We didn't want to destroy the logbook. It's too stuck in the little container. So a log picture from us as well. TFTC
Love this creature! Unfortunatelly I was not able to get the Log out of its box, so I poste a photo instead.
Luckily they are extinct, would have lost a finger for sure, did some research on the grave, but couldn't find any info
No problem finding this one as we enjoyed the hike.

TFTC firnsy. Quick find. Spotted potential hidey hole just before making a lunge for more bushy spots. Glad I did with shorts and t-shirt on! Jimmytherat.
This one took a little bit of time as there are so many rocks in the general area. However I eventually saw a tell tale sign of a hidden cache. This one will stay very dry I'm sure. Nicely done. Thanks for the cache firnsy.
Originally logged under family name of clan-wallace now slowly transitioning to new name
Met 2 very nice muggle children & their mum & introduced them to caching, they were very interested & impressed with the skink they found while turning rocks over. We made sure they knew the 'rules' & they rehid the cache after we signed the log. TFTC
We are currently in Perth visiting family but managed to find a cache or two while in town. We are currently trying to complete 2 challenges - to increase our D/T average to 1.8 and to complete our D/T grid for the second time. The Manning Bushland Trail met both these needs as one cache on the trail is a 1/3.5 and this will complete a spot on the grid which we can not easily do in SE Qld. A quick wander along the track and we soon found the cache safe and sound. Thank you firnsy for having placed the cache for all to enjoy.
Found it...Kids loved the lizard, a bit of searching but got there in the end. Thanks
Been meaning to replace the container here for a while ... finally got around to it today. Replaced the boring mint tim with some a bit more awe inspiring
Out for a few smiles in the manning lake bushland
Nice quick find with this one

TFTC.11.10. From Perth to Melbourne is our last vacation journey in Australia, along this route, we look for caches. Greetings from the Netherlands
Found this during this afternoons crazy weather with The SocialHarms. Bot sure what is crazier - us or the weather! Tftc Firnsy
Decided to head out Sunday afternoon to grab a few caches with BBBadges.
By this point, we were definitely moist! TFTC SL

I happened to find myself in this area today & had time to find a few caches before heading home to get the kids... After our previous DNF, it was a quick find today after a nice walk from below Cache was found in the second spot I looked, within a metre of where we presumed it was supposed to be...
TFTC firnsy [^] The view from here today was perfect, somewhat better than the rain we could see coming across last time we were in the area!

I was looking for a good series to complete today that would allow me to find my 500th, and decided that the Manning Park caches would be the ones to go for. I borrowed my dad's Garmin eTrex 20 GPS during the week, and thought that this would be the perfect opportunity to try it out. Closing in on my milestone cache, this was find #499. Followed the path as long as I could and then ducked into the bushes to make the quick find. TFTC.
Replaced the cache ... the creature has gone, so it's just a mint tin until I find something more suitable.
Headed out to find a few caches today & our destination was Manning Park. We found our way into this one and my GPSr took us to one obvious location which did not house a cache We widened the search but still we kept coming back to the same area? After searching for a long long time, we looked to a photo on the GC page & concluded that we were looking in the right spot [?]
TFTH firnsy... I guess we shall return another day, for this one unfound smilie sitting in the middle of this lovely reserve After hiding in the bushes from another downpour we fell back out on the path to be greeted by a dog-walking muggle, puzzled at what we were doing [:o)]

Found 1:38:00 PM, during our second day in and around Perth. Today we decided to do our caching down around the coastal areas south west of the city.
TNLN, thanks firnsy

So cool! We came across a thorny devil lizard at this cache making it a favorite find for us
This series has been on my radar for some time now and today was the day for a stroll around these paths. Most of the caches were easy to find due to spot on coordinates and there was a nice variety of containers and terrain.
I am really enjoying this walk, the sun has just risen and the views are very nice. TFTC firnsy

This was a quick find here and then we sat on the nearby chair for a while , the log book was full on this one after a quick search in the bottom of bag found a piece of paper to put. Thanks for the hide/series.
Out for an early morning walk / bike ride in Manning Park. My first time in the area and was quite surprised by how hilly and rocky the area is. Cute little creature found on top of the cache. TFTC firnsy
With a cool day forecasted, we decided to do a couple of small trails in the area.
We started with the Manning Bushland Trail, which was an easy walk with good
views of the surrounding area. They were all well hidden and in good condition.
Thanks for the hunt today, firnsy.

