I am regretfully archiving this cache since there's been no response from nor action by the cache owner within the time frame requested in the last reviewer note.
Hi HeyTopps
This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit and after my previous reviewer note, there has been no owner response. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).
I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.
Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache. If a month passes without seeing a response, then I'll assume that this listing should be archived.
Please note, that if a cache is archived due to lack of owner maintenance, the cache is unable to be unarchived.

KrystalKath, Tama and I are visiting the Hurunui for the weekend. I've left KK at our accommodation and Tama the geohound and I are off exploring.
This was our second of five we found today.
Had a couple of problems with this one...
First I found the cache eventually after closely analysing the given hint - 14 m away from GZ.
Second, Tama ran off and it took me an extra half hour to find him and coax him into SF.
But in the end I did find it and him, so TFTC

A planned geocaching trip with specific targets in mind.
1: The final 2 caches to fill my D/T grid
2: The last 5 caches available (all in the South Island) to meet the NZ Jasmer challenge GC4R9Z6
3: Get as many caches as possible in a day (Solo)
I had no timetable and only a vague route (Christchurch - Dunedin- Invercargill). So after 20 days of sleeping in my tent/car I arrived home having traveled 4500km and visited some interesting places. Met some great people. I had found over 650 caches. That was a lot of park. Jump out out. Find cache sign and return. Then on to the next. All this done by myself. Also attended an event and had 2 FTF
Mission 1 and 2 were achieved and I had a best day of 153 caches. All this done by myself.
Day 3 Picton to Waikari 36 caches found including 1 of the targets. This had me going before finally finding it. Thank you for the placement.

What fun we had finding this cache, hint is so very accurate and still we looked in wrong place first hehe. Well done with this cache. We were on way home from Lake Taylor and were happy to find this. Thanks HeyTopps
The coordinates are a bit out but we found the hiding place with wind grass etc. Nosynel replaced cache. Weka's coordinates are far more accurate. Thanks #3626
The big Molesworth circuit has begun. Today is day one of Jude _E and my geotour. Thanks to her kind son we have use of a Toyota Hilux, very handy! Tonight's destination is Hanmer Springs.
Sadly there is no large event in New Zealand in 2019 but there are a few Mega events planned in Australia. I plan on going to the OzGeomuster in July. To find out more visit this site: https://www.ozgeomuster.com.au
If you can't make Aussie. New Zealand will have another large event in 2020 in Auckland. I will keep you posted in my logs.
Thanks for hiding this geocache.

Found it without too much trouble, which given some of the log comments surprised me some what. TFTC
There were groundsmen working on the courts and a gardener near by but still managed to stealth in foir the find. All good and replaced as found, with rock on top. Didn't squash it!
A real quick roadtrip weekend 'down the line' to Chch and surrounds for us this weekend. mrs capperz is on her own 2 week roadie, so it's just nightowl19 and I for the long haul, 800kms, puzzles and trads, a couple of badge upgrades on Statto project-gc, and a few take-away establishments visited to maintain the caching machine. A good weekend which as usual is over too soon, but still a good couple of days away. I had a meal to go to on Friday night so was not on the road until the relatively late time of 0800 on Saturday morning, and back home again just 36 short hours later on Sunday evening. Treble figure haul over those 2 days and plenty of back road sights and experiences of parts of Canterbury not travelled before. Managed a couple of earth caches, a load of apples (enough for cider!), some childrens names and even mustered some errant horses (on the loose from Kaimanawa?}

The Seagnoid, Zara, Toby and I are on a 4 day exploration around Kaikoura. Our journey today takes us to Waikari and back. We are up early and move Zara to a sand pit to play with a dump truck and digger, while we run away with Toby.
There are a couple of option for entering here. We take the second and stop at the tree hedge to check it out but its over there. Its a walk through the archway to the sports courts. Now the name registers. Not much choice at GZ so I widen the search and snag it no problem, much to The Seagnoids annoyance. Cheers. We drive through the arch way and rejoin the main road for some more apples.

Once we worked out the meaning of the cache name, it was an easy find by the dragon even though she a) didn't use the hint and b) the cache is a rather large 18 metres away from GZ.
Must be interesting playing squash here - angle shots make use of the side walls - there are no side walls here!
It's a four-day weekend!! Taybeedragon and I headed down to Kaikoura, that destination chosen mainly because I have some unfinished business down that way. And on top of that, like everyone else, we wanted to do some rubber-necking, to check out the changes in the route south. Apparently at least two more years work before the road is declared finished. Yesterday was urban caching. Today: Rural.

