Judging from the photos, I was in the right place. It's just that the cache isn't there anymore, methinks.

This was an interesting hide. If it was up in the tree full of spiders i would have certainly freaked. Thanks for the scare.
After reading this after I got to gz and not having a ladder was about to drive away and saw a box at base of tree got out and had a look to find the container. Signed the log but needs someone to put it back
Found it at the base of the tree needs someone with a ladder to place back before it gets muggled
Arrived at the GZ with GoodLook armed with our ladder only to find the cache(and its box) on the ground. We then saw the report by the previous finder that the cache was no longer up there!!! On opening the outer case Huntsman spiders ran everywhere!!!!! This cache needs urgent attention as it is very obvious at ground level,. Sorry but we had no means to reaffix it where it should have been!! Thanks Flippers for the hide!!!
Out and about on a spontaneous caching run tonight with CPwanderer.
CP warned me that one of us would be climbing the ladder tonight, so when we arrived at GZ and I was getting the ladder out, we were surprised to find the cache on the ground!! Fortunately CP opened it carefully as 50 million spiders ran out of the housing.
A quick find and sign.
Thanks for the cache FLIPPER&CO

Very good hide. But managed to locate but unable to sign. Will be back when i feel taller
We found it were just unable to get to it looks like someone hit it with a big stick
Found but not logged as our height device was not long enough we will be back with a longer height lifter, also had team gwynne along for some fun
I've had my eye on this one for a while but i needed to retrieve my device from my son before I tried. It was like Rundle Street this afternoon with cars coming and going. Thanks FLIPPER&CO for the adventure.
Came here at 9:20pm before reading notes so we don't have the correct equipment. May return another day.
Was in the area picking up some equipment for work. It was nearly lunchtime and so I decided to check out what was in the area. Spied this one just around the corner but when I was d difficulty of 3, I was a bit worried. when I started reading the description I almost started laughing as I carry the exact equipment required to do this one alone. So round the corner I went and parked the car at GZ, got out the equipment trying to be stealthy but obviously looking crazy. Quick equipment up to get the cache then down while signing the log and then quick up again to replace. Loved this one. Well done TFTC, TNLNSL
Oh boy!! I managed to get it and put it back by myself.
Thanks FLIPPER&CO for the cache

What an achievement!! Daughter standing on my shoulders and Butterfly Huntr yelling out encouragement!!! What a scream!! But....... We got it!!!!!!
Fantastic achievement, had flipper2003 standing on fierey & daughter's shoulders while I directed from the sidelines. Great way to finish off the day. Tftc
Arrived at GZ and was looking around for the cache, when I fully read the description. I looked up slowly and a smile spread from ear to ear!! You see, the reason we were out and about today was to purchase the type of equipment that was needed to complete this cache!, and we had no idea we would need it the same day!! So the inaugural deployment of our new Equipment was to retrieve this cache and for that it earns a fav point. Took TB..TFTC
After attending an early morning breakfast event, Ismartis joined a group that was tackling some difficult to get to caches that required specialist levitation skills.
She was very appreciative of those with special powers that made the day possible and for locus cache for the lift . Special mention also to Dr Owl and Froghoppin whose generosity helped her get home at the end of the day [^].

This was the third attempt by Owl. The first she came without the required equipment. The second she came with it, but the apartment had been removed. Today she came with back up to force the landlord to accept her application. Short work was made of the tenancy agreement and Owl had achieved the necessary occupancy.
CACHING - Cachers [green]Acquired Caches[/green] Hunting In Nomadic Groups, especially when younger legs and tools are required. After attending a breakfast event a small splinter nomadic group ventured out for a successful day of specialising in caches that required above normal height elevation. Another group rescue with the correct tools a sign of the log and off to the next challenge TFTC
Our last find as part of the nomadic horde. Funny how this cache never came up on our radar before as we were trying to clear out this area before we shifted away from Mawson Lakes to another part of Adelaide.

Nice to join the Dr Owl nomads for a bit of their afternoon.
Got to this one ahead, parked next door, and let Timotatus and Ridethegeowalrus go 4wd surfing.
All it needs is a multi level car park.
Signed and room acquired

Passed this one a few days ago before noticing a crucial part of our caching equipment was missing. Knew we had to come back.
Found with Tinapater in tow:
Free lodging on the mall - for humans or spiders? What the heck did we stumble upon but a raging nest of huntsman spiders!
Mr KQ climbed the ladder and passed the cache down to Peter. Mrs KQ had the honour of opening the box and immediately started dancing around on tip toes. As Mr KQ comes to her rescue, a babble of screaming and telling him to be careful comes out. Huntsmans are running for the hills!!!! So did I nearly!
Attached picture shows their sorry demise (sorry not sorry)
TNLNSL, replaced to it's original position

Nice hide! I went in quite deliberate with this one. High vis. vest and work boots trying to look very official. Needn't have bothered as no one in sight. Left trackable, took geo coin.
Well we saw it [xx(] When we come back with an 8ft ladder we may be able to retrieve it.
There were 3 cars parked nearby with male muggles just sitting there and then another 8 fitness 'nuts' on the oval so no chance to attempt any remote sort of retrieval today.

