Logs
After a long while registered with Geocaching, I am archiving my self and the caches associated with me. Thank you to Geocaching.com for a great time, and thank you to all who sent lovely logs for my caches.
Here briefly for the Finn’s Reserve Family Festival on a great, sunny Sunday. Realised a cache was only 40m away, so my path was clear!
Circled the area, and then there it was.

With summer on the doorstep today I figured a plan to enjoy some caching and a stealth ride. Made good time getting early so was able to enjoy the ride. I was straight onto this one. Thanks to atraversiamo for placing this cache.
Sensational day today for exploring a new area and finding a few caches with my buddy
Cheers

This was the next cache I headed towards during my stroll around the area. I followed a geotrail towards GZ, but my GPS was bouncing a little and I was trying to work out whether to keep going (but not into the river!) or search where I had stopped. As soon as I turned around I saw the cache nicely tucked away. TFTC
This one was sitting there for all and sundry to see as we approached. We were careful putting back and hope that it is not so obvious. Thanks for the cache.
This one was a little exposed when we arrived so we tucked it away a bit better before moving on. Thanks for bringing us here and thanks for the cache.

Out for a day of caching whilst in the big smoke, we had picked up quite a few caches close by and thought we would finish off the area. What a lovely inner suburban park with nice views and also a great park for the geokids to play in. We were particularity impressed with the nature play area which was enjoyed as well.
Quick third find for the day, and back to the trail for a few more.

First of four caches we grabbed this afternoon. We got very wet a little later but all was fine as we approached the GZ. Hid the cache a little more deeply than we found it

Out for the bike ride at Westerfolds Park, Lower Plenty with Crank1. Beautiful day! Thanks for bringing us here and the cache.
Found it! We continued along the trail and found this cache. Muggle Heather spotted it! TFTC SL
In the area to finish off a challenge cache and had to find a few more because I could.
A nice park along the Yarra and even with the lovely weather I practically had the place to myself.
A nice little area off the path with a view of the Yarra, I spotted the cache as I approached from the right angle.
Thanks atraversiamo TFTC

Nice little find on a sunny afternoon. Out with Eva, Sebastian and Rose. Rose found this one after leading with the GPS to the GZ. Didn't take her long at all. Dropped off a travel bug to continue on it's journey and added some much needed swag to the container. Pushed the cache a little further back into it's hiding place to make it a little more muggle proof.
Thanks for bringing me to this peaceful part of suburbia the clue wasn’t obvious but I did find it pretty fast
Found with ICW. The find was a bit too easy as it was sticking out from its hiding place. After signing the log we left the container a little more muggle-proof than when we arrived. Thank you for the cache and this series.
This took way too long to find. I looked all around GZ, and found it just as I was about to give up. TFTC
It was a nice day for a ride with the geokid around this area to grab a number of caches. Nice hidden spot away from the main track, and quickly located it and signed. Cache in good order.

I had some time before I started work this afternoon and so I went for a walk to collect a couple of caches nearby. It took a moment to spot but I soon spotted something, and was able to quickly sign the log and replace it.

I had the day off with my kids so we decided to head off on a bit of a drive out this side of town to check out the nearby wombat park. It certainly helped that there were quite a few caches to check out nearby as well.
This was the first stop along the way and after getting our shoes wet circling around GZ in the morning dew we finally spotted the hide from the right angle. Thanks for the cache atraversiamo.

Heading along the little trail I saw a great place for a cache. Checked a few places but couldn't find it and wasn't sure what the hint meant. I had a closer look and my geo senses kicked it. Thank you!
Staying in Melbourne with family over Christmas, we found time to go for a short walk and find a few caches in Finns Reserve. We found the cache on the ground so we put it back where we thought it was meant to be hidden. TFTC
Went to read a notice and I was right there! Swapped a frog for a Purple Swamphen? Lovely, secluded spot . TFTC
As I approached GZ I wasn't looking at my feet. Out of the corner of my eye I spotted something, and I nearly stepped on a large blue-tongue lizard. He was in no hurry to move so I took some photos and then he gathered some energy to move away from me, but closer to the cache. Luckily I was able to retrieve the cache, sign the log and rehide it without further disturbing the lizard.
Thanks atraversiamo for another cache.

TFTC. The river is really big after all the September rain - havent' seen it like this for years. Nice spot. Easy to get to but also hidden from muggles.
Tftc. It's a beautiful day for a walk along the river.. Thanks for bringing us here. The kookaburras are laughing at our endeavours here.
This probably took a little to than we expected as there seemed to be a few possibilities. Anyway we found it and were able to SL. TFTC
