Logs
Found the log book in location, but no sign of the container? Photo of naked log book.
Sorry colliflowers, after a thorough search I did not come up with the goods today for your Traditional, look out Deloraine. It may be worth a sanity check to see that it is still here, I have been known to be cache blind at times.
Hi colliflowers. Today I/we attempted to find your look out Deloraine. Unfortunately, one of the following happened and that made us unsuccessful in logging a find :1. Hadnt rubbed all the sleep out of my eyes. 2. Hadnt had breakfast so was concentrating on filling my stomach. 3. Had someone else with me and they couldnt be bothered looking and wanted to leave. 4. Had muggles hanging around waiting for me to leave so they could relieve themselves. 5. Wrong time of day. 6. Wrong time of night. 7. Wrong information given to me about where the cache is hidden. 8. Coordinates out by more than 10 metres. 9. Nobody has blown up the nano factory yet. 10. Too much or not enough water / light / GPS signal. 11. Flat battery in navigation device. 12. Cache has been stolen / muggled. 13. Such a small cache hidden in such a large area (fake rock in a boulder field / pico in west coast horizontal scrub)14. Too far up the tree to reach with the ladder AND the pole. 15. Too far down the hole to reach with a magnet or grabby tool. 16. I gave up looking. 17. I need to be somewhere else soon/now/a while ago. No offence intended! One of these may actual fit my DNF on your cache.
Thanks for the Cache Collieflpwers,I took the boots out for a walk this morning, it's frosty in Deloraine. I walked past a few coffee shops on the way up from the race course, I remember one in particular near the top of the shops. Unfortunately it's now closed so I continued up to the lookout free of caffeine, decaffeinated. As is usually the case, the quality of the view is proportional to the effort of getting to the viewing point, so the reward here was great. Thank you for leading me here. Regards from Victourer
Merging my accounts. Found this as Hoterini 7/9/22. Now tracking together with Ambers007 and merging the old finds.
After a liesurely stroll up the hill with Noon Shadow, we found the cache as advertised. TFTC from the cyclists from Qld.
Nice quick find here once we were on the right road... didn't hang around long as the nearby roadkill was pretty ripe. Tftc
#707 ~ Found with Krossbo while visiting Tassie & it just so happened the Tasmania Craft Fair was on. A great opportunity to experience local crafts. Lovely view over Deloraine. TFTC!!
Nice easy find overlooking the town of Deloraine while on holiday with Muddtrax in Tassie. TFTC
Found as we enjoyed a trip to the Apple Isle, we had made some finds last visit but great to get back to add some more , enjoyed the view back over the town from here, TFTC and the fun
A nice vantage point accessed directly from the township.
Replaced the full and tattered logbook with a fresh one.
Nice views from up here.

Took a little bit of re routing to get here. I would ignore Google maps and just find your own back route. Pretty look out here. Thanks
DNF today there were muggles when we attempted this cache, will try again another day along with some other dnf's on our trip
Last time we were here there were muggles. Today, no one. The cache was found quickly by TaurusSix and me.
Thanks for the cache colliflowers.
Up north for a few days with RLD4963 and the GeoGSP. Today we were heading back home, but we had time to grab a few caches after having an early lunch in Latrobe. This was the last cache we searched for on our fourday trip - I always like to finish with a find and this one was a nice quick one. Nice view back over Deloraine.

Thanks for the cache. Apologies for the generic cache. Spent four days 'up north; with Lil Rafa and the GeoGSP. Today was day 4, a bit cloudy today, but no rain, so another good day for caching. Today we did a bit of a circle, before heading back to Latrobe (again) for more caches and lunch, and then a couple along the highway as we headed back home. Thanks to all the co's for placing the caches for our enjoyment.
