It appears that this cache went missing a few months ago, when the water levels of the dam were high after a lot of heavy rain. It's hard to find a replacement camo and it's gone missing too often. So, unfortunately we have decided to archive it.
This one appears to be missing in action - perhaps because of the flooding in recent times. We are disabling it for now but if we can't easily find a suitable replacement, unfortunately we may end up archiving it.
Don't know what's going on with my finding skills, but even with a photo clue and a rookie finding it last week, I still couldn't after a decent search.
Yay. Turned a frown upside down. GPS had me on wrong side of path. Great to finally get this one. TFTC!
Headed out to Manly Dam today to do the power trail with Jennyfromthefarm. I'd done a few of the caches before but didn't get to finish the trail loop. We found and a passer by said hi as we were trying to sign the log. Seemed fairly oblivious to what we were doing. Thanks.
Went out to do some Manly Dam caches with Discobob3 today.
Started at 8am
Finished at 1:30pm
Weather: Sunny
Clever construction and a FP awarded.

TFTC! This was one of my fave caches I’ve found. So cute and fun. Covered again with camo in the GZ.
With pdbunce and minnie28 as we set off on the loop of Manly Dam. Quick find once we got a lock on GZ. Love cache guardian.
Two of us finally got around to doing a walk around the dam to check on all of our caches. We often have trouble with this one, as it seems to suffer a lot of cache creep. So we were very happy when we actually found it today!
We replaced the log sheet and put the cache into a slightly different position to the one we found it. We took a photo to replace the one we'd previously added to the page, since the area is constantly changing with all the trees falling down.
Cache is ready and waiting to be found.

A girlfriend from Melbourne was in Sydney with work for a few days, and she said that she'd love to come and learn about geocaching. We searched for quite some time before I said, "Hang on! That looks like an unusual arrangement down there"...
Thanks for the cache, zargfinders

Yippee! The cache is still there. We were unable to locate it ourselves but, as per usual, a huge THANK YOU to vk2df for locating it and showing us where it is. We'll update the photo clue soon.
We're guessing that this cache may have gone missing (again) - but sometimes we are unable to find our own caches when they suffer cache creep. Take a quick look and we'll be delighted if you find it. Otherwise we may have to end up archiving it.
The tree has changed since the original photo clue has been posted. Couldn't find unfortunately
A very good camo'd cache with natural foliage. Another sneaky hide found by Geo-Bunny. SL TFTH TFTC replaced as found ready for the next geo-adventurers. Thanks goes to the CO for bringing us to this location.
Had this one checked and it's definitely still there. You just need to look a little harder.
O from 2 today. Once again I was late in the day with light failing. Bloody work. I will be back.
zargfinders I didn’t find your cache ZFPT17 - Signal's Lilypad on 13/11/20, 3:29 pm. Searched around GZ, unable to find.
Easy find today. This cache was missing a few years ago when we did the rest of the ZFPT. OCW Brewmaker and MaxAdventurer. TFTC zargfinders
Got it this time. Last time it had gone AWOL due to track maintenance. Quickly found signal. A bit of clearing going on so he could be in danger once more. TFTC
The rule I’ve found often works for Zargfinders ...trust nothing, question everything .
This one was relatively straightforward after getting the right angle

Went on a cache maintenance trip around the dam this afternoon. We were very sad not to find this one and figured it may have got lost with all the dead trees that had, relatively recently, been piled up beside the path. We planned to disable the cache, assuming it was gone, so were thrilled to see justkeepwalking5's Found it log. They even sent us a photo, confirming they found the right thing. Sometimes it's hard to find your own caches!
Kindly found by another geocaching couple just ahead of us, so this was an easy find. Loving the camouflage on this series! TFTC. Now to hop to the next one
Nice hide, did have to leave path to retrieve log. Found by little bubs. TFTC
Did a short cache maintenance run this afternoon to check on the caches that were impacted by last month's heavy rain. A huge thanks to vk2df for doing some preliminary checking and maintenance for us. They'd already replaced the soggy log sheet in this cache so we checked on it but left as it was. Cache is ready and waiting to be found.
#1955 Eighth of ten finds today caching around Manly Dam. Found after a short search. Loved the cleverness of the cache container. TFTC and your creativeness

This was the third of five geocaches today on a short but really enjoyable walk to complete a part of the series, but these where certainly some of the most creative best caches i've done so far, and most of my past favorites are by zargfinders as well. This cache was well hidden, but the photo made it a bit to easy. Unfortunately, it looks like the lid came loose and the logbook is wet so i couldn't sign but i took a photo that hopefuly dosn't give anything away.
TFTC zargfinders!
TFTC zargfinders!
Thank you, a fun one to find...despite the massive spider hanging off the bottom if it!!
Picture helped alot.
Today was the day to complete the ZFPT.
So we did it! We finished it in 6 hours.
Had to call CO for assistance. Found 20/21
As we missed a clue we did the guess and check
strategy until we found the final!
TFATC Zargfinders Appreciate Your Efforts.

Another super cute cache container. The lilypad was a nice touch. Photo hint made it an easy find. TFTC.
Log regarding the series: Twice a year I am able to convince the fam to come caching for the day - mothers day and my birthday! So with my birthday taken up by kids activities we headed out for a family day out today. We found 20 out of 20 caches in this series! Including the five that had a DNF before us. Geo 4 yr old managed the whole track without complaint, although it took us 5 3/4 hrs to do the whole loop with only a quick morning tea and lunch break. The track was very wet after a week of heavy rain so it slowed us down significantly as we scrambled around the edges trying to keep our feet dry (thankfully the 4 yr old was equipped with water proof boots so at least he wasn't slowed down even further...). Parking cost us $35 for the day - which I wasn't expecting - yikes! We could have parked outside the park but the alternate thought of making the kids walk even further meant it was money well spent. What a great series. We had a lot of fun, pity the weather wasn't warmer, we would have a lot of fun swimming here too. Thanks so much for placing and maintaining this PT.

TFTF. Creative cache name and sneaky hide. Had to wait for passing muggles before locating
Fitting hide for the cache name and a little sneaky. Took a while to extract the log. Thanks for placing. I seem to have run out of time for today, and now have to jog 4km to get to the nearest bus stop to get home before trouble happens ...
Looking around ...
I'll be Bach.

Clever little hide, made easier with the hint, thanks. Signal’s in good shape. No pen, so have photo evidence available ( not including here as it is a spoiler