Great to convert this one onto a smiley! We were obviously looking near the wrong hint object last time, but after reading the other logs, we widened the search and there it was! TFTC!!
Left the great little campsite in Princes Rd and took little detour to pick up some of these ‘apple’ caches. Coords a bit off for me, but with the good hint it was soon located. Sadly, it is a little squashed already!
Thanks for placing and greetings from the UK.

We were staying at the domain with the NZMCA so came for a quick wander. What an amazing resource for the local community with a squash court, bowls, running track, play ground etc. TFTC
Is that a functioning squash court? This was our first time in Hawarden, and what a sweet little town it is. Nice little domain, golf course down the road, a bowling green and I am assuming a squash court or two. Might have to move here. We found the GPS to be +/- 15 metres on this one, but Jo made the find while I was sure it was elsewhere. Hint helps though. Thanks again.
Today was travelling back home to Blenheim after an enjoyable extended weekend in Chch catching up with family and friends, shopping, visiting the A&P show and a bit of caching. And eating way too much....
The target today was a little loop from Waikari to Medbury, a road neither me or Jo have ventured down. Found all caches targeted, so thanks all COs (esp. TheWanglers) and sorry for this cut and paste bit.

Out and about on a Mad Monday night Mission with TheWanglers and 8manafter. In the area performing some maintenance so rude not to stop off and make the odd find and sign along the way. A fun night; some 270km traveled and in bed by 1am. Nice.
We made hard work of the approach to this one...but all good in the end. Cheers!

What a brilliant lot of facilities here - should be something for everyone. Luckily no one round this afternoon. TFTC # 10,823
It was great to take a detour off the main highway and explore some new country. Great facilities here for a relatively small town. Loved the little grandstand.TFTC .
Cords where a bit out here, like others have noted. Widened search in a couple of directions and eventually found success. TFTC
The co-ords from W.E.K.A were most helpful!
Unfortunately I hadn't read the previous logs & had no spare paper with me; things are pretty damp.

First for the day after an early start, Don't know why I missed this last time as today was quick and easy. Cheers
Time for a drive to Nelson. It has been a while since We have been this way and there are a few new caches!!
Thanks to the CO's for the hides. Cheers.

Found with quinella last year in November and forgot to log as I found today when looking for unfound caches
Sunny but cool day, on our way back to Christchurch after a night in Hanmer and visit to hot pools ... a detour to see the countryside (and pick up a cache or two!)
Mrs Biggles and I are heading back to Nelson from Christchurch today. We made a bit of a detour out on some very pleasant back roads on the way to find a few caches. I can understand how someone might miss this one. The coordinates are about 12m out and the hint is a bit misleading. If you think laterally about what might constitute a 'wall' then it all makes sense. TFTC, Biggles.
Nope, could not find. Looked around the hint area for a good while, but came up empty handed.
Container a little bit squashed but maybe it's meant to be like that?? Found with debsnz
The hamlet of Hawarden provided a good place to park
So I went a wandering through the recreation grounds to track down a squashable cache
The sporting grounds are expansive [:o]
You can see the curvature of the Earth across the playing fields !! [:o)]
The rain had stopped, and the day was starting to warm up a bit.
The stroll across the fields of glory warmed me more.
At GZ, I was alone
It took me a while to find the cache though.
A combination of clues and where the GPS pointed had me thinking that this cache had indeed been squashed
But as there were no previous DNF's on this cache,
I looked around for another spot that fit the clue ...
... 'bout 15 metres away there was one.
Cache found
TFTC and exercise [^]

Making our way North towards home after the Christchurch Mega with tmann421.

Good find, compass was a bit off but that just makes it more fun, good hint. Thanks
I have been by a couple of times now, but there have been too many muggles. No muggles today, found it without the compass. I grew up in Hawarden, so it is nice to come back with my kids and show them the playground I used to play on, and my old school nearby. We visited family while here too! Tftc.
Having an Easter "it's all about the numbers" weekend. Day 4.
A quick park and grab on my way home.
Found in the dark. Cache find #101 for the day.

My 4th ever cache not to much of a challenge, due to myself living in the area. TFTC.
GPS was messing with us and the clues wouldn't load! Stoked to finally find it, thanks.
We parked over on this great spot with the campervan. Can recommend this to all. We could shower and after that it was time for the cache.
Hmmm coords are totally out, but after reading other logs went for a different approach and yessss found it

21st of 30 finds (a personal high) in North Canterbury today, between 10.15am and 8.22pm (and clocking up 136.4 kms between first and last), enjoying a number of back country roads at a leisurely pace and taking lots of photos along the way.
Some teenage girls on the playground equipment not too far away, otherwise not too busy. Found with the assistance of the clue. #643. TFTC.
