9:35:00 AM. Walking up from Bridge View and found this cache where we had looked before. How we missed it last time has us beat. All good and signed log. Thanks Champs2Monkeys for placing this cache.
This cache is more like a pygmy-goose than a great cormorant. Tricky one to find but well worth it
Quick walk along the beautiful river today. Need tweezers or similar tool to retrieve log - very tight. TFTC!
I found this geocache on the first of July just forgot to log it and I couldn't write my name on it because of size
Easy least found it straight away it was where I thought it would be before I even got there
The family and I spent a good 15 min looking for this cache but it was not to be found by us today.
Found it!!! With the help of some new-to-geocaching friends! Great 2nd cache to show my friends!
TFTC!

I don't normally attempt micro caches but this one was not too hard.
Today I undertook a personal challenge to find 24 caches in 24 hours in and around the Townsville and Ingham area. On such a lovely spring day I was lucky enough to find not only 24 caches but to explore this lovely part of Australia. I would like to mention the abundant wild life including wallabies, butterflies (too many varieties to mention), dragon flies, crocodiles, kangaroos, some kind of ant and I will call a green ass ant (they seem to swarm all over you and bite, not hard or with any venom but the numbers WOW or should I say WOE), dogs and an interesting creature I will call a “North Queenslander”. Many thanks to you guys sometimes pointing me in the right direction but most of all for being good guys.

Champs2Monkeys are heading south, and as such can not maintain this cache.
^dventurers has kindly offered to maintain this cache on our behalf. C+2M are very appreciative for her help and will maintain a supply of replacement caches and stores.
Those that have contacted us to also offer help, I thank you for the offer, but ^dventurers beat you to it. I passed your names to ^dventurers and she will reach out to you if she needs assistance in maintaining this cache.
To all the Townsville Cachers, thank you for the hunt, and if you’re in the ACT, look us up.
Cheers

Second time we tried to find it. Took us ages but after half the team gave up the persistent ones found it. Harder than we thought it would be.
had a few muggles coming past and one even stopped and asked us about directions so had to pretend to be really interested in the water bird sign, we probably read it like 10 times before we could make an attempt to retrieve the cache sign it and put it back. tftc

Decided to tick another few RRPT caches off my list. Sat afternoon is not really ideal, too many muggles out and about.

Missed it the first time because Kat only had a man look Second time lucky! Sneaky hide...
Thanks Champs2Monkeys for this hide. We continued our walk down the RRPT and discovered this cache with ease.
Found after a short walk from the parking spot. Local walker reported some baby brown snakes nearby. Didn't see any but other cachers should be careful. TFTC SL
Find number 21 of 39 on our cityside RRPT caching day! 41.6km over 7 hours. Many thanks to ICP for lending us their bikes [^].
A quick find by Loki after Pagan totally missed it . Had hit a sugar low by now and sad about having to push the bikes. We felt much better after a lunch stop at macca's and soon had the bikes back on the trail.
Thanks Champs2Monkeys

A quick stop, find, sign & replace on my ride home from work. Not a muggle or bird in sight today.

North Qld 2013. Day 9 was my first full day in Townsville and today was the day to hit the Ross River Power trail. After fixing my bike up, I set out and visited a large range of caches along the river. It was a good range of caches some easy, some hard. I did not do them all but enjoyed everything I managed. . Thanks.

Enjoyed the stroll along the river today. The trees are just beautiful in this area. The Reluctant Companion made the quick grab while I was enjoying the scenery. TFTC
Deze cache gevonden tijdens de vakantie. Eerst konden we hem niet vinden. Op de terugweg nogmaals zoeken en nu wel gevonden!
Found with Hearse068, pprass and The Drovers another quick find here which is good. It was great to be able to do a few caches in the area before having to leave. Thanks pprass for being chauffeur for Hearse068 and myself as we tagged along for some of these caches. We ended up having to leave these guys to do what we had flown up here to do the night before, which was look and test drive a motorhome and if suitable then drive it back to near Phillip Island in Vic. Which is what we did we ended up calling ourselves Thelma and Louise on out trip back and yep the motorhome well it has a name to Brad Pitts. TFTC Champs2Monkeys
Found at 10:51 AM in the company of The Drovers, Gonefishing07 and Hearse68 GAFF1. As mentioned before, there is a lot of wildlife around here. We saw lots of evidence of spiders, but they must all be hibernating as we didn't actually see any spiders[^]
Thanks Champs2Monkeys.
Thanks Champs2Monkeys.
A fun morning caching with a group which consisted of - pprass, Gonefishing07 and Hearse68.
Thought we would tackle a section of the RRPT trail and a few other caches in the area.
A quick find with sharp eyes (or was that - hand).
Thanks for the cache, Champs2Monkeys.
