Due to maintenance which is on going to the area where this cache is located, I have decided to archive this cache.

05-Dec-15
It's definitely not there.

11-Oct-15
Council have done work in area.

21-Sep-15
A prime example of why you should always read the activity logs first - took 30 minutes between working out where gz was, how to approach it, and walking to and from only to read this one is probably getting archived! Thanks anyway, got to see some pretty cool artwork under the bridge and the storm drains do their things!

19-Sep-15
Thanks for the last log. I went to investigate today and couldn't find it myself Sad. I am deciding if I archive or replace at this time.

18-Sep-15
Had a decent look around but DNF. Looks like the Council has recently tidied the area between path and wall so maybe it's not still there?

16-Aug-15
Total eureka moment when I finally found the cache. Silly me... Too busy enjoying the sunshine & beautiful scenery!! TFTC!!

18-Jul-15
Cache seemed fine. Well hidden, didn't seem to be leaking.

15-Jul-15
Parked the car just near the bridge, north of the cache, and skated to GZ on my skateboard at night, by torchlight. Easy find!

10-Jul-15
TFTC took a little searching but we found it.. Previously tried but from wrong side and creek was too high so accessed today from different location

21-Jun-15
Found @ 1720hrs.
Parked in the wrong spot didn't I. Not willing to swim to the cache I took the long way round, over one and a half km return walk.
As I have seen this type of cameo before it was an easy find. Thanks Go13m for the hide.

13-Jun-15
It's been a while since I've found one of his type, which is sad because I really like them. Doing some of the Brunswick/Essendon caches today, although it's so warm that I should have done the Capital City Trail, and arrived here on my bike as intended! Thanks!

Out for a ride this morning to do CCT multi, and stopped here for a break and a cache, took me a while to finally find this nice hide , thanks for the cache , nice warm protected spot in the sun Smile

Over from Glasgow visiting relatives and trying to adjust to the time zone by staying out in the sun. Nice hide. Watch out for buggles (?).

A nice little find, after a nice little walk, on a lovely sunny day.
Found with Wibber, who is all the way from Scotland.

Coordinates changed to:
S 37° 45.788 E 144° 56.284

Distance from original: 18.2 feet or 5.6 meters.
Due to damage to the area (a small clearing had formed) I have moved the cache slightly (by about 1m). For all those who have found this previously, its till the same container and same location just a short move.

20-Mar-15
Thanks for you log Mihulka/Nelson. I've check on the cache today as I was puzzled by your log saying that it may be in danger of being damaged by water and the cache container had been changed by people in the past. Happy to say it is still the right container and it was closing as it is supposed to.

Geocaching tips:
* Pls put the caches you find back EXACTLY where/how you found it, it makes it harder for animals to move them and others to stumble upon them. It also makes it so the owners don't have to hunt for it each time they go to check on it.
* Pls sign the log in all caches you visit, if you forgot/broke/lost you pen pls say so in your log. It is easy to log a cache online without finding it.
* Watch if you are making tracks to the cache. The fun is in the find, not the follow.

Found it. Easy find. Cache not closing properly. Potential for water leakage. TFTC

14-Mar-15
Clever hide! Lots of cyclists so took our time before collecting. TFTC!

Took me a little to figure this one out. At first I thought it was a League of Legends reference. Then I realized I was thinking too hard about it. Great for first time cachers. Also tried to find salmonella but I thin that one is long gone. New officiall log roll is fine

Nice stroll to find this one! Some interesting scenery, well enjoyed!

I picked this cache up at 11:52am. I had made an aborted attempt at this cache many months ago, when I had wrongly assumed I could access the cache from the east. Today I was more prepared and approached from a better direction. A short walk was completed and the cache was soon in hand. I like this sort of cache placement. Its good to keep us lazy cachers guessing Big Grin

Out for a few caches before the weather turned. It had been a while since I'd had a go at caches in my 10km circle, so I thought I'd clear a few out. Thanks for the cache Gol3m.

19-Dec-14
Needed a bike ride to vent my frustration at my family. Came across this little beauty.

11-Dec-14
I was out for a walk to kill time and was happy to be able to make a quick find. There was lots of passing bicycle traffic, but they whizzed by while I was out of site.

