Trying to do some caches on our quick Christmas visit to tassie. This one was a quick find after a bit of shopping. Cool container
Wow very clever hiding spot!
This was the first cache we ever tried to find, with no experience of Geocaching we did not find! Came back a week later and found it with in 1 minutes ☺ TFTC

Had a little bit of spare time between errands so dropped by this one along the way. Love the container, TFTC
Travelling around Tassie, first day and the traffic flow is somewhat different from WA!!! Got lost going to Trevallyn and found a different cache than we intended!!! Caching certainly fillls the bill! TFTC
Geocaching with williama5, after the event today. Good cache and hide. Thanks for the cache.
Travelling around Australia and spending a few months in Tasmania.
Today we ducked into Launceston hoping that Sunday would mean less muggles around.

#2902 - 18:55; Decided to grab one last cache on the way out of the city after a visit to family and clearing a couple of caches off the 'to do' list. Parked close to where I thought this one might be, but was a few metres out. Made my way quickly to GZ where the cache was located in the second spot checked. Had a chuckle at the cache container . Log signed, it was off on the road again after a syuccessful start to the caching new year. TFTC choppersrule
The area was nice and quiet today so it was easy to find.

Cool cache container! Found it on a brisk walk before having to attend a meeting nearby. I can tell you, the caching was the preferred activity! Thanks choppersrule.
I was in a rush by this time so I am glad it turned up quickly! Nice container, scruffy place! Thanks...
Not a very pleasant area, don't know how a hotel would work here. Dismissed the cache at first, then realised it was it. Forgot pen so will upload photo. TFTC find #180
Walked straight up to this one. The rain ceased for just the right amount of time.
Took monkey eraser, left smiley badge.
One of five for this windy, rainy night with KillKillMultiply and his geo-girlfriend!

Easy to find. Waited for the taxi driver to finish his lunch. Glad he soon moved off. A very quiet spot. TFTC
Great cache, loved the container, took the travel bug to take it to QLD next week
Needs a new log as the current one is very nearly full.

checked on this one today and replaced it back where i hid it thank you to samcarter for the heads up and for hidding it for me.
A late afternoon stroll, and the convenience of a smart phone, gave me the opportunity to grab a caching fix and end a long hiatus. The cache was just lying around, and I'm not sure where it's really meant to go; in rehiding it I haven't exactly hidden it (not knowing the intended spot) but at least it isn't in quite such a random position. I hadn't walked this route before, and obviously things are happening with the new Bunnings nearby, but there's still an air of old-sad-industrial around the place (I didn't tackle the 2013 cache due to muggle presence). Thanks choppersrule (I particularly like the log book holder).
Although there has been a lot of work done in this area this cache is still all good.
I said hello to 2013 before I said goodbye to 2012 - but I'm always doing things backwards. Found the very inventive cache container lying sort of out in the open & at first thought it was a candidate for some CITO action until I gave it a bit of a shake. Replaced with a little more camo.
Found this cache during my final afternoon in Tasmania. I had a great time with lots of hikes and lots of beaches, but everything has to come to an end. This one was an easy find with a cache container I liked a lot.
In Launceston for a long weekend with my lovely wife Catherine, celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. This was one of the last caches I visited, having left Catherine at the Art Gallery while I got out and about for some caching.
TNLNSL, thanks for the cache choppersrule.
best wishes,
Wal

Found[Time to Find: 1 min] 24 August 2013 14:26:34 Ok we tried this one last time but the new wall had us stopped from using the river side road. As we arrived a travelling mini bus was leaving the area and sb8 recons he seen it later on parked down in Campbelltown. A quick find and a quick look at the new wall.

An easy find then we struck our problem! A muggle came down the pathway and got into his car parked right beside GZ and proceeded to just sit there. We waited and lurked and loitered and then gave up and took the container with us to the next cache. After finding and rehiding that one we made our way back and although the car was still there the muggle had disappeared. So jumped out of the car, rehid the cache, leapt back into the car and made a hasty retreat. What a saga!!! TFTC Apologies to any team that may have come along in the approx 20 minutes the cache container was MIA.
A quick find and an inventive container with a nice decoy nearby [yes, we checked that after!] Thanks.
