Out for an afternoon of geocaching while the geogirlfriend went to a wedding. Beautiful weather made for a great day on the bike!
Find number 5, and I had no issues getting to this one!

Lovely idea to commemorate you mum. Our mum was also a brown owl and was just getting into caching before she died. She would have loved this one.
Very cute cache. Log needs replacing. Is full! Thanks for a lovely series of caches
TFTC! Normal caching foray in the suburbs of greater Perth on a lovely Thursday afternoon with Cravo10. This week we decided to head out to lesmurdie, something we instantly regretted when the weather turned out to be quite warm, probably not the best idea to be inland when we could be caching in the breeze off the coast of this wonderful state of ours!
Anyway we had a couple of small loop trails to complete that were leftover from our last visit to lesmurdie a few months back with KrabiBoy, so we knocked over the first and then Cravo mentioned a cider brewery he had seen signs for on the way..being a bit worked over by the heat we decided to have a couple of taste trays (highly recommended) which turned out to be not too far a walk from another cache and then the fernandogirls last day of the school holidays trail near the Munda vbiddi track! Good planning some say!
Another lovely day out with a nice mixtures of hides, although we did have a couple of DNFs but we have so many caches to find out here we will be back soon! Thanks

Third and last one for the afternoon and the last of the series. TFTC thanks Monf for the fun.

Out for collecting some smileys in the hills today with the geo-girlfriend.
Second series we planned for the day. This kept us busy for a while, but eventually spotted it in the most likely spot.
Surprising hides along the trail, TFTH.
Fave point for the effort put into the whole series

After completing a couple of series before lunch we decided to 'head for the hills' with iluvtrekking & JacobsCrew2 to tackle this series. Enjoyed a wonderful afternoon wandering through beautiful reserve and enjoying the bush aromas after the recent rain. A lot of thought put into each container and placement. Thanks monf
We loved the different containers and the varied hides in the area. Thanks for the cache monf.
I had a few hours to kill before the rest of the family woke up so I headed out to the hills just before dawn to see how many caches I could find until I got the hurry-up call to get home. Very peaceful, still morning. Saw many kangaroos, several large lizards and I was almost run over by about a dozen mountain bikers. Such a great area to explore. This was the first one of the trip. Such a cute owl. Found quickly. TFTC monf
Came back up to the hills today to finish off this little series that a started a few months ago. A pleasant walk through the bushland with some interesting cache containers.
A bit of a stroll to get to this one, was a bit surprised to come out of the bush near some houses. Spent a few minutes searching before I grabbed a stick to brush away the cobwebs from the first place I checked.

I'm looking forward to meeting other geocachers in Busselton at the 'WA GOES BIG IN 2015' event. Registrations now open.

This one I enjoyed but not for its location. Took a while to find only because I wanted to go everywhere else. I need some gloves!
I had a few hours to spare this morning before meeting the family for lunch so i headed back up this way to pick up a few caches.
Ive been meaning to do this series for ages so today was the day to do it. I really enjoyed the walk to all the caches and with spot on co-ords all the novel cache containers were found quickly. I will have to give you a favourite point for each one of the caches. TFTC monf

I was in this area for the first time today and I had about 30 caches on the to-do list. I was able to find all but one and I thoroughly enjoyed the quality and creativity of the hides around here

Headed out with my boys & Mistraluna for a bit of caching up in the hills today... The last one for the day & another one which took some searching! Although I'm not sure how we missed it on the first look
TFTC Trevkevred & for continuing this series for her monf [^] We have enjoyed all that this series has to offer today & I totally recommend it to all families looking to take their kids out exploring

Teamed up with jasenjanine and DangerMouse09 and headed up this way to grab a few caches. Apart from a few problems with caches not uploading onto my gps, we still managed to find all this fantastic series series without a hitch. Hadn't realized this area was here. DangerMouse managed to ride his bike around most of the loop. Lots of wildflowers in bloom along the way to admire too. Thanks to the original CO's for the sentiment that went into placing them, and thanks to monf for keeping them going.
After yesterday torrential rains we were delighted that this morning dawned bright and clear. Just the day for a walk along some bush trails in an area we had not visited before. Noting the higher percentage of favorites bestowed along this series it promised that it could be an entertaining walk. WE stated near Valencia Rd and circled anticlockwise managing to stay on the trails almost all the way. We were delighted with the extra effort that had gone into placing these micros in the bush and the personal history they represented. Thanks for taking over these caches monf and have a fav for the cache and also in recognition of original CO.
Was a little concerned about the weather behaving itself while I did this loop, but had no problems at all - it was a wonderful walk with birds singing joyously and the wildflowers poking their noses out producing beautiful perfume.
The caches were very cleverly constructed and a joy to find - despite their size! (I normally object strongly to micros in the bush!) And I appreciated and empathised with the thoughts for each cache.
Spent some time tracking this little fellow down, and in the meantime the muggle from the nearby house came and asked what I was up to. I gathered he had noticed unusual interest in this tree before! I gave him a rough explanation and he seemed to be happy.
I was sad when I realised that this was the last of the series...
Thanks very much to trevkevred and now to monf for this most enjoyable walk and series of caches.

