First trip with the girls of T.A.C.K.T! Thought we would start our adventures with a ride along the GSRT! Whats better than good company, laughter, challenge and CACHES!
Found with Surefoot24 on a day out and about. We discussed what we might find and when we got to GZ we discovered what it was. TFTC
Found on a lovely day out on the GSRT! After seeing a real one of "these" yesterday, we were very careful when searching for the cache. After looking a little bit away from GZ (the coordinates were a bit out I think), we finally spotted the very clever cache - awesome to see! TFTC La mina!
Phew this one took me a long time. Obviously the cache container has changed! Coords out.
Found with itsahoughthing on a ride along the trail from Meeniyan to Fish Creek. We found the cache on the other side of the track to where the GPS led us. Quickly signed the log and moved further along the track. Thanks for the cache.
Quickly found the snakey hide but alas the log was missing. Again we attach the hide as proof that we found it. Enjoying the bike ride along the trail. Thanks Silkyie
Gps was out about 10 meters took longer then it should have thanks for the catche

Very obvious when you look in the right place and are not misled by jumping co-ordinates. TFTC.
Last night, I braved six of these things (okay, they were fake, but I was very wary just in case one was playing possum). So it was frmen1's turn today. Found very quickly. TFTC
Found after lengthy searching with ellybow85 - it seems to be missing log book! Have taken a photo of container as proof of find, loved it! TFTC
Our second day, on the rail trail. The day started quite cool but ended up nice and warm by lunch time.
This is a great part of the trail, very enjoyable for bike riders.
Thanks to all the owners, for the effort that you put into the hides.
Many thanks for placing this cache, La mina, for us and others to find.

Well hidden. Decided to tackle the Great Southern Rail today on bike so started at Leongatha then on to Koonwarra through to Meeniyan where I stopped for lunch at Moos ( that was yum, well worth it if you are looking for a good feed ) then it was on to Stony Creek then over to Buffalo and across to Fish Creek then down to Foster where I finished, a total of 47.6 km one way. I collected 45 caches along the way and only 3 dnf's. Thanks La mina for the caches
No luck need to get out of the heat and move on !!!! WAS looking forward to seeing Snakes as i make a living out of them but a bit hot for them as well,.... hopefully next time a cache find and lots of Snake sightings !!!!
Thankfully no real ones around anywhere that I could see today, but I was still careful at the GZ. All was good though and the log was soon in hand. Thanks for the fun......
The weather continued to be amazing for our holiday.
We jumped on the bikes again for some of the trails and did lots of walking to others.
Some of these caches were so cool to find, and the scenery is amazing.
Thanks to all the cache owners for the hides down here.

After finding this cache and signing the log, we rode off towards the next cache. It was a warm day and as we rode along I noticed a suspicious looking "stick" ahead. We stopped about 15 meters away and waited for the "stick" to finally decide to slither off the track. I am so grateful that we spotted the snake in time and didn't run over it with the bikes. I couldn't help but be over cautious for the rest of the day!
Thanks for the cache and the warning. It was perfectly timed.

Out on a morning rail trail ride with Dunko with a bit of a mission in mind being to push up the cache numbers a bit. A good way to re use these old rail lines.. TFTC SL
We did see a tiger snake a few days ago, but not on this trail. Kept a close eye out all the same-liked the cache container. Thanks for the hide.
On going LOG

Might be a miserable day but that also means few muggles. Needed a little tome to fond thos one. TFTC
Today, the Guruess and I looked for a few along this stretch of trail. This was the only one we didn't find. But maybe all that snakey talk kept us from searching too hard for maybe 'a snake'?
Decided hearse068 and I would clean up the caches that are in the area some Heares068 had not done and some I had not done. Not sure who's idea it was but never again on such a hot day will I/we walk 6 + km next time it will have to be much cooler before I do something like this again.
I didnt need any help from Heares068 to find this one and boy am I glad we didnt see any of these today that looked real, think it must have been way to hot for them even. TFTC

Found with Which way back. As we both don't shear this phobia there was no surprises when Which way back found the cache. SL
Found with hearse068. Lucky that neither of us have this phobia! Enjoyed the walk TFTC.
FTF - had to double take this one as it was a nice warm afternoon : ) trees were a little hindrance with the phone GPS but soon enough we found, Thanks!
