The area at GZ looks to have been cleared of all vegetation, prickly or otherwise. The cache looks to have gone with it.
Gps initially took us approx 20mtrs to far around the vegetation boundary so corrected it with another reading before entering the vegetation again. Then a quick find. Tftc
Another find as part of our KiwfruitsNZ/Vamber day of Multis.
Once we found the entry point to GZ, a quick find.

Out with KiwifruitsNZ for the day focussing on multis out East. This one was on our way to the final for one of them, so nothing like a quick diversion! We escapsed unscathed, and soon had the logbook in hand. Thanks for the cache.
A nice little walk into the cache but there was no evidence of the home alarms going off. Maybe they had been taken for walkies.
Cheers for the cache.
Cheers for the cache.
the dog enjoyed nosing around. Found it after about 10mins, watch out for stabby branches. Picked up a 'bookcrossing' will find a good spot to hide it once read.
Beautiful day, found and put down a trackable I have been trying to find time to give a good home for a few weeks. Photo included for the trackables owners to continue touring NZ virtually. Sorry it took so long! With Markgeostar and Canine companion. TFTC!
Nice! Came in the easy way but couldn't spot it. Finally the hard yards paid off tftc.
Very muddy under foot today. I did not realise there was some much land around here behind all the houses. Day 20 of 31 days of geocaching. Thanks
Was in the area, so thought I would say hello to one of my caches and make sure he is ok.
He is doing fine, found him out in the open, check him out, put in a TB, and then tucked him away

A very quick find after deciding to follow the GPS and not into the gorse bush. A nice sized cache although its rather empty with just a coin and a logbook. Didnt have any trackables with me otherwise id have dropped one off. TFTC!
Nice hide. Im sure u could fit a pen in there 4 forgetful people! Had to sign with the old mud and stick trick!
Took a nice afternoons walk to collect this cache. Had a nice welcoming bark from the nearby dog. Wasn't too prickly to find the cache, just had to keep a good look out. TFTC.
Took the Mini Future Finder out for a walk this afternoon. Hadn't been out this way in a while so seemed like a good option. Quick find of the cache as we strolled about the place. Oh, and the cache is of a regular size--not small. As you say, there is plenty of room for swag. Cheers for he cache placement!
Came in the back door which wasn't to bad, but once in could see an easier route out.

Comming out easier than going in but great to see new caches in this area

I'd been around here a number of times walking the caching buddy, so it was a quick stop on the walk. Thanks.

Miss Geckoh volunteered to be the retrieval person and then managed to forget to take a pen. All good though, Mr Geckoh threw it in to her. Sometimes it is useful having child, yet to decide if we have broken even though. TFTC

Thought it was going to be pricklier than it was so was pleased about that. Pagenz offered to do the cache crawl and it was soon in hand. TFTC
I'm not sue why it is when I'm out and about with Team Welsh but I get to go where into, up or over all the tricky places... nice find and not too bad - I remember the time it was 10 km through gorse at head height... t4tc
Woah talk about crawling commando style. Not for the faint hearted. TFTC Uncle Sam.
Was a bit of a challenge getting to GZ for a tall person but managed to crawl my way in. TFTC!!
Found without too much trouble, but the AdamsFamily beat me to it this time. Certainly lives up to its name. TFTC UncleSam.

After being pipped at the post by DavyCrockPot at the previous cache, we raced off to see if we could get this one first.
Mum was still in her work clothes, and slipped and slid her way through to a spot where she could stand without being prickled. From there she could see Dad was almost on top of it - luckily we were first to log it (with JacktheAllBlack).
Also took Becky to visit one of her Uncle's Caches!
Saw DavyCrockPot on the way back to the car! JacktheAllBlack warned of the prickles... Thanks for the headstart
