Im still working on keeping my streak alive plus this cache also fits the bill for a missing date in my date hidden grid. I parked extremely close to GZ and quickly had the container in hand. The log is merely a thin strip of paper that is a crumpled balled-up mess. Unfortunately I didnt have anything the correct size with me to replace the log. Maybe a subsequent finder will be better prepared as a new log will be very beneficial. I managed to make my mark and then return everything as found. TFTC.
Got to GZ and knew exactly where it would be. The TOTT attribute threw me off, but eventually got it, log is in bad shape but apart from that, fine. Nice one, thanks for the cache!Coolabah OUT!!!
TFTC. I tried to find this cache years ago (although I never marked it DNF - naughty). From memory, it was up higher back then & I couldnt reach it. Or maybe I couldnt see it; cant quite recall. But Ive never bothered to try again. It may also have been after flooding, my memory doesnt serve me as well as that. So maybe it wasnt there; it was one of those three alternatives, I guess. But today Im doing some caches around the wider Brookfield area while EJ plays cricket at Kenmore Hills. Almost wasnt going to bother with this one & head from The Four Ways cache into actual Brookfield. But ended up driving down here. Very simple find, as it turns out. Now, just to figure a way to chuck a u-turnpreferably without entering Moggill Road. Dodgy, I know.
Whenever I'm in a different part of town ai try to find a few caches in the area. This was an easy park and grab with the hint pointing to an obvious location. Log signed and replaced as found. TFTC.

SaintsMadHouse and I decided that today we would tackle some caches in this area. We were particularly after some of the Indy Jones series, and decided to throw in caches in the similar vicinity of course. With most of our planned goal achieved, we checked the map and decided to tackle bits and pieces of others around.
We had ourselves basically parked on GZ so made a couple of guesses at the likely spot. Once found, SaintsMadHouse dropped the tiny little cache, but thankfully she froze while we looked and found it again right beside her foot! Then a quick maintenance job to replace the logsheet…. And she dropped the cache once more. Butterfingers!!
All good tho, we did manage to get it back in place nice and safely once more.
Thanks for the cache Nurseyjulie.

Today was spent caching with Willis007 and Chamad at Karana Downs. On our way home, we stopped off at a couple of caches that I had previously looked for but were too high for me, this being one of them. I have driven past here many times recently but didn’t attempt to find it as I had seen photos of where it was and didn’t have the needed tott. However today it was lower and easily accessible - a nice surprise. I signed and left it where found. So glad to have a smiley at last after initially looking for it two years ago. Tftc
Quick drive by find on an afternoon where the weather looks rather threatening.
Hoping to squeeze a few n before the skies open up.
Cheers

Great find, very enjoyable, I had a feeling it might be where it was and with an eagle eye, spotted it.
Picking up some caches in Kenmore today. I got to the gz here and wondered how you could hide something here and keep it safe from future floods. Finally I found the sneaky little cache. TFTC!
Had a good look around in all the elevated hiding places, but no luck…. We will be back.
Not on a good run here. Thinking it was claimed in the last two floods of Feb 22 and May 22
TFTC.
We thought we knew where is was, but kept being thrown off course.
Found it in the end at where we originally thought it was!

GPS flew around for a while so we were putting our fingers where you wouldn’t normally go without being able to see what was down there and then ended up right where we began to log the find. Tftc
Today, I joined karicka in a morning hike in the Dandy Ranges, walking past part of Lake Manchester. It was a nippy morning that got warm, with a number of steep hills walked up and down. After lunch, jesswrigley and I headed to the northern suburbs, where we stopped off at Strathpine, Leis Park, Petrie and Old Petrie Town, and completed the *The North Pine Heritage Trail* Adventure Lab. We ended up running out time exploring Old Petrie Town, so another trip to be scheduled no doubt.
A quick find was made of this geocache, given only limited possible hiding spots to have a hide like this. In fact, I was expecting a flooding marker going by this geocache's theme. The cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks Nurseyjulie for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.

A nice quick one here with The Marble spotting it on approach and me retrieving it. TFTC Nurseyjulie
So glad we have DisSister along with us as being the tallest she was able to reach this cache . TFTC
The benefits of geocaching with a tall person were again evident at this find. We parked across the road and dashed across between the busy traffic where The Marble instantly spotted it and DisSister retrieved it. I stood around looking decorative.

Hunting down a few cache's in the area today with Liz & Bruce and Chamad. This was a nice quick find due to multiple eyes at GZ.

Out today with Team Tyrrell and Liz and Bruce collecting puzzle caches and anything else in the area. This was one of today’s collections; while we were mainly concentrating on the sound series of caches it was hard not to collect others as we passed by. It was a fun day with lots of laughs and joking along the way, I’d be happy to cache any day with these people.
All good with this cache, thank you to the CO for placing this one here.

Out with chamad and team tyrell today finding caches in the area. Thanks for hiding and giving us the opportunity to explore this area. Tiny sucker.
Quick & easy find ???
Haha. This is NK’s 200th, but she is vertically challenged & the road is busy, so I’ll help her out to make it a bit quicker & easier

From the car I plotted where I was going to search and then waited for a break in traffic. I scooted across the road and retrieved the cache and ran back to the car. With 50% of the task done I was feeling chuffed.
That was when the words “quick and easy find” left my lips. Even though you may be thinking this you should never say it out loud because that is when the caching gods give you a smack on the tush. Of course I dropped the lid in the grass and we spent the next 5 minutes trying to find it. Whenever someone says quick and easy find in a log they are either flat out lying or weren’t born with the same amount of stupidity we were blessed with.
With the log signed and cache restored I scooted back over to replace it. Quick and easy find my arse. tftc

Out and about on the west side today, my original plan of picking up some caches in gold creek reserve were put on hold as the reserve was closed. Normally that wouldn't stop me, but I bumped into the nursery caretaker who lived there and thought better of getting myself into trouble. There's always next week.
Anyway, moving on to this cache. Approaching gz I was pretty sure I knew where to look for such a little critter and I was spot on.
With the cache quickly retrieved, I crossed the road to make the most of the shade. With the log signed and cache put back together, I replaced it as found.
Thanks for the cache Nurseyjulie.

