for a seat. Fortunately they seemed to be packing up. But as they were driving off we noticed another ute appear in the carpark and a couple of council workers started some maintenance. But this time we started to have a closer look and soon found the cache. TFTC
Thanks for this one. Had to come back a second time but found! Tiny cache. Smaller than my little finger nail.
This is really tiny... We actually saw it without recognising what it was ... On second look we realised it was the cache!! Very sneaky!!!
Found with my French exchange student shortly before sunrise on a beautiful night!

With a day off from work and after an early morning event in Geelong, the day was ours at the local Healesville Sanctuary. We loved our time there, and late in the afternoon it was time for a few local caches. This was the third of the afternoon for us. A quick find here today which surprised me as this one could have taken a while to find. Signed returned as found.
[blue]Thanks for this trad cache, Wal-len. [^]
Log and container in good condition.

Found it! A long walk and a few caches was in order after eating too much on Christmas Day. We parked near Dew Drop Inn and set off on our walk to Lillydale Lake. After being distracted by a decoy container, the real cache was found after a short search. Glad no-one was about this evening! TFTC SL

With the bikes loaded on the car rack, 88andy88 and I headed out for an afternoon of cycle-caching.
We pulled up at a nearby carpark and this was our first to ride to.
Nicely hidden! Cheers! Thanks for the effort, and the cache.

On an afternoon out with OzHockeyChick we thought we would take a little ride of the bikes and pick up some caches....This area is awesome....Very picturesque and today we were lucky enough to have the area to ourselves.....
This one i was lucky with and went straight to it but could see how it could take a while ...

Found this with Wozza87 Good hide not too keen on eight legged neighbors though. Enjoyed this spot nice area. Tiniest cache we have found so far.
Found this a while ago with my best friend Lana, forgot to log it! The date on the paper is correct. Third time lucky, was not a simple find but was so obvious once found! Absolutely love it
Visited this one at night. Nobody around so I could search to my hearts content. Spotted the little sucker and did a little dance in the dark. Thanks Wal-len
After saying goodbye to my grandfather this morning we decided to take a nice walk around the lake. This place is so beautiful and I couldn't think of a better way to commemorate my grandfathers life than with a few caches. Tftc
Quiet1-au and I came past early in the afternoon only to find muggles at Gz. We came back later and had the place to ourselves. I got lucky here and found the cache quite quickly. Thanks Wal-len

Second time lucky, returning late in the afternoon after abandoning the first attempt due to a muggle infestation... Parking nearby this time (we'd had enough of walking after the rail trail...) we were pleased to see we had the place to ourselves so immediately got to work searching, and moments later G' (of GJMMelb) had found it TFTC
My second attempt at this. I'd checked every nut and bolt in the rotunda last time I was here, so I tried a different tactic this time. And I decided to trust the GPS on my new phone to take me to the correct side of the structure. I was rewarded. Signed the log. Thanks for the cache, Wal-len!
Hi Wal-len. I note that this is meant to be a magnetic cache. What I found was a small, round magnet attached to the corrugated iron roofing, but no cache attached to it. The cache itself was sitting on the wooden beam below it. I suspect that the cache has come apart from the magnet. I just thought I'd let you know, in case you want to fix it...
Had to wait for the local marketeers to close up and head home before we were able to close in for a good search. Found by alpha male and just as well too. Junior clan member was ahead in the race today. With this find dad is back in equal lead. With Only 2 caches to go it's any bodies guess who will take the glory today. TFTC
Sneekiest spot! Found with Maviki thanks for the comments guys (PS log Is full)

We have already done several nano's so had an idea what to look for. Still, hard to find. Reading previous logs helped. Found it with DeFalcons. Log is full, put only our initials on the log. TFTC
It took a little while here on a blustery but sunny winter's day. Nice hide, Wal-len. I had an idea of what I was looking for, but it was still in the last place I looked!
Omg took us 20 mins before geomum Ek decided to get serious about looking and found it. Kejajo had looked there 3 times with her hands and still didnt find it. Needs a new log. Was with kejajo so we signed it k&j.
You know how you get days when you've been inside for so long that you get sick of yourself? Well, I was at that stage, so I planned a little geocaching walk around Lilydale and Mount Evelyn. I thought I'd pick up all the Guilty Gunks caches, but as I drove north along Swansea Road I couldn't find anywhere to park, and drove straight past the one designated carpark! Suddenly, I was at Lillydale Lake [:/]
So I headed straight up to the entrance to the Warburton Rail Trail, parked, and walked along there. I picked up all the caches heading south to Birmingham Road, then walked all the way back to the car! I did plan to catch a bus, but *just missed* four along the way! Still, the exercise was good for me
I got back to the car after about three hours, then headed home for a nice hot shower before going out for dinner.
I really wanted to find this as my 10th cache in my little late-afternoon outing, but it eluded me. I searched all the likely spots twice to no avail. And I was watching the clock as I had to get to dinner in Malvern, and still had a way to walk back to the car. It irked me that everyone else had said they could find it but I could not!
Thanks anyway, Wal-len I'll try again when I come back for all the Guilty Gunks caches...

Nearly gave up here as coord was out by a few metres. So sneaky and not easily visible
A straight forward pick up on a drive by. It did take a little while to find this tiny little nano, but find it we did. Thanks for the cache.
Took me longer than it might have to find this one as the GPSr initially took me to the wrong side of the structure.

As we rode our bikes up to the impressive edifice the location of the cache seemed to be a foregone conclusion. Indeed a quick find by LZZ(f) at 15:35 reinforced the assumption. TFTC
Found by Mount Evelyn and Mooroolbark Venturer and Rover Scouts! Awesome night with some first time geochachers!!
A lovely summers day for a picnic lunch at Lilydale Lake and we decided to do some caches while we were there.
Easy Find. Thanks for the cache.

a quick easy find in the area doing a course for the week so decided to grab a couple of caches TFTC
I will be heading into the city again later this morning and intend to get one or two more today, however after getting up early for ParkRun at Lilydale Lake I wanted to grab one to close by to commemorate my maiden Melbourne ParkRun. This fit the bill and it was all in the name for a quick find. tftc
After taking longer than I thought I should have on the last attempt for the day and with light fading fast. I FOUND IT so happy. Microcaches aren't my fave I have discovered lol. It's so tiny but reading people's comments did help. All I can say is look to the heavens
Tonight we took the dog for a walk tonight around the lake and tried to do the caches around the lake. The once on the islands we have to come back for later but this one we found just before sunset in the last light of the day with nobody around. Thanks!
Found it, took some careful searching, it was only that we knew it was magnetic that led us to it on this timber structure. The microest micro I have ever seen......TFTC
On my Round Aussie trip, with Duchy1950, (from Adelaide to Brisbane leg) we stayed with friends in Lilydale. Our friend was helping us search and she actually found it. we will have to keep improving????Great time, TFTC
# 425 - Having joined TriciaC2 on her Around Australia trip (my Adelaide to Brisbane part) we are having fun picking up some smileys on the way.
We are visiting friends in Lilydale and today we took the dog for a walk around the lake. After an earlier DNF we were happy to find this one, because it was a long, long walk from the other side of town to this hideway spot that even my friend didn't know about. However, not even familiar with geocaching, she was the one to find this one after our explanation!
