A caching day around Armadale-Byford-Mundijong with the primary aim of clearing up a few more of the SWH... series. This was one of the caches found on my travels. Tftc
We went to check on this one today. It was still there but the camo had seen better days. Used the same cache and logbook but replaced the camo with something similar.
194 days unfound but still in good nick. Out in Byford early to do a quick job before I play golf so filling in time with some caching tftc
Out down to the city for a few hours. Picking up smilies. Different type cache and in good order. TFTC
Parked over the other side of the road but had an easy crossing with no traffic at this time of night. Got close to GZ and slowly checked all the spots the cache could be and happened to get the right angle to claim the find.

Finished dinner and headed out the door with SirFancy, the plan being to grab some solved puzzles and multis down in Mandurah.
As we pulled out of the driveway the ping of new caches had us changing plans and heading Byford way instead.
We were beaten to the first to finds by Barnzy & Cravo but enjoyed having a chat with them on the side of the road.
Needing a new plan we decided to head along SWH... grabbing what we could before making the turn for home.
A mixed night with 11 finds and 2 DNF’s.

Thanks m4yb for placing this cache for me to find, this is find number 2930 for me.

Melbourne Cup day caching with axell33 and the geopups, we completed a nearby series and added some more smilies to the SWH 'lot'. I do love the tributes! This is our last one for the day. A nice quick find here. Thanks for the cache and greetings from Baldivis.
Out grabbing some caches with the Geopooches on this beautiful Melbourne Cup day. This was our last one for the day before heading home to get some sleep before night shift. We stopped to grab this one and spotted it and had a bit of a giggle at the cache grinning at me as i approached. We quickly signed your log and returned your cache back to where it belongs. Favorite point coming up for the timing of the find in respect to the camo of the cache. Less than a week after its special day and also in memory of Vidahoy. TFTC firnsy and Keego and Chil.
With a unofficial geocaching event in Collie this weekend Meme28 and myself hatched a plan to escape the city for the weekend. We started early and with no one holding us back we are caching all the way to Collie. Our aim to find some caches to fill our challenge needs, old caches, high favourite caches and just whatever else takes our fancy. This cache was found in good condition thanks to CO’s for placing these caches for our enjoyment.
Spooky find.
I came, I saw, I signed the log. Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache.
Cache is in good condition.

Off on another day hunting with Ebenie & Geotrakka. At least the sun is shining today after a very wet day yesterday. Thanks
Out and about tackling the SWH series. A nice quick find before collecting no.4 from camp. TFTC
A quick grab to fill a daily. I had to unfill the cache as it had quite a bit of dirt and crawlies in it. Nice new log now signed.
Found it. TFTC firnsy with Keego and Chil. Had a current visa so I went south across the boarder into the depths of the unknown. The day was for relaxation and geocaching but maybe not in that order. I have previously done some of this SWH series and today I have returned for a second attempt to gain a few more smileys. Quick find here today but the loge is full.
Another early day out with neva2old, we hit the road at 3am in aim to finish off the LGA series, which was done in a few hours and started to chip away at a few other series too. We had a great day out and we think we finished off with over 200 smileys for the day (will put the final number in the last log) we had a handful of DNF's after spending a considerable time on the hunt but are happy to say we come up trumps here today TFTC
Out and about with Parkacruz, finishing off the LGA series and grabbing some caches on the way home. tftc
On the way home from Pinjarra, decided we had time for one more. This was it! Found a very cute hide. All well with cache. TFTC, K&C!
Out and about on a wet/dry day picking up some caches. Found all but 2.tftc, sl, tnln.
Have gone for a drive today and finding as many SWH caches as I can. Picked this up along the way, thanks very much!
Out and about bright and early grabbing some SWH caches. Thanks to the COs that have placed and maintain these for our caching pleasure.
TFTC M4YB this is find # 2464 for us.

