Was walking along this belt this morning hoping to smilie them all but this one proved too elusive, too many options....and then I saw the previous logs. Perhaps the CO could check this one.
Spent so much time looking to no avail that when we looked at the time realised we had to give up or we'd be late to pick up our daughter after work (still a bit of a drive to get there). Had trouble locating GZ.
We spotted many two-trunk trees in the area, but because the recent weather had made the place a bit of a bog, and our A-GPS was jumping around, we couldn't spend much time traipsing around searching for it.
Two trunks? All the trees around here have three at least. Ferreted around for a while and gave up. Hope all that ivy isn't the poisonous type!
Out for an afternoon of caching in the sunshine. Tried a few trees before the right one came along. Thanks.
Abit tricky if the wron g tree! Too many 2 trucks 5min scramble. Have photo - log wet
Walked right past this, and took a bit of searching at GZ from the wrong angle until Mr Jag50 pointed out what I had completely missed.
We walked right passed this and went round in circles before finding this sneakily hidden cache.
What a vicious cache had me going in circles between all the hint items had given up and walking out when i spotted this tricky one tftchallenge
Found easy parking on Altair Pl, off Sunset Rd.
As with others, I walked right past this while looking in all the wrong places. Was kicking myself when I finally spotted it, TFTC

Wandered around a bit and two of us walked straight past it - lucky one of us was a bit behind and had good eyes!!
Had 5mins to spare pre swimming so worked up a quick sweat finding this one. TFTC
#458 Got to the GZ on this one only for it to jump around a bit due to tree cover. Once stabilised the workplace next door decided to have their 15 minute smoko so had to wait that out. Whilst waiting I discovered hide.

I haven't been to Saunders Reserve before and I didn't realise it was so big. We parked on Altair Place and followed the path to its end, then on up the hill. We found the correct spot with the help of the hint and it didn't take too long to then fin the camouflaged cache. A great cache - although is the attachment allowed within the Geocaching rules...? We then headed through the foliage towards the Barking Up the Right Tree cache...
I looked in the normal places, but didn't spot the cache until I stopped to stretch my back. TFTC.
Found this one previously but didnt log at as i was saving it for a day i needed a find, so i would know exactly where to go. It too me ages to find. Its there out in the open plain as day but blends in so well, i even walked right past it today and i knew what i was looking for.
Did what many others have done before us, bypassed the obvious only to waste time and effort looking, and getting a few too many mozzie bites before, returning to original spot and finding the cache. Good camo. TFTC
I looked around near the forest for almost 1 hour yet could not find it. I found a tree with a hole right next to the trunk that looked suspicious but couldn't find anything.
Went to the tree straight off but couldn't find it had to wait a while for gps to finally work while I checked the other trees. Gps final put me on the first tree I looked at and there it was. Should have stuck to my gut feeling and would have been done quicker. Nice Cache
Was a tricky find, GPS took us all around it for a while, effort paid off
This is quite near where I live but I've never been in this green belt before. Thanks for the excuse to explore.
I have tried to find this cache previously, by which I mean I drove in circles looking for an entrance! Back today an improvised a way in. Missed the cache on the first and second pass. Got on the third when I opened my mind to alternative hide options after checking out other nearby potential GZs. All god here. Cheers for the cache placement!
Got a bit distracted by a man-path through the trees which ended up taking me away from GZ. Was easy to find once I ignored that! TFTC
We went out this afternoon to find a couple of caches to fill a hole in our calendar. Walked up the path from Constellation Drive and ended up climbing a bit further than we needed. This made the final approach to GZ more difficult than it should have been. Once we got to the hint item the actual find was quick and easy. Thanks for bringing us here.
Was out this way so gave it a go ..... Quite tricky to see, but had help from Ric and his 6 yr old grandson !
Nice little stroll through the grass. Very secret little glade made for a great hide.
2nd visit to this one. No end of trouble trying to find this one lol... it blends in so well. Ended up talking with helefant on the ph, which wasn't a great deal of help, but while still wandering around talking, I spotted it. Yay. SL. TFTC.
My son went off to find this one as Seth wanted to stay in the car, after a while however, thought we better go and check on him. I found the "hint" so many to eliminate . . . . . now where can the cache be [?] rummaged a bit and then took a step back to have a think and AHA!!!! There it was. Great hide and the camo 2FLYTim loved this hide today. TFTC
Had me going and mum (SethRaven) came to see what was taking me so long, I found a bike but it wouldn't fit in the car . . . . . mum sorted the hint and then "found it" she shouted. Seth checked thru the swag and I filled in the log sheet. GREAT HIDE! I like this idea. TFTC
Out with my best muggle mate introducing him to geocaching , this hide was well como'ed and was tricky to find, SL TN but left a TB to continue it's travels TFTC & greetings from Aussie cachers
Wow this took a while, found the hint item but didn't see the cache so searched nearby, then finally came back and there it was. Good hide! tftc
Nice hide.
Took a bit of walking around till the cache was spotted.

