Find#2946After claiming a few FTFs on some other Newcastle caches I came here to find one of the last traditional caches for me to find in the Newcastle area. TFTCelebanana
Found the cache in pretty decent condition but logbook is fairly full. Added logbook baggie and fresh sheet. Thankyou for placing and maintaining the cache and allowing me to discover a new area.TFTCGeneric overly-detailed summation of the day:Weather report: sunny and quite warmCaching conditions: minimal muggles due to the areas I was caching in, GPS satellites talking nicely to my phoneSnack situation: dismal: sugar free redbull, leftover prawn chips and a banana big M. I still didnt eat my apples. Public toilet status: a bit few and far between. The only option for the day was the Lake Macquarie shopping Center loos which are quite good and have soap. Munzee distractions: none today, kinda forgot about them.Weirdos encountered: no human weirdos, but I did see one snake! Just a little one but a snake all the same.("`-''-/").___..--''"`-._ `6_ 6 ) `-. ( ).`-.__.`) (_Y_.)' ._ ) `._ `. ``-..-' _..`--'_..-_/ /--'_.' ((((.-'' ((((.' (((.-' geocat says HI

Found it! Was a bit damp and didn’t have any paper to replace the wet wad. Love these activities ..... well I do at least, the kids bicker about who wants to carry the phone and find it ..... etc etc ..... at least we are out side in the sunshine
A nice quick find on a beautiful morning walking in the area. Thanks for the cache tnln replaced as found sl
Found it. That was the last of the series THX Eleebanana. These are my favorite caches. Walking along hiking trails in the bush is best. TFTC.
A nice walk late this afternoon to GZ. Son found the cache after we had both looked for a while.

A change of plan led us this way, We had some solved puzzle and some other caches in our sights.
So many unfound caches with so little time restricting us to 1 day scramble. Lot of walking, only a couple of DNF. But a fun day in company with Wilbert67.
Thanks to all the CO for placing these caches. We will be back.

We did the bird walk today with my Pop, Dad and little brother, found 8/8 caches! TFTC
Three generations of Team 737 walked the 'bird walk' as it has become known to us, today. We set off from the roundabout, with a pre-arranged dust-off at the MacQuarie Drive end.... A great time was had by all, even young Oliver, who reported his favourite part was 'finding the ge-i-caches'.... A highly recommended walk for young and old, does get a tad steep in parts though!

Looked on the wrong side of the path for a while. Was distracted by the fallen log! Nice hide. Swapped a trinket for some stickers. Thanks!
Was in an obvious spot. We looked here first but didn't see it. Had a second deeper look and found it. We also managed to see several cockatoos!!! Thanks heaps for the walk. We didn't find cache no #1 but found the rest. Recommend this walk to anyone.
The last note I wrote was for the wrong cache!!
Found this one still. Easy find and took a photo with the teradacytl. Thanks!

Today, we visited the Lake Macquarie area, for a day of caching.
Still quite wet underfoot, and a lot of trees down from the recent storms.
Parked our geo-cruiser, and enjoyed the stroll along the bush track.
Not many muggles, and we managed to find 9 out of the 11 in this series.
Cache was found after a short search, and in good condition.
Many thanks for placing this cache, eleebanana, for us and others to find.