Gabs1963 and Miss-Placed came down to meet up with me for one last caching adventure before I venture further afield. We finished being civil to each other yesterday morning, and we started to stand by each other. Today we are hoping to finish the series as well as get some random caches. I love this area, and hope to be back soon. TFTC m4yb
This is our last caching day with BecknMonts before she heads to the dark side, so we decided to pick up where we left off standing by me on the railway track, then maybe picking up few a the smaller series as the day continues.
Thank you to all the cache owners for placing these caches and maintaining them. It has been a great trip and deciding to go for quality caches and not number hunting was a brilliant choice on our behalf and we have done nothing but laugh and enjoy the caches we have have found.

Miss-Placed and I came down to meet Becknmonts for one last caching adventure before she ventures further afield. We headed off from Gero finding a few geocahes along the way, we stopped at Moora for Breaky and with quite a few laughs along the trip down, we got there.
Day 4 early start again we have a lot of geocaching planned again today, off we go jiggling just a little bit again, lots of big puddles, nice dirt tracks on stand by me series and a few others along the way

Oh holiday from South AFrica. Just had to do this one after reading the description. What lovely way to remember a friend and fellow catchers. Well worth the find.
Making my way back to Perth to fly home tomorrow after having a great weekend at Fairbridge/Pinjarra for the WAGB event. This is a great series and help me remember some of the cache names over the weekend. Thanks to the COs.

I was planning to go into the hills for some caching but it got too wet. Plan B, SWH. Tftc
TFTC - Headed out today to extend our finds on the SWH series. We had a great day out with lots of fun finding the caches.
Quick grab but took a long time extract the log from the gc. It was also out in the open & broken, muggled? Covered him back up. TFTC cheers
Out for the day with one of the Janale Girls. On the way home from Byford we called in at some of the SWH caches. This was the first one and not too difficult. TFTC firnsy.
Always wanted to start somewhere with the SWH trail and this is the first of us. Out for the day with one of the TOF's. TFTC firnsy.
As it gets closer to the warm months, the mornings are getting "slightly" lighter meaning an opportunity to grab the odd cache before work.
Grabbing a few SWH caches on the way in the dark. A nice quick find here.
firnsy I found your cache SWH...Vidahoy on 17/09/2015. This is my find #3753. TFTC.

Found it took a while but in the end my brother saw something and it happened to be the geocache
Headed out to Byford this afternoon to get my daily caching fix. This was the first stop and was surprised to find it quite quickly, I was expecting something a little harder but glad for the quick find.
firnsy I found your cache at 4:51pm, this was the 1st of 2 finds for me today and brings my total find count to 2019. The cache was in good order and I replaced it as found.

I think we will have pumpkin soup for dinner. Left some glitter, took nothing. TFTC
Replaced Logbook with dry one, Left old one in cache and dried out container. This container does not seal.
Definitely needs a clean up and a drying out. Contents were soaked and log book is wet.
# 8090. Our last day in the area before we head north for Jurien Bay tomorrow. We decided to attend the CITO Event and also collect some more caches whilst travelling there and back home to Falcon.
We had been a little disappointed with the few SWH caches we did yesterday and hoped there might be more variety and a better connection with the person the cache has been placed for. We enjoyed these much more, but not the frequent stopping and crossing of the busy road. Just did another 14 today.
This one was a good start to the run with a nice topping on the cache. Unfortunately the cache was saturated and the log and plastic bag are wet. Took: a dilapidated tractor TB to fix up before sending on its way. A maintenance check is definitely recommended here.
Thanks firnsy

Day thirty three of the WA road trip with BettyBoo3747.
We travelled to Kelmscott for the CITO, then sampled a few of the South West Highway Trail. We had a look at some around Pinjarra which were a bit disappointing, so we wanted to see what the first ones out were like.
This was a good start. We could see the top of the container from across the road and it wasn't a standard box.
Unfortunately, the tide was in a bit and the logbook wet. We emptied out the water (BB snitched the TB), but the logbook will still need replacement.
Thanks, Robmc.

This one made me smile, might have to go back and visit it in October LOL. Manage to squeeze the red buggy TB into its new Parking Garage. TFTC firnsy
