Checking on Caches for our holiday in Perth.

Owner does not seem to be interested in maintaing this cache

A CO check was requested 5 months ago. The DNFs keep coming.

No idea what /where to look.

DNF. Lots of leaf litter around... Not sure if that would be hiding something?

Had quite a good look around, but GZ was being off and my Garmin was bouncing all over the place. Couple of other DNF's so didn't spend that much time. I will be back and will watch this one and see if anything happens.

Had a good search for no result, despite having a fair idea of what I was looking for, and where it should be found. A CO check would be welcome.

Spent ages around GZ, but could not locate it. Went over to the nearby cache and made a quick find there.

Had a bit of time to spare while in the area. Makes a nice change from the constant 'on the go'. Took a while to find this on as there were lots places to hide a cache. Picked up the travel bug & will move it on, even if it's just to one of my caches near home. Thanks 1017288 for the hide.

took awhile to find this cache as i read the hint and it made no sense....I change my approach to the find and bingo found it...TFTC

Took a few minutes but eventually found this nice cache. Dropped in a TB I've had fat too long. Safe travels.

Another geocaching-driven discovery of a lovely park, quite close to home really. Searched many places till I got there!
A bit blonde, I didnt understand the name of the cache till afterwards, a few hundred metres down the path.... TFTC 1017288!

[:(!] Having nothing better to do today, so what better way of filling in day than to go caching on my bike, left at 8.30 am and was back at home by 6.00pm, arrived at GZ and the cache was in hand in a matter of minutes.

Easy find. I'm wondering if it may have cache crept as it wasn't in a conventional spot for this kind. It's also far easier than a 2.5 (at the moment anyway). We used to live nearby and were quite amazed at the amount of work done on and in this area since we left. Thanks for bringing us back.

This one stood out like nothing else, although its the second or third of these kind of things we have found over the last 10 days or so.

Nice easy find among the trees early this morning while out on a bike ride. This was my first trip around Lake Claremont and what a misty morning it was. TFTC

It was mistralunas birthday today so she decided the best way to celebrate was to go out for a day of caching. It turned out to be a good day, i ended up with 29 finds and only 3 DNFS so i was quite happy with that. The gps jumped around a lot here but still a fairly quick find TFTC 1017288

Birthdays come but once a year and what better way to spend it than out caching with a like-minded companion. This one took a bit of head scratching, but we found it eventually. Thanks 1017288

Reasonably quick find in the dark, once I expanded my search a little and looked in the area I would expect a cache to be!

Seems like a fairly large green, but very dark and a little scary at night...!

We had to wait for a water carter to fill the tank on his truck and depart before approaching gz. Our gps indicated the container was 5 mts from where we were originally led but it was an easy find.

Found it after a few minutes checking out the area. Was going to leave a trackable - Sydney the Koala, but he wouldn't fit in the cache.

Out on an early morning cache run, removing a few blemishes on my my Geo Map and filling
in a blank on my Geo Calendar !!

Another huge open space that I have not visited for a long long time.

GPSr was a little wayward under the trees, but as soon as it settled, I spotted the cache.

Nice easy find, and so close to home as well! Finally organised enough to drop off the TB that we brought back from Norway after our recent trip.
The cache location is now ideal, based on the recent past comments it may have been moved a little but my GPS indicated that it is right at the coordinates provided.

We didn't have any plans for today as Mrs Felix worked nightshift last night and it's never safe to make plans after that. Best to wait and see how she wakes up .

Being such a glorious day and some sleep having been obtained it was decided to head down the coast for a 'drive' to check on our nearby cache.

We havent had much time for caching lately as we have been placing caches and working on our July event for Busselton. Today was a pleasant day to be out and about.

Didnt take Mr Felix long to spot this cache. left a TB.

I recently discovered this renewed area; it's a nice route to ride from Challenge Stadium where I swim to work in Claremont. It took a while to find this cache since I searched a few other areas first. When I did discover the cache, it was lying on the ground which, given the type of cache, I suspect is not how it was originally hidden. The cache is still on the ground but I moved it 1m to the nearest trunk so it's not so exposed. Thanks for the cache.

Nice hide. Our GPS was playing tricks with us and was pointing us the wrong way, but once we decided to ignore it and use our geocaching intuition we made a quick find. TFTH.

Today seemed to be the day to do this cache. Dr.ibl and i were sure we saw 2 other cachers and once we looked at the log we found we were right Went for a small meander whilst waiting for other cachers to finish. Not much water in the lake this time of year I quite enjoyed this cache TFTC

Found it surprisingly easy once you we found the right area

Hmm... tricky! When I first walked up to GZ the GPS pointed me at the big tree. Then it decided that I was 10m from GZ, but as I followed it, the numbers were not really coming down, and I ended up in a grove of small trees, and was starting to get very worried about finding the cache.

The hint didn't really mean much to me at all, but I saw something that I wanted to check out further, and it turned out to be the cache. So, I didn't have to search too long in the end.

Saw this one whilst eating breakfast and thought it was a great excuse to get the geokids out of the house.
Didn't realise it had swapables in it and we didn't have any on us, much to the geokids disappointment.
