Found It!
Nice place. It took a bit of searching to find this one but eventually I looked in just the right spot and saw it. The hint seems a bit misleading.

Day 22 of our southern trip. Heading into blues area to pick up an LGA. Very hot here today. Don't need to run around in the sun. Caching around Mildura and Red Cliffs in readiness for doing the Paddle Steamer geoart.
Caching and travelling with RoddyC snickersallan and grannysmith1947. Signed as Team 44Qld.

Day 22 of our southern trip. Exploring around Red Cliffs and Mildura today. With a round trip into NSW. We areTeam 4 4 QLD - RoddyC, hatzofff, Snickersallan and Grannysmith1947.
Such a rough area - don't think I would like to stay here at all.
Despite carrying in all possible TOTTs, nothing was found here today, Mebclever.

Nearly broke ankle looking in the dark and in wrong spot that navigation took me too, decided to just ditch navigation area and found straight away in much safer spot. TFTC.
Found on a fine Autumn day for a country drive.
On the way to Mildura today for an adventure.
Not many muggles around here and a good quick find.
Thanks for the cache Mebclever,

Certainly a lot dryer here than the last time I was here.
Cache found after a an initial search in the wrong spot. Ha.

Finally got the change to find my "local" cache. Quick find a warm summers evening.
A short walk off the main road in the gentle rain soon had the cache in hand.
Interesting spot.

We spent our last day in Mildura, close to the river which we love, converting previously "DNF'd" caches, such as this one to smiley tokens on our map. The trees near the billabong are truly works of art.
Our thanks to 'Mebclever' for adding this cache to the geo-gameboard.

Such a shame that there is no billabong and not much bird life here at the moment. RH made the find whilst helping GT. If she had looked a little harder, it would have bitten her, lol. Thanks for the cache.

Day seven of a camping road trip with Papi4506, Geoturtle37 & RoamingHowie.
Change of scenery today as we head south-east towards Swan Hill.
My notes for this one are...
“Special special tool required. Kez knows”
6 days later, finally catching up on logging - I have no idea what this meant.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache, Mebclever

The geocaching holiday continues with OzHockeyChick, Papi4506 & GeoTurtle37. A week so far of firsts, milestones, learning and plenty of laughs!
A relatively quick find. Sometimes you need to have a second look
Thanks Mebclever for placing the hide!

Gps was off today. After searching in the obvious spot, decided to broaden the search and found it straight away. Sneaky sneaky! TFTC
TFTC out for the day with PeteBev. Enjoying a week away camping - this is our last cache for the day
Geoboy and Geomum came back over 6 years later to have another look. On a lucky streak if 8 finds in about an hour, we thought why not, especially since Geomum was 9 months pregnant with the youngest Geoson last time. Geomum came up with the goods, quicker than we were thinking so on dusk we were lucky. Tftc, nice hidden away spot.
We came put on a day trip today to find some caches in the area. So many great hiding places with nooks everywhere! We tried not to over think the hide too much and we came up with the goods! Only hidden by nature's blanket. Thanks for bringing out here. Has been a great adventure! TFTC
I took Rudds Run again today
And after 30 minutes of prodding and poking,
same result !!
Even the super strong magnet on a stick couldn't coax this tin out of hiding [:o]
I'll be back !!

We looked high, we looked low, we looked in, we looked out, but today there was no way we could work this one out!
Our second DNF on the run - GPS'r wouldn't settle, so we searched two likely locations without success. Today this 'Small' 2.0/2.0 was too clever for us.
Thanks for the hunt anyway Mebclever.

We did our maintenance run today checking containers and log books. We were a bit worried about this one with 5 DNF's . Checked spot for cache and even rechecked the co-ords. All good still in it's little hidey hole ready to be found.
This one defeated us - though we might have searched harder if it wasn't raining.
Muggle partner and I were very generously given the opportunity to accompany Moneydork and Tounga to Mildura for the weekend, to attend 2 events
Saturday morning we left Berri and returned there Sunday night. Between that, I found 44 caches , attended the 2 events and had 6 DNFs
According to muggle partner, it was a great weekend I asked if he was now enjoying geocaching and he said 'no. The weekend was just good around the caching!'
Some awesome caches were found and some great people were hugged, met and spoken with
DNF! Sadly a DNF for us today, hopefully I'll be back one day to actually find this cache

Late entry, couldnt find this one with Lord Rossatron, it had defeated us this time.
This one beat me. Dont know the next time I will be able to come out here. Spent way to long looking at where I thought it should be but no luck. oh well
Find No. 1117. Found with FUF009 at 1.09pm
Heading up to Mildura for the Annual Port to Port Bicycle Ride Weekend and done some caching along the way. Had to take a detour off the main road to grab these few caches as we were heading into Mildura.
Another find along this round a bout back track that we are taking into Mildura. Took heart - Left coloured eraser.

Find # 2626 @ 1309 H
Found with Tyred n Cranky
Once again out annual trip to Mildura so that Tyred n Cranky can enjoy their other hobby, bike riding, and in the annual event of the Port to Port.
As normal a rout was set out so that we could make some finds along the way up.
Didn't see Kevin but we did find the cache. another fence jump was made to make it to GZ.

It has become a Mildura tradition that I start the caching day with a DNF !!
And so today on Rudds Run I searched for a good half hour and did not find a cache
There is a lot of darkness within the hole, but a torch could not cut through it

On an expedition to pick up the caches along the Murray River south of Red Cliffs LNTN TFTC
With a little help from my friend D-Bone, found my first cache: "woo hoo". I have the fever and am now looking forward to the next one...
Alot smaller than expect!
We had just introduced our friends to caching and this was our first one with them. Everyone was very excited to find it. TFTC

Today was the second day of my holiday, heading to Broken Hill from Ouyen via Mildura, ultimately heading to Port Macquarie. I picked just a number of caches to break up the journey to stretch my legs, but missed Mildura caches alltogether. I really liked the area - very quiet and peaceful. Found the cache without difficulty.
My thanks to Mebclever for the cache.

Quick find, gps let us straight to it. Geokid wasn't the first to spot it due to it's location.
We found it "whoo hoo" I guess we can call this a FTF. We were armed with 5 very keen geokids & found it in no time TNLN TFTC
We are back from holidays and went to check on this one. And guess what "IT'S STILL IN THE SAME PLACE !!" JUST WAITING FOR SOMEBODY TO FIND IT. Due to part of the hide falling down it is more open to find. Well worth the drive down there at the moment as there are 400 plus pelicans on the billabong. Good luck.
As we are in tassie on holidays wont be able to fix this one untill we come home the end of June
Spent awhile here we looked everywhere , oblivious signs other cachers looked aswell we increased our search to the waters edge incase sat was off no luck . There was one extra large gum with large hollow looked with torch & found nothing . Perhaps CO may need to check & update TFTS

The Gps couldn't decide which tree it liked the most - The snake made the decision for me when he first tried to climb one of the trees then settled on hiding inside instead. A few minutes at the other tree and resident Bullants came to play.... boy they were big and very agitated - Thankfully they latched onto my footware rather than my foot but still they didn't want to let go. Will come back in the middle of winter.
We too spent some time here without success.
There appears to be some evidence of previous searching and those bull ants were very active in our search area.
Nice spot though, well worth a visit.

I had a good look around the area. Lots of good hiding places. Too many places. There we a flock of pelicans on the Billabong today. I also found a nest of bull ants at what I had GZ. I will keep an eye on this one. Great area to visit. TFTC.
