After a very long search we came up empty handed on this one unfortunately having looked everywhere possible.

Lots of water around. I wonder if it's been lost to the floods?

01-Apr-16
Looked everywhere. Even crossed the track and followed a geo trail but with gps pointing in opposite direction and not sure where to look this 1.5 difficulty rating was too much for us today.

Went for a bit of a ride to Leongatha after the market and thought I would find some of the caches along this trail. This one was tricky due to jumping coords. TFTC

Drove to Leongatha to cache around the area, and to complete part of the rail trail.
Thanks to all the owners, for the effort that you put into the construction and the hides.
As we enjoyed the day, we hope to return to complete a few more.
Many thanks for placing this cache, La mina, for us and others to find.

Travelling around Australia in our Caravan with our cat, staying at Korumburra for a few days.

After the storms of yesterday, we were hesitant to head out. Mr Felix finally decided about lunchtime he would make another attempt. Dropped off to be picked up again 3km later (to avoid the main road) Then set free again soon after. Sooo windy today. Chatted to the muggles working on the new section of track so an informative afternoon.

TFTC Looking forward to meeting other geocachers at the next Australian Geocaching Mega event

Decided to tackle the Great Southern Rail today on bike so started at Leongatha then on to Koonwarra through to Meeniyan where I stopped for lunch at Moos ( that was yum, well worth it if you are looking for a good feed ) then it was on to Stony Creek then over to Buffalo and across to Fish Creek then down to Foster where I finished, a total of 47.6 km one way. I collected 45 caches along the way and only 3 dnf's. Thanks Crig for the caches and the series also took Travel Bug.

Found with Zobo04, Thing No1 and Tomo. On a mission to get my numbers up closer to 2000. Today was the day as I wanted my event to be my 2000 cache and I was fast running out of time. Not to many caches around home to do so had to head this way to get some numbers. A great day for a walk weather was nice and the kids behaved for a change. Starting to run now as we had to be in Leongatha in 30 mins and still had one more in area to do after this one. Lucky I made a quick find. TFTC

Smile Found this one on my way home from work. After having a chat with the CO I decided to go back and have another look, this time not paying any attention to the GPS (in fact I did not even have it with me). Turned out to be a quick find in the rain in a spot that Thing no2 and I did not search all round.

24-Feb-13
FTF - beautiful night for a walk and what better excuse : ) good to see more rail trail caches pop up, we enjoy these. TFTC!

24-Feb-13
Sad Searched for some time on the way to do the other cache and on the way back with Thing no2 but came up empty handed, we could not even find what we thought looked like a cache hide. The GPS was all over the place, it mainly had us at a group of trees just off the trail.

24-Feb-13
Hearse068 and I looked high and low for this one but couldn't see it anywhere. So after a few funny looks from some bike riders we decided this was a DNF. ;(