I stopped to look for "End of the line" up the road a bit, but a bus promptly stopped there for a rest, so I came out along Moggil road to find this one. Searched high and low , but the gps kept telling me that GZ was right in the middle of the spot I'd parked the car! Shifted the car, and, of course, nothing there. So spread the net a bit wider, and soon spotted the elusive little container. In view comments by a previous finder, I had the Stilson wrenches out to help open it, and the jackhammer and angle grinder were on standby, but fortunately none of these tools were needed. Just a pair of narrow tipped tweezers was an aid to removing the log. Replaced everything as found, and waded back through the floodwaters to the car. (Just joking there.) TFTC, Nurseyjulie.
Searched high and low for 20 minutes on a hot morning. Might be back another year - I'm visiting from Canberra
Caching in this lovely part of town.
Took two pais of pliers to get this one opened, log signed and then I closed it gently
Thank you for this cache

Easy find but needed a stick to help us reach it. Couldn’t sign because couldn’t open even with pliers.
Noticed this little guy hadn't had much love in the last couple of months so we made a concerted effort to make this our last find of the day. Glad we had previous logs to help us out on this one as we were initially suffering from cache fatigue. But finally we had CIH and no trouble in opening our find. Can definitely see where the issue with cross threading has occurred. Suggest to future finders that they gently screw back together and verify that they can undo what they've done up before returning the cache to it's hiding place. TFTC
Mr Krispy Kreme jumped out & expected an easy find.. but he was blind. He searched & searched but still couldn’t find the little nano.. it wasn’t until Mrs Krispy Kreme got out & found it within seconds of looking. Guess sometimes you’re on your game & sometimes you’re not TFTC
A free day gave us some inspiration to find some solved puzzles and various other caches between Moggill and Kenmore. The weather Gods tried to hack those plans by dumping rain on us, but we weren't to be deterred, and ultimately prevailed
This was a quick park n grab on the way past. No problems opening the container, singed and returned as found.

Found, but had extraordinary difficulty in opening. (I couldn't). Sent a photo to the CO as proof of life. Tftc.
After a busy caching day yesterday, in the company of WallabyTim & KaleidoscopeCass, and a late night (after midnight) we managed a nice sleep in this morning but there are caches to find so off we go!
Next on our list was this cache as we were keen to see why there seemed to be a problem for some to log it.
Arrived at GZ & parked within a couple of metres & it was Mrs VC who was quick to spot the cache.
Mr VC made the grab & fortunately, after a quick ferret through his pockets, found that he had the necessary tools to complete the job.
In his left pocket … a left hand & in his right pocket, yes, you guessed it … a right hand.
By carefully applying one to each side of the cache container, beside the 'bulging' rubber seal, & applying a little pressure & 'twisting' in an anti-clockwise direction … BINGO!
One log all ready for leaving our mark.
Thank the caching Gods for supplying such 'handy' caching TOTT! LOL …
Made our mark & replaced as found.

This was the first cache that we found today, after spending some frustrating time looking for tags at Rafting Ground Reserve. We were driving straight past on our way to spot a butterfly for a challenge, so we stopped and made a fairly quick find. We also couldn’t get the cache open, so have resorted to a photo log with the container. The nano seems to have been cross-threaded, as we could get the seal off but just couldn’t unscrew the lid. It’s certainly nice and high- I almost couldn’t get at it!
Pulled over here for a quick find but took a while to spot. When I had it in hand I couldn’t open it. Not sure how hard the last finder screwed it on but the rubber seal was bulging out the sides. I reckon it’d need pliers which I didn’t have. I have a photo if the CO requires it
Last on the hit list for the day the hint I then discription help bang there it was high and dry

Brought some tools along today and managed to open the container without causing any further damage to it. The T1.5 does not apply to everyone. Glad that I could take the geomobile close to the cache. TFTC
We drive past this one quite regularly. Today we stopped and made a quick find. We couldn't sign the log though as someone had applied some force on the container and the lid seems to be jammed.

I know what this one looks like having seen it before and not being able to grab it, went back with useful tool tonight, can't see it anywhere today.
Did not find but I would love someone to prove me wrong! I have not given up looking for it because I will be back!
Couldnt find this one. My Samsung seems to have an accuracy +-15 metres. Might have to upgrade to a proper Garmin GPS.
Visited this morning on a quick caching run with Selva Girls. Fancy you having one of my hidden dates Tftc Nurseyjulie!
Our second caching outing on our comeback to caching after a long break. This was our first for the day. We were doing a preliminary recce of the area when the owner happened to be driving past and stopped giving us a nudge in the right direction. After that it was a quick find. Thanks for the hint and the cache.
This was next and we headed to GZ.
The cache was spotted and we retrieved the cache and sign the log.
TNLN SL TFTC Thanks Nurseyjulie all good with this cache

Out caching for the afternoon with Richmond Lad to complete a challenge. This had us checking all the wrong places until we stopped and thought a bit more about it then it was a quick find and sign. TFTC.
Our final cache for the afternoon. Took us a while to ascertain where to look. there could have been a few places. Located where it could be, and bing0 found TFTC
Nice quick park and find. Always feels like an achievement when you find one of there nanos. TFTC.
