SurdiVisio and I had a lovely walk in bush. Found the cache before go to a GC event. Thank you
A fun find and some good climbing and caves in the vicinity! A great container. TFTC
A wonderful exploration. Honeycombed sandstones. Came across the Piglet Travel and planned to say hi this TB only. However this piglet waited two years to be moved onOur five fellow TBs: Cheetah, Harmony Smurf, Canadian Flag, Dosenjger and Dog Tag told this happy piglet to jump onboard. Carrier SurdiVisio does need to drop all off soon!
Absolutely reminded me of a puzzle cache by BFJ in the CC.
What a lovely collection of caves, and honeycombs, truly amazing.
Had collected hammer-time and swallowed before this one, I walked past this as I was above. This was my last of 7 finds this afternoon and the best was last

Such an awesome cliff line!! Lovely walk in. Tftc Piglets friend loves hunny. Tb dropped!!
Wow! These overhangs are magic! Thanks for the cache and allowing me to find these!
Cracking location. Been driving past this for 40years. So great to explore it a little more.
Have lived in the area for 10 years and never ventured in here. Such an awesome spot Geo Kid loved this one. TFTC.
Maintenance performed. Upgraded container to Ammo box and replaced contents. All good to go.
Cache was sitting out in the open with its contents everywhere, struggled to get the pen to work! Had a look around but couldn’t find the lid. The kids had fun racing the cars down the sandy slope. TFTC
Fantastic spot. Had a walk a little way east of GZ to find a decent way down. Not sure if it is meant to be sitting out in the open at the top of the cave and without a lid. TFTC
TFTC! At first we didn't see the description and clue, so we were searching ontop of a cliff for a while, until next time we realized where it was. Real fun one and "Honeycomb" was a real great clue.
Also we did find some drugs in the bushes around the vacinity, so i might suggest getting council or someone to pick that up.

Like previous finders, we came to this one after doing the hammer series, and had to change elevation to get to the honey. honeycomb was a great clue. tftc.
after the easier Hammer home the lure of favourite points led me deeper into the bush. when will I learn that 200m as the crow flies is always much longer via tracks. either way its a beautiful place to wander around in. like others I found myself at the wrong elevation to start with but soon found a convenient track to lead me down. the gps was taking a while to catch up but I figured I was in the right spot, tried a few places before finding the right one. great spot and easy fav point from me too. now back to the car and some water.
Really enjoyed our bushwalk to here - up from Mitchell’s Pass. The track wasenough to follow and since it appeared on our geocaching app map we could make decisions when it wasn’t quite as distinct. We were accompanied by a loud chorus of cicadas and Mars Gaztek saw buzzing around for the first time. We found ourselves above GZ but worked out a safe way down the the right area. Wow, we would never have seen this great sight without geocaching. A bit sloppy, sandy but the container is well-hidden and dry. A favourite from us! TN L Rudi the champanzee TB SL TFTC Cheers... Gaztek
Tftc - we were up. Went down, around then up to reach GZ. Nice little walk around the bees home
We found ourselves on top of gz initially but found a safe and easy route down. What a great location, cache tucked away nicely in the honey comb. TFTC !
Mr T has decided to do some of the slightly harder caches that are close to home that I cant do. He decided to go in from the Blue Gum crs end. At GZ the GPS jumped around so he looked around for anything obvious. He spotted something but on a closer inspection that wasnt it. More looking and the cache was located. Log signed and returned followed by a walk home! TFTC
I spent a fair amount of time searching in more precarious places than was necessary, only to find the cache eventually in a much more accessible location. Wonderful features to admire in the sandstone here, TFTC!
#3416 (7 of 10 today)
Real Life has really impacted my caching lately - Pokemon Go hasn't helped either to be honest - but finally a day opened up where I could spend some decent time on the hunt.
Decided I wanted both numbers and a nice walk, so the lower Blue Mountains was the logical destination.
Ended up starting out later than anticipated due to computer printer issues but still managed a decent walk and made 10 finds - and only one DNF.
A good but tiring day.
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
Back along the trail from my last find, and somewhere I lost it and took the lower one. Kept going but the rock hopping and bushbashing was catching up with me - not having done it for a while was proving tiring - and it soon became apparent where I needed to be. Decisions decisions.
Took a short cut to yet another track, then back around the long but easy way for a second go.
Apart from a steep rock climb early on, it was a much better option. Closing in on GZ, I realised I needed to go... You're kidding.
So now at GZ it was a matter of a final push and search.
Took about 5 minutes before I had the right spot and angle and made the find.
Completed signing duties and replaced. Then along the track to my next target in this bush land.
A Favourite for the spot.

We parked in Blue Gum Cl. and only had a short walk to the cache. Had to traverse 2 cliff lines but found appropriate places to do this safely. With the GPS still showing 54m to GZ we saw something shiny and upon closer examination could see that it was the cache. It appeared to have "dropped" a little and was peeking at us through a small hole. In the meantime the GPS settled down to 22m which was probably less than the error in that valley. We had to carefully step up to the cache and managed to retrieve it and sign it. We replaced it more securely and out of sight. However, still obvious to geocachers. TFTC
Found some honeycomb to what I thought was GZ.climbed in and searched but no cache.i checked my coords....opps im about 20 metres off.
Found cache quickly once I was at GZ.
Cool spot!

