### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED PLEASE** ###

This cache has been flagged by Geocaching HQ as one that may need attention. Perhaps it is time for the CO to check on this one please.
I am temporarily disabling it so as to stop it showing up on search lists and to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary.
Your prompt attention to logs that indicates things could be amiss will be greatly appreciated by all geocachers. It is generally accepted that 3 consecutive DNF's is reason enough to check, see here: [**Owner is responsible for visits to the physical location,**](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#cachemaintenance )
Please respond to this situation by **17th July** to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness. If you require more time, please be sure to post a "Write Note" log (not an email) explaining the situation and indicating a date when you believe the situation will be resolved.
**And don't forget,** once you have addressed the issue, post both an "Owner Maintenance" log, see here; [Removing the Needs Maintenance Icon](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) and an "Enable Listing" log, see here; [Temporarily Disable and Enable](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) to get your cache up and running again.

We were nearby so decided to give it a try. After we removed all of the cobwebs, it still didn't show itself and there's only so many hiding places here.
We had a good look for it - we did think that a corner like this was an odd spot for a cache safety wise but the GPS was indicating the corner. We had a brief look on the other side as well just to be sure but no luck today.
Relatively free of Muggles this time on a Sunday evening but they still came around at a fair pace. Had to be very brace to retrieve as lots of webs shared the hiding spot.
Out with Yorsys, collecting a few caches in our local area. The mention of a shopping centre was not good, but actually the place was almost deserted except for the endless stream of cars coming around the corner. After playing chicken with the cars we located GZ but then had to wait for a break in the traffic before we could log and replace. More chicken running and then we were safe again.

I thought that I would dust the mothballs off the bike and go for a small ride and grab a few caches on the way. On the way home I thought that I would conduct a park and grab. A quick find. TFTC.
I arrived at GZ after visiting a client nearby and having just enough time to sneak in a cache before forcing my way onto the Monash Carpark for the long drive home pre-peak hour. I parked down the narrow side street, dashed up here and tried to look nonchalant while peering in and around. I spotted something but had to wait until a larrikan in a Commodore who was leaning out his window, beeping and yelling at girls (me included) had passed and stopped paying me attention. A quick find, Hello Raymond, replace and dash back to the car and I was on my way.....larrikan in the Commodore driving right behind me, tooting at some poor girl out on a run. I was very glad when he turned off and didn't pursue my car.
Firstly, an apology for my extremely slow logging time (logging this find on 1/7/17).
Today I set off for a day of caching beginning at Karkarook Park to find a lot of the new caches that have popped up here (and attend the nearby event), and then later over to Churchill Park to find some of the new gadget caches that have been gaining a lot of positive reception. A great day with a lot of great caches found. This cache was the 10th find of 10 finds for the day.
Final cache for today after enjoying some lunch at the nearby shopping centre. A strange spot to try and get to but once we were there the cache was a nice easy (and funny) find.
Thanks KTCvic

The day started at an event at Karkarook Park, then developed further on an expedition with lemmykc into Churchill State Park
A quickly to end the day. I've done lots of these but this one has its uniqueness.

We'd been out caching with friends at Churchill National Park and we were all hungry and tired so stopped at Endeavour Hills for some food. While we were eating our KFC we opened the app to see what was nearby and saw this one. I remembered wanting to do this one ages ago but when I was near here I think it was disabled and I hadn't had a chance since then, so off we went to find it. It was a quick find by Geodaughter but she didn't notice Raymond at first as she was in stealth mode when she grabbed it. We bought Raymond out for a photo and took another one of him guarding the cache but won't upload them here so as not to ruin the fun. The log was full so we popped a fresh one in there along with the old one.
Thanks for a fab cache at the end of a great day out

Raymond was very funny mum thought he was going to be a dinosaur but I guess not.

A quick drive to our 10km perimeter to pick up a handful of Trads in this area.
The log really is quite full. But we managed to find one little clear spot.

Found @4:40 PM #2047 OzHockeyChick and i decided to head out in this shocking weather and do a few driveby 10km zone caches and this sneaky bugger was one of them. As many know i love a good scare and without reading the cache page properly and rushing in the rain this one scared the christ out of me .... Lol
Awesome hide and may need a little work as some glue has let go

#WHAT unfortunately Raymond has run out of space in his logbook (we got the last spot)
A tricky spot to park the work truck but I soon found a spot and after a short walk I was at GZ. The hide was easy to find I've found others in similar locations, however Raymond the cache is a bit special. A nice find in a spot I haven't been to before. TFTC
Raymond had let go of the log. He's got it back, but not sure how long for. TFTC
This one was a little scary to get with the young ones but we soon found Raymond. TFTC. Log is just about full.
Out doing a bit of late night shopping when I was surprised to discover a cache quite close by. Made the quick grab signed the log and placed Raymond back in his hiding place. Clever idea. I had to look twice to make sure what I was really seeing was the cache tftc.
Family holiday on the Mornington Penninsula, we made it our goal to grab at least one per day. Some great caches, clever puzzles and wonderful views and places to visit. We followed a call out for a night cache assault and cached our way there. Found with becca85. TFTC
On holidays in Mt Eliza, we saw the call out for an unofficial event- a group assault on Night caches in Lysterfield Park. We checked the GPS and saw it was a 40 minute drive away. After a lazy holiday thus far caching-wise, neisha07 and I decided to make the trip and head off early to cache our way there.
I predicted where this one would be as soon as I pulled up. My prediction was correct and I soon had something in my hand...Nope that is not the cache! Another dig and out came the cache. Pity my 6 yr old isn't with us this time, she'd have loved it.