Have been promising a little friend (about six) an introduction to geocaching and finally I have found the perfect series to start her off. Hopefully the weekend after next we can book it in. Thank you so much for an excellent series, a wonderful tribute to your parents!!!
Out caching in the area with two other teams AlliedOz and The Fitzy's with a few geo kids decided to tackle this series to help with the 31 in August TFTS!!!! Took a little longer to find as the cache was harder find!
Our last one in this series today. Earning us another souvenir for a cache a day in August.
This one had them all stumped for a bit, it just made the find all the sweeter when I had it in hand .
Thanks for joining us today teams Rokadz and The Fitzys

Was out for arvo caching with allied oz and rokadz and some kids. Was a nice walk for the afternoon and kids enjoyed the characters. This one also required the right 'technique' to find it. very clever. TFTH
This series has been on my todo list since trevkevred had put it out. Little B and I enjoyed the walk through the peaceful bush, not a muggle in sight.
This one took the longest to find. Lovely guardian.

After walking a small section of the Bibb track I stopped by on the way home to pick up these caches. I had a few young ones in tow and they enjoyed the walk and the fun of finding the caches. This was definitely our favourite in the series and took a while to find. Others in the group had looked where the cache was hidden but had missed it. I spotted it when i had a look but some still had trouble spotting it even when told where it was. A very nice hide. TFTC.
This series was fun to find on a walk trail that was easy and would suit geo-kids. This was the last one for the day for us and unfortunately didn't find. Again if we had our subscription up to date we would have had some clues. Will return to complete the series. It wasn't a find but a lovely walk. tftc.
Wow I have been looking forward to today for 3 weeks. A big days caching with The Machman and SpatialRiQ
The Machman and Mrs Felix left home at about 6am in the dark to be joined later by RIQ. Well as we had taken a bit longer on the first caches of the morning we arranged to meet SpatialriQ here. hmmm well we were later and later than we thought and he was very nice about it too thankfully
After looking for this cache at the last one, I knew what to look for but the well hidden cache took a bit longer to find. Crafty hide for sure. Another fave great work.

Planned a hills caching day with The Machman and FelixII a few weeks back, so we pooled the caches we wanted to target plus all our solved puzzles. Was a great day to be in the hills caching away from the city for a change.
Loved this little series. Nice bit of forest to wander around in. Hoot hoot, found all in the series. Thanks for a reason to come to this area. TFTC.

FELIX and I had been planning a trip to Kalamunda Hills for about 2 years, but the seasons just passed by and
we have never quite made it.
Over this time the list of unfound Caches grew astronomically and we are now left with needing to spend a week there just to make a dent.....
Anyway today was the first day of our assault on the hills...
We started with a decent 3 hour walk around the northern part of the Banyowla Regional Park then headed over to this reserve to meet the "Spatial One" and complete this very well thought of circuit of caches.
Cheers for bringing us up here, a great series with a wonderful sentiment.

This one had me looking as it took me a while to see it in it's hidey hole.
I've enjoyed doing these caches and I should be getting out a lot more now I'm mobile again.

Beautiful bushland and nice track - enjoyed follow the track... the weather just perfect for a walk... Loved the story about your childhood... Signed the log at 2:20pm. Thanks trevkevred & edskjb.
This was our last one of the day and another nice suprise great work most appreciated by us all especially the dogs who had a great run around thanks trevkevred
Last one. Went around and back to the car in one and a half hours. Owls that! Thanks to trevkevred @ epskjb left a fav point with each one.
What a hoot (hoot)! The last of this memorable series. Thanks for a pleasant walk through the bush Trevkevred.
[:(!] Went for a morning caching run with the two grandsons from Owers Corner to do this series and fitted in an extra one along the way, parked the geoGrand Vitara as close as possible to GC44PCW (Old Mc Donald) and from there we walked the circuit, on arrival at GZ and with three pairs of eyes we had the cache in hand in a matter of minutes.

A quick find and more oohs and aahs of delight from the Squeaks. We loved this walk, it was a perfect way to spend an Easter Sunday morning
One of the slowest finds on the series, but still well under 5 minutes until the log was signed. The cache was hidden at a different elevation and far more thoroughly than I was expecting. Thanks for the cache and the series trevkevred.
KB spotted and I retrieved it from his little hidey hole...signed log and returned to vehicle...thanks trevkevred for a very enjoyable walk and series.
Took a few minutes to find this one as I didn't look properly the first time I checked where I eventually found it. Felt a bit exposed here with the near-by neighbours, but think we were unnoticed. Cute owl. SL. TFTH trevkevred ... another fav for this one.
I hate having to follow Amstradkid.
Took me far to long to find this so left it a little more visible for whoever follows.

This was the second find after a quick look at lost needles. Muggle was interested in us but went inside eventually. Nice creature. Have amstraded this one as the muggle may come looking.

Got a bit hotter walking along the tracks to this one as the wind had died down. Found the cache without problems once at GZ.
Thanks trevkevred for the cache.

This was the first cache I came to find this afternoon. At first I was worried that it might be on private property, but then I spotted the fence nearby. I made a quick and easy find of this cute little container.
Thanks for the walk and the cache trevkevred!