23-Nov-14
This one has popped up on the radar any number of times in the past and given that today's bike ride passed within metres of it, I decided to take a quick stop for a look. After a bit of scrounging, I soon spotted the nicely camoed stash at 15:50 and with the log signed, I was back on my way to catch the others. Smile

TNLNSL, although our BYO pen geocoin had a visit to mark the occasion. Thanks Gol3m.

Didnt have a bike on me today so jumped the canal and scrambled up the hill. Great place for a cache, hide was as I had in mind Smile tftc

It took me 30 minutes to find it. Very clever.

12-Sep-14
This was a tricky one! There's a few clues in previous comments though Wink thanks!

06-Sep-14
This one was basically "lying on my way" when I completed my cycling tour towards the city. So, of course, I decided to stop here for a second to find this one as well... However, this took much longer than I had initially expected. It's a very well camouflaged cache which made me smile when I hold it in my hands eventually Smile Unfortunately, I didn't have a pen with me but I took a picture as an evidence. Only I don't wanna upload this here as it will strongly spoil fellow cachers Wink
TFTC!

Nice cache break on my ride on a fantastic afternoon tftc

25-Aug-14
Out cycling with muggle mates, but so far out in front that I took the time to stop. Just as well it was a quick find. Been fooled by this type before. Love the tittle. TFTC

Took quite a while to find, was a cheeky hide.

05-Aug-14
Nice, you fooled me!

Found it at 5pm. Previous comments helped. Great camouflage!

14-Jun-14
Nice simple hide with spot-on coordinates. I managed to sally fourth without a writing implement, so will have to return another time to sign the log. TFTC

20-May-14
Good coordinates, getting here was an adventure but fortunately it was a lovely sunny day! Partner in crime decided to ford the river; I jumped it but nearly landed on my butt on the return trip. So we both squelched our way home, but happily.

16-May-14
Quick and easy find, friendly local joggers.

14-May-14
Got wet feet but found it!

14-May-14
Easy find . log was saturated and in pieces so I placed a 90 x12 GC log in a zip bag in and took a lovely pink parrot necklace out . good spot ,good cords , the cache could be more waterproof . Thanks ftc .

Find #94. Found @ 17:00 with GeoDad SirJ-Oz and muggle cousin.

There was a canal, my cousin was too scared to cross it, but I crossed it.

I had the cache in my hands but didn't know that I had it. SirJ-Oz told me this later on when he found it.

Thanks for the cache Gol3m.

Find #1391. Found @ 17:00 - sort of with skirrel and muggle niece.

After a pleasant Easter late lunch followed by an Easter egg hunt at my brother-in-law's place, I was going to go for a walk to grab a cache with my niece. She's accompanied me on a few finds in this area over the last few years.

When skirrel decided to tag along (changing her mind at the last minute) the walk became a drive to a closer access point. I had planned on jumping the canal but wasn't sure how skirrel would go, but it turns out she can jump quite nicely. However muggle niece decided that, with discretion being the better part of valour, she'd prefer to not risk her nice boots.

We searched for a while and didn't find anything. I pointed out objects of interest to skirrel which she looked at. We had a near miss when the skirrel almost tried to occupy the same location in space and time as a passing cyclist. I grizzled at her and, unfortunately, some of the fun of looking for the cache evaporated at that moment.

Eventually we gave up and retreated back to base but I wasn't going to let it beat me. I came back with the family (but only I returned to GZ) on the way home and found it in the second place I had skirrel check originally. Note to self, recheck the nine year old's work before giving up.

There didn't seem to be any chirp activity in the area that I could pick up, nor was there one in the cache container.

Took nothing, left nothing, signed log and visited some trackables.
Thanks for the cache Gol3m.

20-Apr-14
Glad that you eventually found it SirJ-Oz. Sadly the Chirp went missing within the first few months of the cache being placed. I did change the attributes when I discovered it missing, however it appears that I forgot to take it out of the description.

14-Apr-14
Found at dusk today! There was nothing to swap, so I logged and left a little something for the next person.. Thanks for the cache Very Happy

13-Apr-14
Nice cache i saw it instantly out of the corner of my eye! But if I hadn't i wouldn't have noticed it. Great place for caching thought got 2 others while in area.

13-Apr-14
Tftc picked it up on the way home with Oskar.

