On private property a short distance. Such a beautiful view from the cache hiding spot. Going to come back and refill the box with better prizes in the next couple of days. The ones currently in there are rubbish; rusty thumbtacks, broken shell, sharp glass, popsicle stick. Ill also leave a pen. There is a log book!
Ditto what Scuba9 said. I was intent on releasing a TB which had been in the cache since 2021. A public road as indicated on my map, the verge well manicured by landowners. Cache all good.
After sucess at Bamboozled, I decided to head up here, or maybe there... eitherway once I found a good place to park a little further up the road I wandered back down and made a quick find, spotted the TB, all good here, cheers
Thanks for taking me here to the beautiful location. My 400th find. Found with Nessvab. TFGC
Great find for Yvettetb 400th cache find today. Since it hadnt been found in almost a year we were excited when we stumbled upon the cache in great condition. Yvettetb has dropped of a TB. TFTC
1023. 2:56 pm. Area has certainly changed since the cache description was written. Parking near GZ doesn't really exist anymore and the local land owners are making a strong claim regarding access. Cache quickly found in good nic. Quickly signed and headed out. TFT(nook)C.
Decided to get this one while we were in the area. What a lovely tree with a quick easy find. Thanks for the cache
Made an adventure of this one. Parked at the end of the road and walked back around the rocks as the tide was going out. After finding the cache we met the land owner of the property - the land we walked across to get to the cache. We explained what we were doing and he was ok with us crossing over his property. He did tell us about a walkway too. From the cache head back along the beach towards Whangarei. There are some orange markers directing you through some properties to a kind of car park on the road. TFTC
A lovely little cache! The dry grass is really slippery, be careful or you’ll end up in the water! It all seems a bit private approaching GZ - signs on the grass. TFTC
This is a fabulous place to have a cache, but I’m a little surprised it’s so close to a private property sign. But hey, who cares when there’s no one around and it’s so beautiful? TFTC
Nice find while in the area with tmann421 today
Enjoying the trip north and the caches
Signed log as tm/ww NZ

Nice find with woolwood9 today.
*We enjoyed the drive / walk around the area.*
Stamped logs as tm/ww NZ which may just look like a black smudge on plastic logs!
TFTC
*Good spot, lots of plants in buckets on side of road nearby.*

Great place! We will check it out in summer for swimming. I like your booklet. All nicely hidden, safe and dry.
Hi found it but my daddy didn't have any shoes and i got stuck then dad found it but nothing i wanted to trade for
Out to visit at Whangarei Heads this evening, so made a short detour on the way to look for this one as my one for the day to keep the streak going. Parked up above GZ and headed down the hill which was a bit damp and slippery.
With the good hint, cache was quickly found and all in good condition. TFTC

Damn. No fishing rods on this trip and very quiet. Nice find. Thanks for bringing us here
Spending Easter weekend in the Nook and went ashore for a quick look about. TFTC!
I'm up in my home town of Whangarei for the holiday period and headed out this morning to the Parua Bay area, and found a few caches while there. Made my way down the slope to GZ where the cache was quickly found. On my way back up some people were coming back up the track, so they no doubt wondered what the hell I was doing down there. TFTC!

I really enjoyed the scramble down to get this one. I think my caching buddy was pleased I was down the hill, around the tree and back up with cache in hand before she'd had time to contemplate the terrain. Lots of fun thanks
What a beautiful place. Pure paradise. Not for little children, but safe if they stand back and watch Mum and Dad. TFTC
What a pretty little spot, the sun was out and sparkling off the water. Beautiful.
Quick find after a little tree swinging. Lovely views in an out of the way spot.
Out and about at The Nook with Yeetrees, the cache could be Here or there, we found it where….. obviously quite near, thanks for the great views.
Would love to be moored down there- such a lovely tranquil spot even though it's honking today. Wonder what the depth is & how protected in other wind dirctions...
seems there were a few more logs than online; 1 from a neighbouring-muggle, who seemed happy to sign & replace. TFTC

10.00am. Not too kean to park on the wet grass so stayed on the road for the few moments to grab this one.
Thank you. David.
Thank you. David.
#1299, Disturbed a group of muggles who seemed to be a little annoyed that we parked up. Guess they were up to something that they shouldn't off. Quick find. TFTC
Met Butchie Bum to pick up some caches in the area and as we drove along to GZ we also saw some people down to the right fishing. After carefully negotiating our way to GZ the cache was soon in hand. Lovely spot for a cache and well worth the visit. Thanks
Here or there ,I asked myself. Yes we did find the where ,so signed and replaced while enjoying a caching trip with Team welsh.
No problems here,it does feel like your driving down someones driveway at times along that road.TFTC.