First find in 2016!!! New year new beginnings! And that was one cache I really enjoyed!! And won't forget...Got a bit scared at first but then we all laughed!!! TFTF!!!!
Not what I was expecting. But not far off. No aaaaarrrrrggggghhhhhh from this little black duck.
Was visiting Endeavour Hills today and had an hour to grab some lunch and a few caches. Finding myself near the EH shopping centre, so drove around to the published coordinates, parked opposite in the community centres car park and arrived at GZ.
One of my pet fears in life (and especially when caching) is reaching into places I can't see. Who knows what creepy crawlies live the dark corners of suburbia. So when I realised the hiding spot of Raymond, I took a deep breath and reached in. Didn't find him the first time and it was only when I reached in deeper that the cache appeared. Turns out I need not have worried as Raymond is pretty fierce and clearly scared off any nasties. Nevertheless, was greatly relieved to replace the cache as found after signing the logbook.
TFTC KTCvic & especially Campbell for setting up this cache and allowing me to find Raymond. Had fun today!

Out with rokmum for the arvo, I actually found this cache 25/10/15 but for some reason didn't log it! So now I have! Raymond looks like a rather dapper little fellow! Thanks
Found Raymond. Cute! A nice easy drive by. His cache has come a little un-glued. TFTC!
Found It!
I came here last week but there was a couple sitting on the seat near GZ. So today I came back and there was no one to be seen so I had a quick and easy find!

Out and about on yet another hunt with geobrother. Thanks for the cache. Nice and cold today but at least there's no rain
Found it! Yay! I needed a cache to fill a gap in the calendar the pressure was on. With an hour before midnight and no luck at a nearby cache, I needed to find this one. As we approached GZ, I said "it will be there", so Muggle Wen parked the car and waited as I made a quick find. TFTC SL Such a curious bend in the road!
Found with TeamThommo (finally catching up on some logs!!)
We approached this cache from the wrong side of the park, but thankfully found a path that didnt have us swimming in a ditch!
Thanks KTCvic for placing this cache :)

OOh isn't Raymond cute!? We are big fans of these little BIG guys, Geo daughter was happy to find this one. All in good order the log was signed and he was popped back into his hidey hole. TFTC KTCvic SL TNLN TBV
Finally found it, previous searches had to many muggles about. Early hours of Monday morning on a cold windy day made the search easy. Took 5 secs at GZ to retrieve.

Fantastic - I love it, excellent camo and definitely not what I was expecting here! After waiting for a break in the traffic I was able to drag Raymond out from his comfortable home. With the log signed it was time to return him to his safe little shelter.
Thanks for the cache.
Thanks for the cache.
What a cool little find after a family lunch nearby. Very little traffic meant JSando and I had cache in hand quite quickly. TFTC
Woops so forgot to log this one, found it last week, one our way back from the shops. I like Raymond! Raymond is cool! Thanks for the hide.
Lol I don't get it. Snuck up on him but he nearly got the drop on me lucky his mouth was already full or I'd be a goner. TFTC glue seems to have come unstuck but it's still in there
On way to home after visited my daughter at Dandenong hospital. Quickly found it. Thanks KTCvic
Evening bike ride with GUNKS, only 18km but Gunks somehow managed to find every hill in the area. Great going down hill, little slower on the up hill.

Parked up and observed several muggles surrounding the cache. Did a walk past and the iPhone compass needle jumped where I expected it to. Have seen a number in the same place. Suddenly the area was empty and I was able to recover Raymond and sign the log. I remember a TV show 'Everybody loves Raymond' - not me, but in this case I'm on Raymond's side. TFTC.
I love Raymond. Just before sunrise, visiting from NZ and just staying around the corner. T4T$ very cute
Not to Many mugles around today so it was easy to find and it's a spacial one hit 900
Thanks
Thanks
A quick cache after work on the way to orienteering just around the corner. I have been past this several times over the last year or so but never had a chance to grab it. Tonights the night.
Thanks for placing this cache KTCvic.

Geez its been a while since my last find, but today on a work errand saw this one close by and just couldn't resist. Found without too much drama but it sorta fell apart, re secured with a bit of tape that i had on board but a more professional touch is required. TFTC!!!
Could see where raymond had to be, but that muggle was talking on phone on 10metres away,, finally she moved on
I headed off on a beautiful Anzac morning, streets and parks were quite, and a perfect time to cache.
It was a quick grab, so I didn't notice the cute cache holder until I was placing it back,
thanks KTCvic [:x]

Timing is everything with this one with the cars going past. Had to wait to get and again to replace cache. TFTC SL
GPS all over the place to start and hard to look inconspicuous but eventually managed to make the grab. Initially confused as Raymond did not appear to be holding a log so back to to GZ and picked it up to sign. TFTC.
GPS had me on the wrong side but once it settled I soon had Raymond in hand. Tftc
Hahahaha thanks for keeping the cache safe Ray. My new furthest south find. Second time today as well. TFTC from Canberra.
