While watching the kids jumped off the big rocks I could see the blue from the cache, thanks for hiding it here
Mr and Mrs eve07 showing us the area after spending a night with them at their holiday home
2 cars containing Mr & Mrs eve07, Mr and Mrs VDH6 and Mr and Mrs p&vee .
Even in my much younger days I wouldn't be jumping off these rocks.

Beautiful view up the lake, great photo choices. Thanks to P&Vee and Eve07, and our hubbies. great hide. TFTC
Very little tree? That's gorse. Surely the CO knows that is a bush. I started going up the other side of the big one and then I spotted the small one on the cliff side. No for the final search that didn't take very long. Thanks drawp.
Overnighting in Otematata while on the A2O. Out for a drive to the dam and back after dinner. I over thought this. Found eventually. TFTC
Parked up here tonight in our camper going to bike part of the A2O track tomorrow towards Sailors Cutting - thought we'd go for a stroll before tea - TFTC
Quick found on the way to Benmore Peninsula during small Easter trip with my muggle boyfriend David.

#19321. I got to GZ first but managed not to find the cache. Troodles did a better job of searching when she got to GZ. From memory, I didn't think the hint was entirely accurate (that's my excuse for not finding it ). TFTC.
Found with StreetWalkerNZ on day 2 of our Waitangi weekend to Kurow and surrounds. Today we are doing a loop trip, travelling the road east of Lake Aviemore, then up to Omarama for a late lunch back south to Kurow, finding 55 caches along the way.
Once in the right place, the cache was a quick find. TFTC.

A nice quick find today thanks. Pleased to see that it was there this time. Picked up a travel bug.
Ms_KR and I decided to have an extended Show Weekend break, and today we cruised home. Some walking, some biking... Another lovely day with plenty of little distractions to find.
Thanks to all CO's for publishing and maintaining their caches. Cheers.

Beautiful spot on a less than perfect day easy find with Spoonz2 ... this was an alternative after our initial plans were gazumped by red tape due to wilding pine logging tftc
After all the rain the water is high today, but cache is safe and dry. Found with Flumsy2. Thanks for this one.
We apparently visited here on 28/9/2015 but it wasn't there then and was later replaced by drawp. This time it was a quick and easy find. I could see the telltale rock sign on our approach. Then we drove a short distance away, where we found a picnic spot right by the lake but in the shade. After lunch, I sat in the perfect temperature, no wind, no bugs and watched M fishing. The perfect day. Tou could not ask for more. I even had 5 blips on the cell phone! M didn't catch a fish here though he did get a bite. We moved closer to opposite the spillway where we watched it spill some water and he caught a small trout, just right for tea tonight. A favourite point for the perfect day.
In Kurow for the long weekend and today's geoadventure started off with a walk up Kurow Hill. Plenty of snow on the hills but a beautiful winter's day and hardly a cloud in the sky! First mission completed so now to head to Otemetata. A nice quick find here and the dam was spilling so pretty spectacular TFTC
Decided to make a trip to Duntroon over the Dansey Pass. Lots of logs to find and sign and this one was one of them. Day and it begins again. TFTC

Out geocaching for the day with Aussie Pete. Found the large tree and some small ones but no luck. Group of young muggles then arrived to jump of the rocks into the water. They were fill of bravado till they hit the cold water. None of them went in for a second dip.
Finally found the cache. Later we looked at the logs and it shouldn't have been so hard to find.
Note. Plenty of toilet paper around.

this one had been found and signed be a muggle and then just left out in the open so of course I replaced it under a pile of rocks at the base of the tree TFTC
Found with nissan 65. Flew in from sydney for a short holiday. Hoping to see as much as i can on the south island and pick up caches along the way . Thanku for the cache.
Tufty accompanied Mrs BaldEd and I as we made our way around Lake Aviemore. Nice quick find, but the road toward it could do with some maintenance. Come on Waitaki District Council, do some maintenance. TFTC drawp.
Out with BaldEd picking up a few caches around the Aviemore and Benmore dams area.
I dare say the little tree is getting a little larger but is still a little tree in comparison.
Cheers for the cache.

Hmm. Had a good hard look and read the clue however we just couldn't find it. We could see where it probably should have been but unfortunately it looks like it's gone.
No luck today.
Thought we had the right spot, between the 2 hint items. Maybe daylight will help. Cheers.
Next time.......

A shortish hunt (there aren't too many options here) by torchlight yielding nothing for us. Hmmm, not many places it could have been either so we'll be back. Cheers
Fefe.adrien and I visited the left shoreline of the lake Aviemore and we did the deep stream walking track. We found all the boxes on the way.
Nice landscapes around.
We signed on the logbook with our team name : Lekiprokos.
The last one of the afternoon.

Didn't attempt this one when we were here last year due to the long list of DNF's so it was a bonus to have it to find today. Really lovely spot today. Thanks for the replacement. TFTC #8006