A nice easy stroll through the vegetation & bit of fun for the boys. Good camp. Placed ZoeWoody for a visit.
This one was tricky said the kids but when we found it,"it was great place to hide it."
This cache took much longer than it should have. My GPSr would not settle and so I ended up searching the area based on the hint. I actually found the right place initially but ventured back and fourth several times before finally spotting the cache. I must have passed it atleast four times. TFTC
The first geocache for LBC Geocrew. Was good fun to test out our equipment, not too hard but well camouflaged!
Had been fossiking at this very site for a bit before we spotted the clever hide. Simple but effective. TFTC
The power of camo was certainly revealed here as we both passed it by at least once before spotting it.

Hard to find as our phone gps struggled but we kept on trying till we got it! Tftc
a quick find but only because the CO give me a really good hint for a hobbit sized person like myself. t4tc
As I leave work at 4pm I didn't want to trust my luck in finding parking in Constellation, and I knew that their was a clearway around this time in Ramp rd (I've seen the cars being towed away), so had a look on google maps for a safe entrance before leaving.
Chatted to a young chap who was excersizing his dog with one of those ball throughers, on the way to the cache. Was a little bit worried about how I was going to explain my return. Shouldn't have worried, as although I was rather relieved that I was lucky and spied the cache rather quickly, compared to some others, it was long enough for the dog to have got tired and be taken home. Nice hide TFTC.

This was not EASY, took over an hour to find and just about ready to give up BUT needed for FFED. Although the tree cover was not that thick there was some difficulty in getting a good 'fix' ........However; got there in the end!!. TFTC
Took a while driving around to find an entry point then quick walk to cache.
Container fits the spot well. SL TFTC

I had a nice 200+m walk to this cache. I had a good look around for the item in the hint. Loved the position of it.
Cheers for the cache.
This was a nice one to find, though it was useful to actually open my eyes. I was searching all the really tricky spots and walked past it a number of times before I saw it. TFTC! NINO.
Parked quite a distance from the park not knowing the area very well. It was a great little walk in this little park and an enjoyable find. TFTC
4.40pm. This greenbelt has been nicely developed. Shows the benefit of town planning!! Nice purpose-built container. Enjoyed the walk and the hunt.

Found with the help of GP5-nice to meet a fellow cacher & have a chat.Nice container & hide!tftc
Having been told by a fellow cacher of a relatively new cache nearby to where we live, I just had to get out there and find it. There was nobody about at the gz, but you could certainly see where they had been. However the cache was quickly found, and the log duly signed.
Been a while since we've had a mini event at a FTF. Met up with friwi and soon discovered more of the usual suspects lurking around. We all searched for quite some time, but eventually the cache was found. Tftc
Was approaching GZ when I saw someone apparently looking for something near some trees with a dog. It was Suendan and her Jack Russell (Canis familiaris). Nice to meet you Sue. We found the well placed cache, signed the log and took some time out for a nice chat. TFTC.
After being at home playing darts, a notification came through publish at 0.74km away. Off we went, first to GZ but shortly after we were joined by FMZ, Rossmar, Geomat and FriwiNZ. This took us all quite some time to find searching and searching, this definitely took some perseverance. TFTC.
Had just finished a round of darts with Furbies and my better half and was on my way to bed when the notification came through, I quickly decided to join Furbies on the hunt. Being only over the hill we were quickly parked up and making our way to GZ. After searching for five minutes, Rosmar and FMZ showed up closely followed by Geomatt and FriwiNZ. After searching for quire a while the torch light caught something and cache was located. Was nice catching up!
We were having a Mega event meeting with FMZ when the notification came through so it was a quick exit out the door in search of this cache. We arrived at GZ to find Furbies and Misfeez already searching. Geomatt123 and Friwinz also arrived and joined in the search. Despite 6 pairs of experienced eyes looking for the cache it took a good 20 minutes to find. When the cache was finally located it was where we had all been looking. Doh!! Joint FTF . TFTC
A nicely hidden cache - tftc . Remember meeting st Ouens here at a gr8dad cache back in 2007

So many people out tonight searching for caches... Got to GZ with Geomatt123 coming from Constellation Drive, this was only about 15min after the publication and found another 4 geocachers looking around (FMZ, Rosmar, Loz47 and Furbies). We joined the search and another 15 to 20 minutes later Loz47 finally found it. Don't quite know how we missed it, we were all searching for this 2 trunk tree and found many multi trunk trees... and even when we spotted the 2 trunk tree (on multiple occasions I believe) we still manage to miss the cache. Great hide and great fun with so many geocachers out, nice to see you all. TFTC
We were having a mega meeting on the North Shore tonight with rosmar so when this cache popped up and we needed a find for the day, it was a snap decision to head out the door. We weren't the first to arrive and bumped into Furbies and Missfeez at GZ, soon joined by GeoMatt and FriwiNZ. Oddly it took us all a while to spot this one in the dark. We had all looked in the correct location but were all cache blind until finally Missfeez shouted "got it!" Big joint FTF tonight, our FTF #1333 TFTC!!!