Our 6100th cache. An enjoyable walk here & a super location! Mrs H soon spotted the likely hidey-hole well before I thought we'd find it. TFTC teanm.hall!

What an absolutely fantastic location .... SSSonya found the cache. Thanks for bringing us here . TFTC
Seen a similar hide like this in the northern beaches, so had something of an idea of what to expect based on the name and the location Once at GZ, wasn't too long before we had CIH. TFTC!
Great, the honey comb is epic. Fav for showing us this. Conjures up all kinds of ideas of fairy's nd pixies etc. Getting to the cache was a bit nerve racking cause i just felt like i was guna slip nd slide any second but thankfully i didnt. Put the camo back over cache a bit better cause it was pretty easy to see from a distance. Tftc
Favourite. Parked on top at Blue gum Cl. Short walk to gz. Liked the rock formations at gz. Quick find. Cache all good. Tftc
Sadly after searching for an hour we came up empty. Frustrating to see looks of foot prints around GZ but no cache. I used my Garmin to get to GZ and searched high and low. Oh well that's the breaks I suppose.
Tackled this one with phlphotos and ani-del. Great afternoon of bushwalking. Beautiful spot too.
#324 found with alnic39 & ani-del. Ani-del had previously found this one so let up ponder where it might be found. We both came from different directions when we both spotted a likely spot. Alnic39 went to get it first and we signed and replaced the cache. Very interesting place. Would be good to photograph but today wasn't the day for that. TFTC
I searched on the wrong level for this one too at first; over riding my phone GPS which has been unreliable of late. We're SO lucky to have all this beauty right in our back yard! TFTC
We took the wrong track and ended up too high but we didn't mind as we found some fringed lilies up there. Eventually got to the correct level and found the cache easily. It looks like some homeless person lives near GZ or used to.

After being flat out with work for a few weeks it is nice to finally get out and grab some caches
Number4 for today!

We loved finding this one. Great hunt. We left a car but didn't swap anything because we liked the spot so much. Thanks for the awesome spot!
Great location. We loved finding this one especially the hike in. Definitely a favourite from me!
Found with the Lomandra legends crew!

Looked for heaps! Couldn't find it... Make sure you wear good shoes cause the track is steep.
What a nice little patch of bush! Nice hide, night find with morebierplease. TFTC!
I approached gz by the lower tracks and saw that the cache had a neighbour sleeping in the cave next door. So the search was quiet.
Honeycome caves are always a favourite hide for me.

Tftc. Nice spot. We hadn't gone far enough and couldn't understand why we couldn't find the cache. After looking again at the co ords we followed the trail down and had CIH in no time. #teamtiam
Nice hide great spot. Looked in the wrong place for a while but eventually found. TFTC! #teamtiam
A day out geocaching with pills123, the rock structure was worth seeing will give a point TFTC
A lovely walk in from Mitchell's Pass Road and following the OSM tracks on the Garmin. At the GZ and a ponder ... a few places one had no need to go were looked at, then where one did need to go was, in a manner of speaking, delicately approached. All rather undignified for the tubby 'mushroom, but justice for neglecting this great cache for so long.
Top location, with the nearby road shield with healthy bushland, and marvellous display of honeycombed sandstone. Well done Teanm.hall, TFTC

Wow thankyou for bringing me here! Found a homeless guys crib (or teenage hideout), but my last thought was where are the bees? LOL TFTC
A walk down the hill with bryaanzz and a quick check of the GPS once there eventually lead us to GZ. Went too far and found a small hideout, and after backtracking we had CIH. TFTC.
Found it after a nice trek through the bushes! Great find!!! Took the TBs and left a penny
I parked at the end of Blue Gum, and made my way down to GZ. Now just what does that hint mean? Oh a general hint, not a specific cache container hint...Thanks for bring me here, gotta love it.
Walked up from down below and soon found the honeycomb but GPS said it was still 20 metres away on top of formation.
After coming back to the formation the cache was soon located.

Thought I'd duck out and do some quick caches before the end of the year.
After completing the nearby hammer series, I decided to continue the walk to this one. My previous visit had proved fruitless, however I knew where I was going.
I had trouble getting the GPS to settle on this one again, but I soon spotted the Guard Rock and had the cache in hand at 1720.
Quick signing duties and then back to the geomobile

Visited today to check all was still OK. Still a great walk for the kids and a great spot on a nice day.
Tried for this cache tonight. Got within meters of the cache ontop of a 15ft drop.
I think i interpreted the hint correctly and followed the path around to the bottom of drop.
Problems getting the compass to settle at the GZ. Spent some time looking but didn't get anyway and was due at a party.
Will return another day

Due to a crazy compass it was hard to determine an exact location for the GZ. Found it in the end
Catching up on logging after a long christmas break. Been a while so I cannot remember seeing any issues with the cache . TFTC teanm.hall. Dropped off the TBs I had. A stunning location.

Good cache, it started raining just as we arrived at GZ, fortunately with such good shelter it didn't matter and eased off by the time we were ready to leave.
Awesome guys...one of our fave hides so far...well done geoboy...you are a natural!
we noticed you had neighbours here...a cave just a few doors down appears to have an inhabitant...nice view!
picked up a few hitch hikers! were the leeches the dangerous animals you were referring to?
can't wait to find some more of yours teanm.hall...

What a great overhang-fantastic erosion. Found the cache quite quickly as there were heaps of mossies about. Thanks for bringing us here.