12-Apr-14
Visiting from Sydney, found this one while out for a morning walk. Took me a little while to find the entrance to the walking track, but once at GZ a quick and enjoyable find.

Found with pthleigh...we also come from the wrong side and took the direct route across the creek in the dark! Nicely camouflaged, recent logs helped Smile TFTC

08-Mar-14
Figs89 and I were in sore need of some bro time tonight,so we headed out west to grab a small handful. This was our first stop - parking across the creek was probably not the best idea! But we got there and extracted the cache in no time. Cheers!

That’s one more find for me! Thanks so much for hiding this geocache.

No swapables but enjoyed the hunt. Good camouflage.

26-Feb-14
I was traveling on the wrong side. Just as well we haven't had much rain lately. Thanks Gol3m.

19-Feb-14
Found on a short run. Had passed it on the bike several times in the last few weeks but didn't stop. A cyclist went by rather quickly while I was signing the log so I made sure to check carefully before stepping out.... Thanks.

30-Jan-14
Found this evening. Great fun.

18-Jan-14
After walking along the opposite bank I was joking with pantherx it been a while since we had jumped any water channels. It just happened when we discovered where gz was we had to jump the drain. Lucky the drain was rather low on volume and made for a easy run at gz and quickly had the cache in hand. Tftc Tnln sl

Find 1026 at 20:36. I was out caching with Burge tonight on one of our usual night caching adventures. We decided to target a new area on this trip and so we were heading out towards Melbourne Airport and grabbing caches along the way. All up we found 21 tonight and this was find number 8.

This one seemed like a straightforward one to get to, until we realised we had approached it from the wrong side of the creek! We decided to take the direct approach and go straight across and so it didn't take us too long to find. We jumped the creek again to get back and continued on our way. Thanks for the cache, Gol3m!

08-Jan-14
Took a short stop on my commute back home, quick and easy find. TFTC

01-Jan-14
Cool!!! That was my fourth find in 3 days!!! So fun!!! But hard but if you get the clues it's pretty easy. That was te best cache yet!

01-Jan-14
Felt very chuffed when I found this little one. Very cool find in a remote spot. Found it with Owlfully, Duck Duck & Bithers. Fly attack finished us off. Time to retreat for tea!

26-Oct-13
What a great camouflage Smile The log was a little wet, though!

20-Sep-13
Have replace the cache back to its original camouflage. Wireless beacon is missing from the area, thus it has been removed from the attributes. Have also put a new log and pencil in the cache.

12-Sep-13
Visited cache this week on the way home from work (seeing there were a few 'bizarre' comments about the container) forgot to take my gps to work, so will have to go back to find the wireless logger. Thank you to who-ever replaced the container when it was destroyed. I will attempt to return the cache to its original condition very soon (thus the name may make more sense).

10-Sep-13
As much as the cache description mentions this is an 'unremarkable location', it had a certain desolate charm in the evening darkness. As mentioned is previous logs, the container lid is difficult to get on and off. A surprisingly small log-scroll for a cache of this size! Thanks for the hide, Gol3m.

08-Sep-13
Found this cache on our running trail. Didn't have a pen on us, so put in $2.05. Our lucky number. Ha.
Be careful when opening, container very rusty.

24-Aug-13
After finding a way to access the path I set off for an enjoyable walk. When I around at GZ I found that the cache had been muggled with the contents strewn about the place. I gathered the contents together and found some extra bark and stones to cover it better. Thanks for the cache.

31-Jul-13
No worries

22-Jul-13
As per my Found It log, the cache container is getting very difficult to open and close and you should consider changing it to a new container.

22-Jul-13
I had been working in Moonee Ponds today and, as I finished rather early, I thought would grab the opportunity to grab a couple of caches in an area well outside my usual territory. My first find was the nearby Fanny's Forest and from there I made my way along the bike path to this cache.

It didn't take long to find the cache but getting in was another matter. Like Jennquin before me, I found it very difficult to get the lid off. It seems the harder you have to fight to get it off, the more the container gets distorted and the tighter the lid jams on. Yes, eventually I got the lid off but getting it on again after I signed the log and collected the Trackable was a different proposition. even after trying to straighten out the container, the lid wouldn't go on properly.

Thanks Gol3m for this cache but I think you need to look to changing the container to something more durable.
