Even though this cache would seem to have been abandoned, it has had some welcomed action on behalf of the CO by a Good Samaritan - 'claybol ', so it lives for another day.
However, the maintenance responsibility rests with the CO, and even though the issue has been addressed, the onus is on the CO to check that all is as it should be and Enable the cache. If the CO does not maintain the listing it can be de-listed (Archived).
You need to Enable the cache - see here: [**Temporarily Disable and Enable**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235)
**I've enabled it for you this time.**
I received a notification about this cache being temporarily disabled and with the CO interstate I thought I could help with a quick visit to check it out. The container and lid were both there but the lid had a small split in it which was letting in water so the contents of the container were somewhat wet and the inside of the zip-lock bag was also a little damp (though the log-book itself seemed to be OK). As such I replaced the container with a spare I had on me (a round 1-litre sistema) and placed the log-book in a new zip-lock bag. I also added a pen and re-hid with extra cover. All is now good so you can re-enable the cache when you get the chance. I hope you are OK with this secondchildhood2 and I'll send you a photo of the new container in a PM. Cheers from claybol.

I love a good stile and this is one: strong metal rails and steps, hand grips to balance with as you go over the top and well dig into the ground. The cache was visible but we covered it as well as we could. Cache in good condition except lid has a bit of a split in the lid.
A quick nip out to grab some caches with Surefoot24 ,I had a bunch of caches out this way I'd been saving so today we made it our mission to get as many as we could in the allocated time. Thanks for the cache placement here. I unloaded some black ants that were snacking on something in the cache container while the logbook was safely out and being signed. Hopefully they will not return too soon.
Not quite sure how I missed logging this cache when I did manage to log the other caches nearby. It was during a trip out of Bendigo with the specific task of finding a new Geocaching Australia cache just a short distance further along this road.
Thank you, secondchildhood2, for this cache.
#3940. Log signed at 1030Hrs.
(I often sign the log book as "W+W" to save paper/time/ink)

Easy find on while on a afternoons drive in the bush. Swapped a plastic toy frog for a 10c piece. TFTC
Thank you for this cache. Coordinates were a little off, but found with a quick look.
Suscoe's last day in Bendigo for this trip.
Woke to a cloudy sky and a few drops of rain which disappeared very quickly making way for a sunny day.
We wandered the western side of the city with some interesting locations found as we followed the GPS.
We are already looking forward to our next trip up this way.
Thanks to secondchildhood2 for this hide, had a certain style to it.

We are heading home from the Red Centre Experience Event in Alice Springs and are currently caching around Bendigo and this was one of the caches we found. A quick find. TFTC
The coords. were a bit out but the name is spot on. The contents are a bit damp so would be worth a visit from the "managers". TFTC.
Catching up on some old logs.
I was out and about around the Bendigo region on what seemed to be a busy Sunday. As I was cruising around I cruised past here and grabbed the cache.
Nice.

The geofamily are off on another trip to Mexico. Fun, sore backsides (for some) and Dad getting the geomobile stuck and breaking his bike, TWICE were the highlights of the trip. One of the running jokes for the trip was 'If it's 2.5T it's laying on the ground, if it's 2.5D it's under that pile of rocks or in the open, if it's listed as large we are looking for an eclipse tin' which came about due to a number of early finds. The lasting memory from this trip will be the grass seeds!!!
The cache hide was quickly spotted.
Thanks for the cache secondchildhood.

An interesting location - you don't see many of these in Australia. The cache contains bit of water, the log book is dry but the swaps are floating. Thanks for the detour.
Nice, easy find on our trip home from righteous pups thanks for setting this up xx
Found with 4BakerBoyz.
Down here on holidays, staying with family, we decided to take the geoKia off road for a morning of geocaching.
Find #2 for the day, after checking the hint as the GPS had us bouncing all around the area. SL. Took taco bill badge and lego man. Left highlighter and glow in the dark butterfly.

In the area for the long week end and just had to find a cache or two. This is one of them. Pretty quick find. TFTC
Quick find - also half-exposed, probably due to the elements. I covered it up properly. Hopefully its new layer of cover will survive for a while... TFTC!
A nice quick find while in the area for the day with boo09 & neisha07.
We don't often end up in this part of town so making the most of it. TFTC!

Three cachers - two nights - one tent - great times!!!!
With the weather on the improve we dusted off the tent and headed to Marong for the weekend. On Saturday we headed up to Wedderburn grabbing caches as we went, the caching was curtailed by the building heat, the call of the pool back at the BIG4 was too great as temps nudged 38oC. After a couple of hours in the refuge of the pool, we headed into Bendigo to catch up with family with a great feast of Mexican. Sunday had us packing up and grabbing a few caches on the way into Bendigo catching up with more family before heading back to Melbourne town.
The last cache of the trip, Trent parked next to GZ and made the quick find.
Thanks for the cache secondchildhood2!!!

Cache was very visible as I approached GZ. Signed log and replaced more discretely TFTC secondchildhood2
Post it notes for a log. Could use some owner intervention. Enjoyed my morning out getting a few, even tho it was cold and wet. TFTC
A quick find. The cache was partially exposed and the contents were damp. We tried to rehide as best we could, but you might need to check on the log book and replace with a dry one.

This our last day of caching in Bedigo, we are heading to Mildura tomorrow so thought we would head out towards Inglewood to find a few caches so we don't have to stop with the caravan on.
