Ha-ha! You have eluded me for so long. So many nights spent searching while waiting for my fish and chips. So many dead possums. Now this cache is back where it belongs, I can see why it was muggled. It's a very easy find, but quite a tricky return, even late on a Tuesday night. Thanks for bringing it back to life, DtobyB.

no luck, looked all over

28-Apr-13
didn't want to poke around too much at the co-ords as there was a dead possum right where we wanted to look...

28-Apr-13
Not keen on poking around too much with a large dead possum right in our way!

If it's where we think it is, we wouldn't have a hope of finding it on a busy Sunday afternoon.
Merann.

06-Apr-13
Searched for about 10mins though I could have missed it as it was hard to be thorough with all these muggles.

06-Apr-13
GazaC and I searched the area for about 20 minutes but couldn't find it. It's now had three DNF's, can the CO please check if it's still there?

No luck this morning @ 08:30.

I looked and looked; trying to be inconspicuous; the area was filling up fast with Muggles; I decided after about 10 mins to leave it for another day.

I did find a green stubbie holder tuck up in a nifty hidey hole though.

Found @ 21:00. After dropping my mother home from a dinner for my father-in-law's birthday, I figured as I was already out I'd grab my p366 cache find.
Without my usual kit on me, I made do with the bare essentials - phone and keys (complete with pen). My GPSr took me to an unlikely spot, so I searched a possibility while dodging muggles. Once that proved fruitless, I had a better look around my environment and had the spot in an instant. Retrieval took a bit longer, then replacement even longer still. Although perhaps it just seemed that way as I was back in the car and on the way home about 5 minutes after I arrived.
Took nothing, left nothing, signed log and visited some trackables.
Thanks for the cache DtobyB.

I came here after my usual Wed night sporting comp at MSAC. I needed to de-stress after some intense matches. Wink Nobody much around at this time of night and particularly as it was just starting to drizzle - we could with some heavier rain though. At first the GPSr was jumping around a bit and took me to some unlikely spots. It finally settled down and then kept taking me back to a particular spot which was fairly well-lit so I was able to easily spot the very bold and well-camo'd hide. As I'm a bit short I used my trusty step stool that I had in the boot to retrieve the container and then signed the log at 11:30 pm. No problems with the return. TNLN.

Thanks DtobyB for the cache and for bringing me to this interesting spot. I must come back here in the daytime for a coffee when I next visit my relatives who live down this way and see what it's really like. Cool

A great night of caching with Rebel Acts, Blacklegend and Trailrunning (TDC) as we cached a big loop around Melbourne and then headed down the bay where we finished up for the night. As usual, we traveled many kms and had plenty of laughs during the evening and night. It was a bit of a clean up run tonight, picking up quite a few caches that were just on the map by themselves, as well as quite a few new caches that had been recently published. We were also very happy to go back and find a couple of caches we'd left in Werribee during a recent cache run as well.
We arrived in the car park and even before we could confirm where the cache may be hidden, Rebel had found the cache, his finding prowess tonight has been uncannny. Thanks DtobyB.

Another great night of caching with TrailRunning, Blacklegend and Quasar3671, a great night was had by all with a big loop around Melbourne cleaning up some of the newer caches. I picked the spot with out looking at the gps as we pulled up in the car park. Thanks for the cahce.

Another legendary TDC (The Demolition Crew) run around the Melbourne area. Tonight's run, a cleanup run taking us in a huge circle from the North, to the West, via central Melbourne, then out East.... Phew, the areas we visited.... Another entertaining night, with lots of laughs, a big tree climb, a bridge climb (so to speak) and of course great company and conversations. My thanks to all the cache owners for their hides that we found on the night.

The Rebel was onto this so fast, I thought we were caching with "The Flash".... TFTC.

The Demolition Crew were once again out and about in and around Melbourne in the wee hours of the morning collecting caches and having lots of fun and laughs along the way. This was one cache I needed to log. We arrived here and before any of us start to search Eric is signing the log. Thanks for the quick find.

Find 561 at 01:58.

Headed out with Burge on a late night caching run in the Elwood area. We didn't really have a plan but there were plenty of caches in the area that were on our radar so it wasn't difficult to keep up the pace. It was a successful couple of hours with 8 finds for the night. This was find number 8 for the evening.

After coming from the Camden Market cache, we suspected that we'd be looking for a similar container here. This was a real park and grab and we made a very quick find before heading off to the next spot.

Thanks for the cache, DtobyB!

36`C late afternoon. Lots of local gyms expelling lots of REALLY sweaty people ; push ups on the footpath, jogs around the block; hot trams trundling past funky cafes doing quite a bit of business; tired business folk jumping of train and tram and staggering home to the cool.
Oh, and a cute little cache, deserted and lonely, just waiting to be grabbed . Luckily everyone was too busy doing their own thing, and, before I myself melted into goo, soon logged it and I was on my way.
Thanks and cheers!

Found while in the staedtl after attending a bat mitzvah at Ripponlea. Sunday night is probably a good time to get this one. TFTC.

Despite the legendary status of this cafe I have not sampled their brew. No opportunity tonight but that's not why I was here.

Trying to catch up finds from months ago, apologies for the belated log.

6th found in the company of lochb with Alansee.
Busy in the carpark nearby, but if you commit to making the find, you should have no problems, that or if your not sure how this cache is hidden, under the cover of darkness.

Thanks DtobyB for this cache.

Camo must be good to keep thwarting the trooping muggles that frequent this busy spot.
took a little while to find but surprisingly simple. thanks again Dtobyb

Found with Princess Diala and lochb. I had previously avoided this one as I thought that it would be far too muggly, but in fact it was an easy find and log today. Thanks Dtoby8.

Found 9:29am , find # 1884
Well I don't know about being the most famous wall in Melbourne, but the car park proved useful as parking in the streets wasn't an option.
This looked to be a pretty seedy area at night, so I was glad I called by on the way home from a breakfast at Southbank with some ex work mates.
The cache was easily found in a usual sort of mint tin hiding place and the log signed.
All the muggles were just going about their business so it a pretty easy retrieve and return.

Thanks DtobyB.

This morning we were on our way to Port Melbourne to have breakfast with my cousin, in my other cousin's cafe! On the way I made sure mum quickly stopped here to pick up this new(ish) cache.

Some interesting history attached to this cache. Shame it got archived because of its relation to a nearby shop Sad

After hopping out of the car, I was allowed a very limited timeframe to look for the cache as mum was just going to drive around the carpark until I had found it.

Luckily for me, I found the cache in the second place I looked.

Thanks for this nice little cache DtobyB Smile

PS. Sorry for the extremely late log (writing this on 2/7/13). Sad
