###**CACHE OWNER ACTION REQUIRED PLEASE**###
----------
Hi there Cache Owner,
This cache has come to my notice as there is a 'Needs Maintenance' log that that indicates there is some sort of issue with the placement and it needs your attention please.
Check out the Guidelines here: [**cache owners responsibilities.**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines#listingmaintenance) If you can't attend to the issue promptly, then you need to [**Disable the cache**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=235) - I have Disabled it for you this time.
**Can you please respond to this situation (or indicated your intention) within 14 days,** so others know exactly what is happening with this cache?
You have lots of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:
- Check on the cache, repair and/or replace the cache or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache.**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) Then sit back and wait for the praises.
- If you really hope to get it fixed but there is some unusual reason why you can't do it soon, then at least post a Write Note log (within 14 days). Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it. For ongoing issues (where you don't have an actual date) please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 28 days so as to keep everyone up to speed.
- If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it,**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56) so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when I next look at the cache page, it is likely that I will unfortunately have to de-list (Archive) it on the basis that it has been abandoned.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.

Easy find. Container and log was very wet and dank. Couldn't write in it. Started new log on sheet of paper. Tftc
Grass too long around GZ in the middle of snake set. Giving it a miss this time.
I spy this pocket of caches along the Yarra and the adjoining parks. And what a great little pocket to explore on a bike on such a nice day! Glad they were all there and in good nic TFTC
This one was wet but thankfully the log can handle wet. It finished off a very pleasant loop with an earthcache and a mystery. Thanks baluke

A quick and easy find but the container needs maintenance as it's filled with water and has a very wet log book.
Took nothing, left nothing.
Thanks for the cache in a wonderful place to go for a walk.

Log book is full and needs replacing. I didn’t have a spare one on me sorry. Tftc
Accompanied with my granddaughter on her first caching day. She did enjoyed her hunting. We both found it. Thanks Team Yarra for placing the cache
I am definitely prepared. I have all my caching tools with me, along with the gps and the phone, and have only needed the phone today. Great spot for a walk and a cache.
F(H)ound it! #3065 @3:40 PM
"Be prepared"...now what could that mean?
We nearly missed this one entirely. We were chatting and discussing the most efficient route to take and walked straight past, so had to inefficiently double back. Most of the team waited at the bridge while me, the Other Sister-Outlaw and the Ridgeopup went to retrieve this one.
It turns out I could not have been better prepared because I brought the OSO who is completely comfortable with and unafraid of SNAKES. She grabbed the container to see a slithery tail slip down further into the hiding spot. She was then willing to put her hand in there again to replace the cache!!!! EeeeeK!
Thanks for the cache Team Yarra

Found it. Signed and then hightailed it out of there due to a swarm of bees nearby. Tftc
I was doing some caches in Westerfolds park and it didn't seem right to leave without checking this one out. It's in an out of the way location a nice quiet part of the park. All is in good condition. Tftc.
After a DNF at the previous cache we were relieved to find this one quickly. TFTC, now for something a lot older
I was in the area today hunting out an old cache nearby so figured I may as well grab a few others whilst I was here. An easy find here. Many thanks for the cache.
Too nice an afternoon to stay inside! Found with TG4TheWin.
Bit of a trek to find this one - but was a great sense of accomplishment. Added a pencil and a plastic bag for the log (yes, I know it was waterproof, but the wet had made the ink run. Made sure the log was dry before we put it in though.)

Took a while to get to this one because we came from a weird direction, but once we were there we found it TFTC
As it was, I was prepared for this cache. The log book was a mouldy wet mess so I’ve ditched that and replaced with a waterproof log sheet. Nice quite spot here although Parks need to get onto the capeweed problem. Found with Shypossum.
Always love a scouting cache and when I read the name I just had to get this one. As it was well off the main track and light was dropping, we had to make this a fast find. Hightailing it across the grass, watching the GPSr numbers dropping with every step, we very soon arrived at a spot that could hide many a cache. There was only one that we needed and it was not long before we held it in our hands. Opening it was not a joyous though as the log was soaked and black with mould. After spending some time finding a blank page and then very carefully signing it, we spotted a small slip of dry paper in a bag so we signed this as well and replaced the cache. TNLNSL. TFTC. KKams
The container was damp inside and the log could do with a new plastic bag. Tftc.
More bush bashing through wet grass but we found it! Right as the clue suggested tftc
We found the log damp so amaali added a piece of paper and a zip bag for replacement log a good cache.

A quick find for Greytiger and myself. Your log is full and soaking wet. We added paper in a zip lock bag. TFTC.

Out for the bike ride at Westerfolds Park, Lower Plenty with Crank1. Beautiful day! Thanks for bringing us here and the cache.
Nice bit of bush bashing before realising there was a clearing woops. Lid slightly ajar log book is saturated, managed to log team and didn't have replacment log. Any body who ventures past may need to replace this log.
Today we found Be Prepared #28 on our travels.
We came over this way to collect an oldie and a puzzle. Dropped by to collect this cache too. Lucky we had a power tank pen with us as log is soaked but the power tank will write on anything.
Thanks baluke for being part of our geocaching fun.

My mate in QLD has a cache by the name of this and a whole heap of folly went on with it when it was published.
Thanks TY