Finally managed to get this one with SASR as they had a means to grab it. SL Left TB took TB TFTC
Our second find for the day after cache napping Blackadders.
It was fun watching Crazy Geo-driver climb up on the roof of the car to get this cache.
And bingo a find. TFTC

With todays cache still unfound I remembered this little beauty and put the appropriate tools in the van and off we went. The cache was ours quickly before the kids start scouts. TNLN TFTC FLIPPER&CO Took geocoin
Borrowed the tool required to gather this cache. Think a council worker was parked down the road watching. Geoson said some spiders have set up a nest here.
This was an early cache seen but not found. #348

Christmas Adelaide 2013. Today was a full day spent caching with Team Seedsman out to Outer harbour and back to the North east ion the after noon. I visited a few spots I have seen before and plenty of new spots. I even found an old DNF I had been waiting to get for many years, but there are a few new ones. A great cache, but I am sure it is not T2, you even say 'extra equipment required' on your cache listing. Thanks.

The three of us were on our way to Gawler and made a detour to grab this one on the way. Mr Tardis came prepared and had the right equipment. After bringing the container down to ground level, it appears that there have been some squatters move into the lodgings.
The squatters were in the form if a massive Mrs Huntsman and half a zillion of her babies running around in every direction. It turns out she wasn't happy about me dropping in unannounced and shaking up her home and children. In fact I think she was rather annoyed.
Mr Tardis bravely got the cache out from the container and shook of angry Mrs Huntsman. I shook out as many of her arachnid brethren as I could and they just kept coming out. I think I should get some extra difficulty stars for this one. The room should be vacant of squatters for the next finders.
Signed the log. Thanks for the cache FLIPPER&CO.

My caching buddy mogni was in town and we both had some Christmas Shopping to do. So it was off to TTP. Shopping done it was time to get the last two Goths Anniversay series out the way, only stopping for a few other caches along the way.
A slight detour to this one as we had the cover of darkness on our side. Damn I can't climb to that one. Special tool required. Lucky I drove one to the location. The roof made some rather ominous noises when I stood on it but we got the smiley and a TB as well. Thanks FLIPPER&CO. I daren't look at the roof in the light.

In Adelaide for a Christmas catch-up with friends and do some caching.... Brisal5 took me on a slight detour to do some Christmas Shopping. I have asked Santa for a special tool which really would have made this easier. Oh well I will be ready next time.
Thanks
Thanks
Been past this one before but didn't have the correct tool to reach it but today we arrived with the correct thing in hand and made light work of the find.

Last one for our day of ladder caching but the ladder wasn't needed here... Nigel did some urban 4WDing and I could then easily just reach up and grab the cache!

Finally out to do some climbing Caches (With the Use of Geodad's New Ladder) with a couple caching Friends today Dazza, Margieh & Laighside Legends. Quick find for the Caching Crew as on the way from the Christmas Event in Adelaide today. As we drove down the road we spotted this one easy the street all quiet so why not 4X4 up near the location. Like lightning Laighside Legends was up on top of the Geolux to grab the cache. So No need for a ladder for this one when you have the Geolux and Young Laighside Legend at Hand TFTC
The two Ms have a new toy in the form of a telescopic ladder. Now what can we use that for?
Mr M arrived determined to make up for the recent DNF due to the cache having disappeared. What a treat it was to easily make the find. Thank-you Flippers for restoring the cache to it's former glory. Great cache, worthy of a favourite.

Attempted this one thinking it was still enabled. Saw where it was supposed to be. Eagle eyes.
Owl came prepared with a ladder and friends to assist, but no cache to find. That's what she gets for not updating the caches in her GPS! Next time....
Out with locus cache to get some caches that have been teasing us from afar, all high and mighty like. Well I have news for you the great have fallen. Now I am the victor as my name is in your log.
But sadly the cache needs to be placed back at the correct elevation.
Thank you flipper I always enjoy your hides.

I arrived here tonight as TheShattells wanted to get this cache off of their unfound cache list.
Sadly, the cache was laying on the ground and camo shattered
Please be advised that this cache is now in my car and I have emailed COs regarding this, so I suspect it may not be avialable for a short time.

Oh by far the most laughs we have had retrieving a cache yet!!! Had no idea a road in an small industrial area would be so busy that time of the evening!
As Mohuja said its hard to be inconspicuous whilst standing on the roof of a car to reach the container lol. We even had a lovely gentleman do a u-turn and come back to see if we were ok (damsels in distress ) and if we needed any assistance. After some quick talking by Mohuja he left us to it and the slightly more agile teenage daughter climbed up and managed to reach the container. Seems that a quite sizely arachnid has taken up tenancy to guard the treasures.

[Had a lot of fun with this one.] It is difficult to be furtive when you have to stand on the roof of your car! [But we finally got it. Beware, there is a huntsman that has taken residence inside. Note to self: bring insecticide next time.]
Thought we came prepared for this one. The tool we brought was not the right size. We shall return with someone younger and more agile.
Found it but then didn't find it. Will have to come back with a tool to assist or come back in greater numbers to help me in the find.
Cache now back in place awaitng it's next tenant. Happy lodging. Don't forget your toothbrush