I am out with my girlfriend and her nieces who are very interested in knowing more about geocaching , we went out for a quick walk to find a few before lunch.
We're back on firnsy's lot again after a diversion to "turning one". Had a quick find here, signed the log, put that creature back in his hole and moved on to #3.

Really enjoying the views from these caches.this is another one.great location for the series.TFTH
WE have had this series of caches on our "to do" list for some time and today was such a lovely day for a stroll. This was number 4 for the day for us and as the coordinates were spot on it was a easy find. We were not looking forward to a day searching for nanos and bilson tubes in the bush but the CO has gone just that step further to make the experience a pleasurable one.
TFTC Good job firnsy!!

Couple of muggles about, we could be spotted from the tower! All good. We really liked these little critters. Fifthdegree has to lay claim to finding this one, dogs were too busy to help us as there were lots of bobtails about!! Thanks firnsy - great series
Found with richlink in the steady rain. Some interesting hides thanks firnsy.
Mr iluvtrekking accompanied geo-hubby to do most of this series. After completing the Gnome series the previous weekend this was apparently pretty tame in comparison although a bit of bush bashing was involved. They met us at the other end of the reserve thoroughly drenched in the now steadily falling rain. Thanks firnsy
[:(!] Went for a six hour caching run and this was one of them, parked the geocar as close as possible to GC37DH1 ( K & C 043 - Manning Machinery Madness) and then walked the circuit of Manning Park, on arrival at GZ the cache was in hand in a matter of minutes.

After a day towing the van down to Perth and then another stuck in it because of the inclement weather we were very keen to get out and find some caches. We haven't been in the Fremantle direction for many years so decided to head over to this area, do some sight-seeing, reminising, walking and hopefully find the caches along the bushland trail.
We expected to see change and that was exactly what we noticed. So glad that this area is now parkland as we thought it might have been turned over to housing.
thanks for bringing us here.

It was with some trepidation that Mistraluna and I set off to do this series, as the darkening clouds were getting lower and lower. But we braved the weather and set off on an energetic circular trail around this Manning Bushland, picking up quite a few caches on the way, to make it all a great fun way to get some exercise. The rain held off for about half of the journey only, but we were tough, and eventually made it back to the comfort and warmth of the car with 10 caches under our belt! Left Micro-organism GC.
Thanks for this well set out series of caches firnsy.

As per urch's log entry, the weather wasn't the best, but we thoroughly enjoyed the walk and the caches around here today. Not even the rain could spoil it for us. Will be back for the last one when it is replaced. Thanks firnsy
Out with the geofamily for a walk. Been here many times didn't realise there was many caches to find. TFTC
Geomum found this one as the geokids where barrelling along the track. Nice spot for a rest.
geomum40 found this one I think it had a skylander on it or a dragon on it I didn't even get a chance to look at it.TFTC

After belng cooped up in the house for most of the last week, decided to take the opportunity on cache around Fremantle today. Lots of fun revisiting some of these spots again.
A great walk this morning around the trails and paths of this bushland. This one took a little longer but was found none the less
[:o)]

Beautiful spot. SL. Kids loved the caches guardian. All in good order. Cheers from the Lewis Family of 5
Enjoyed walk series and extra 2 = 9 caches in Manning area. Start at Manning Bushland Trail #1 - approx over 2 and half hours to comeplete all 9 caches - plenty of time - took photos etc... Found your camo cache. Cute one - like it. Took TB. Signed the log at 12:18pm. Thanks firnsy
I think that I spent a long time looking for another type of hide. You certainly add humour to your hides. SL TFTC Firnsy
A lovely morning for a run through the bushland, everything is sparkling in the morning sunlight after the overnight rain but my shoes did get quite soggy.
I run past this one and had to backtrack a bit through the scrub, When I arrived at GZ I saw the easy way in.

Out caching with the dogs and Etching today in perfect weather to get some smilies.
The tracks up here are lovely, very much used by the local residents by the looks of it.
And another nice hide, TFTH firnsy
