### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED PLEASE** ###

Hi there baluke,
It looks like this cache might need some attention, as one or more seekers have indicated there is an issue. The cache has been temporarily disabled, so as to remove it from search listings and discourage people from visiting this location until the issues/s with this cache can be addressed.
**You do need to respond in some way within 14 days, so others know you are on top of it, as well as indicating exactly what is happening with this placement - please don't let a lack of communication scuttle this listing.**
#What should you do now:-#
You have a number of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:-
- **Check On The Cache:-** Visit the cache and repair and/or replace or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ). Then sit back and wait for the logs of praise to roll in.
- **Place A Write Note Log::-** Reviewers don't have a crystal ball, so without your note on the cache page explaining that the site works are on-going, or you have been in hospital, or the area is in flood, they can't tell what is going on with the cache.
So please just post a note to the page (within 14 days) and when a Reviewer next looks at the listing, all will be fine for a little bit longer.
**Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it. If you have a long term unavailable cache (where you don't have an actual date) please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 4 to 6 weeks, so as to keep everyone up to speed.**
- **Adopt/Archive:-** If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56), so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when a Reviewer next looks at the cache page, it is likely that they will, unfortunately, have to de-list (Archive) on the basis that it has been abandoned.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.
**JUST A TIP:-** Have you checked out the new Geocaching Dash Board designed to assist a Cache Owner in managing the caches they own? Have a read about it [**HERE.**](https://www.geocaching.com/blog/2020/07/welcome-to-the-cache-owner-dashboard/?newsletter=PM) You will find your very own dash board [**HERE**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/owner?utm_source=geocaching&utm_medium=blog&utm_campaign=COD).

This cache was found while having a day out and about around the Templestowe area. Good spot for a cache.
Still full from lunch, Manfred and I headed over to find this one. An enjoyable walk with just a few Roos and no snakes! Thanks for placing the cache baluke.
TFTC left pen in car so couldn't sign log. 20th cache, starting to get our eye in now
Zip lock bag is a bit old, & the log is almost full. Nicely thought out cache.
Team effort. I fed geobaby while tlsibson found cache. Go us!! Starting to get very hot but we will soldier on
Find 2596
Watched a bit of the baseball which was being played close by. Being an old baseball player myself, the cache name didn't present much of a curve to grab this cache. Log signed and back safe again.
Thanks Team Yarra

Found it without the clue. Didn’t see Clyde ..... unless he was a Magpie and then yes I did see him
Found on a lovely walk, my first on this part of the trail. I had a lovely time finding half a dozen or so caches, including this one of course.
This was nice and easy. I took a photo of a nearby flower, just because. TFTC

Quick find on a brisk Sunday morning. My first foray outside the 5k zone since slight easing of lockdown. Thanks.
Out again on my lunchtime walk I didn’t know this park exists I’m so glad to have it so close to work thanks for placing
Took a little while for the god to catch up, but found it after 5 minutes of searching
Ok so I lied in my previous log... THIS is our last one before the car .
Thanks for the cache Team Yarra!
Thanks for the cache Team Yarra!
First day out changing since the lockdown. Beautiful area to walk along, even the power station interesting! Cheers
Was pretty easy to spot so hid it better. Some nice bike tracks on the way there.
Suggest riding along the bush tracks to there. Not far off the walking trail. Another one down.
Ahhhh I love a bushwalk with great views... this trail is nice however not sure about the view! Surprisingly accurate considering...
Given the power lines in the area the gps was surprisingly accurate and led to a quick find. TFTC
Stumbled around here for a bit trying to work out what would be the logical hiding place. Then I looked from the right angle at the right spot. It made sense. Thanks baluke
A nice clear morning and an opportunity to put some more smileys on the map before the weather turns sour again . This is the first time i have been to this part of the Mullum Trail . Parked at the recommended spot and took off by foot . An easy find . Thanks Team Yarra.
Needing a second trip to turn this frown upside down, today was the day! Last time all that could be found was a very big bunch of caterpillars all snuggled up together.
Out n about earlier catching up with friends playing a game of klop, and then introducing them to geocaching, we heading back to this one for another go.
First time had my GZ in a slightly different place, and today the geo eyes were honed in to what was required. A very Sneaky hide but brought a smile.
Thanks for the lovely walking place.

A glorious day out for a walk, a stroll, a meander along the pathtways, footpaths, roads and tracks in the area, picking up some geoaches along the way. This was a great day for geocache, sunny yet not too hot and all of the geocaches had great co-ordinates, were easy to find, were somewhat varied and all in all a very enjoyable day.
Took nothing, left nothing.
Thanks to the hider for this experience today, with the weather and the great co-ordinates this was a day of geocaching, not a day of 'guess the hiding spot'. We both appreciated the series of geocache that we found today.
*Overall Experience: 3*

Out for our walk and to pick up a couple of caches on this beautiful sunny Melbourne spring day. Once in the vicinity of GZ, the GPS had us going around in circles but eventually bought us back to our original starting point and it was Mrs Pooky who spotted the sneaky hide. TFTC and bringing us to this walking track.
Found it after 5 mins search. Nice hide. Was standing there and suddenly saw it! Thanks!
This one took two goes. Firstly I had a search this morning after visiting Beasley's Nursery. No luck, and had to return home. Later today I rode my bike along the trail and tried again. Took a while, but after finding it, I was amazed that I had searched the actual spot several times this morning without spotting it. Very sneaky! I rode home feeling very satisfied.
This was the most frustrating find of the day. I kept missing the cache and I spent a good 15 minutes wandering aimlessly and looking at anything that might be cache-related. Once I found it I couldn't believe how close I was on so many occasions. Ah well at least it was found! TFTC
There wasn’t much to go on when we began searching for this cache, but reading back through previous log entries gave us the clues we needed to point us in the right direction. We still have no idea who Clyde is though. TFTC
Two days ago all we found was a piece of paper. Sent note to owner no reply so have replace cache in area. Now a mint tin coordinates S. 37 44.917 E145 10.386. This is approx 3m from original coords.

My self-appointed challenge for the year is to get 1000 finds for the year, and I've fallen behind in that. To get me closer, I went on another after work sojourn North of work.
I looked in the wrong spot for a bit before readjusting my expectations of terrain more in line with the rating... and made the find.
Took nothing, left nothing, signed log and visited some trackables.
Thanks for the cache baluke
