Decided to show some family about geocaching today. First stop was here. Unfortunately we couldn't find it. A bit embarrassing considering I'm the cache owner and it is an easy one.
Given its recent finds I'm not going to replace it until someone else confirms its missing. So could the next person please ensure you let me know here if you can't find it either.
Thanks

Until a few days ago it had been five years since we last hunted in Dalby. We left the van to go on grandparent duty in Brisbane. Now are back and ready to move on. But first, what better to do than put another couple of smileys on the Dalby map. We found this one at 3.55 pm. Actually, Mrs found it - in a place where Mr had already been. Probably just had a man look because he is not keen on micros on structures especially in urban situations. TFTC Landyman94, TNLNSL
My daughter found it before me and I had looked at the right spot twice and missed it lol
Second go at this one - last time there was 3 cars and KIDS everywhere. Today was an easy find ( nobody around ), signed log 11:00, and replaced.

In Dalby to have the yearly inspection on our motor home done. So what do you do while you are waiting - get the trike out and go caching. A nice easy one to start with. No children, good, cache yes good. SL TFTC
Found with Tassiegirl13.
A couple of muggle mothers and kids were having a good old chat near GZ so we made a phone call that we had to and by the time we were done they were on their way.
With the area to ourselves we soon had the little bugger in hand and our names added to the log.

No one around so had a good look and was not able to locate this one. Will check back to see if anyone else has any luck.

Got to the location and was just about to start my search when Muggle mum and child showed up. Made it a bit more fun having to sneak this one. TFTC.
geoP is on a flying visit to brisvegas & dalby to surprise a friend on her 40th birthday.
The surprise was a hit & there are no hangovers the next morning ... is that a good or bad thing?
I was on my way over to her place for the morning after breakfast & picked up this cache not far from her house.
A quick park & grab. Now off to have some baccon & eggs mmmmmm

After caching all morning it was finally time to feed the kids some lunch (@ 2:30pm!). Poor geokids come second to geocaching!! This was a nice park to stop, eat and play, as we then headed back home. Thanks for the cache and the nice place to stop!!

#243 Went for another lovely afternoon walk around Dalby to grab this one. On arrival 2 muggle mums with 2 small children were at the playground so I just sat at the table and researched the local real estate magazine. It was pleasant sitting with the sun on my back. The adventurous ones finally left and I was able to get to the task at hand. I soon spotted the goods, retrieved signed the log, and replaced to cache to its hidey hole. TFTC
Nice quick find after a hard days work. Found the cache in a nice place to be during the rain storm that was coming down.

Please ignore last log as I was confusing this cache with another. Mrs Beetle spotted this one and Mr Beetle retrieved it. He then proceeded to get his finger stuck in the container while I was busy logging the find!! Thanks, an easy find in a deserted park today.
# 6094 Found on the way east on our 2013 winter escape trip to Qld.
We are in Dalby for a short stopover to check it out.
No muggles around here today but a not so quick find in failing light.
Another day of the 31 day challenge completed as well.
TN LN SL. Thanks for the cache Landyman94,
Roostaman.

Having got the Friday off work, we chose to make a four-day weekend out of ANZAC Day and head West. With the plan to catch up on a couple Caches in the Bunya Mountians, we chose the Jondaryan Woolshed to camp at and circle out from there. Trouble was, there were too many around here to be focussed.
From our camp, we headed into Dalby for a day of driving around and geocaching.

Road works and some remodelling of the park had me worried the cache might be lost. Not to fear as it was found fairly quickly. Taking my L plate daughter for a lesson and couldn't resist the opportunity for a quick cache. TFTC.
What a surprise Blank Log book. FTF. Hooray. Very quick find at 1030am. There was no one at the park and after the find we sat at the table and made it appear that we were meant to be there. I do not actively chase ftf but if I get one then that is just an additional bonus. Left some pathtags. TFTC
