Down to visit sharkiefan for the weekend.
Heading home I decided to go for a look at this cache. Having a fair idea on what was needed to get to the cache I made a quick stop for a couple of items and then headed around to GZ.
Looks like the orange "fence" has been up for a while as parts have fallen down and there is now quite a few holes between posts with no signs that said to keep out or away i just made my way over and into GZ
A quick usage of the required tools and I soon had my name in the Log.

Day 281
This is our second attempt at this one, on our first visit we didn't have enough of what wea required so today we were in town to do sharkiefans 'Wander around Werribee" Lab adventure cache as the weather wasn't condusive for any long walks today.
We stopped in here with only a light shower and headed straight to gz where we knew there would be a bit of cover and not long after that we were soon adding our name tot he log book and then returned everything as it wasand headed off on the adventure.
Many thanks Daynaduc for the cache.

Super cool cache, found a hunstman in the cache who had an unwilling bath
Found with georocks101. A nice little wooded area and the cache blended in really well. We found another cache just like this earlier in the day so we knew exactly what to do. Thanks Daynaduc
Wow so JelenaGreenleaf and I found two of these cache types today! What fun :3 had to avoid a muggle and his dog but thankfully tree cover did help. There was a bit of litter around which is a bit disappointing. Cool cache! Tftc
Memory is a funny thing. I remember attending an event nearby a year or two ago and nirgalagrin mentioned he was going to find this cache. At the time I didn't join him but continued on finding trads for a challenge I was working on at the time.
I'm glad I didn't find this cache at the time as I needed a puzzle for today and wanted to find another portion of the trads set out a little further up the road.
After finding a park I located the container and used the required substance. The cache popped out and I managed to sign the damp log. I'd suggest replacing the protective container with something a little more airtight. I'm also not sure whether the method for affixing the outer container would be allowed these days.
Having said that, thanks for the easy puzzle.

Thansk for the cache, needed to get ehem.. supplies.. had to run and get those and then the cache was retrieved. **thanks for the cache!** rest in piece Ducati
Quick park and grab while it's quiet. Nice green area for dogs to play.
Thank you for your efforts with this cAche.

I love these kind of caches! Luckily I came prepared, as I ended up needing two shots! I’m pretty proud of my tools use, used some everyday objects rather differently but yet the same. Thanks for a different problem and field puzzle, I loved it!

Needing to fill a hole in my 366 grid, and being on this side of town today, I arranged to meet up with BoatieTim and AliFS for a spot of caching.
We came prepared for this one. Nice.

This caching family was sort of prepared. We had a container but it was empty. A search of the wider area helped us replenish the tool and we put it straight to work. It was a very efficient tool and I was able to log the cache quickly.
The log is damp but still ok to write on. Nice cache and nice container. Thanks Daynaduc

The location was perfect and found in no time. No muggles on this early Saturday. A bit of team work and the right stuff and the log was revealed. This was signed and all back safe and in good order.

The first find of a westbound excursion with shogun- and tidder. Who doesn't like a field puzzle? This one is actually not too far from shogun- HQ. Today he deemed it time to finally investigate and we non-locals were hardly going to argue. The cache, er, superstructure was found with little delay in a well sheltered spot and we were shortly reassured that we had brought along the correct tool for the task. A spot of teamwork ensued and the log was signed without toooooo much delay. Nice one; thanks Daynaduc!
The plan for today was to grab as many Puzzle caches as possible with Simsfamily and Neville Devil through Werribee, Williamstown, Sunshine and everywhere in between.
This was the first find for the day. Felt a little uncomfortable at GZ but that didn't stop us from grabbing the cache.
Log signed and replaced as found.
Thanks for the Puzzle cache Daynaduc

Today we were out and about with Neville_devil and Ausfox; our plan was to grab as many mystery cache as we could to help us with the Monthly Mystery challenge.
Between the three of us we usually have everything covered with this type of cache and this was the case. After a quick look Ausfox; returned to the car and he was back with the tools for the job.
Thank you Daynaduc for the challenge

Really fun and cool puzzle. First of its kind that we have done. Log in great condition. TFTC
Mother's Day was last month however Cybergran V had her special day today when dalerious gave her her present: a trip to the 5 Months to the event in Alexandra - Werribee event [^]
They kindly allowed me to tag along and by day's end I had the only DNF which I think I will ever cheer about getting , 13 cache finds and 1 event attendance
I've seen quite a few versions of these caches but this was one of the best yet as that finale was hilarious..... or should that be dalerious[?]
None of us could stop laughing and it was a good thing it wasn't freezing cold today

Before heading for home after the event, I decided to have a look for a few more caches in the area, this was one of them.
I headed to this one when I realised that it was a field puzzle rather than a mental puzzle, I had what was required and once at GZ I had soon located and retrieved the cache so that the log could be signed.
**Thanks to Daynaduc for placing this cache.**

After the event this was the first cache I wanted to find, and came well prepared.
It was easy to locate but I required dalerious' assistance to help retrieve the capsule for us to sign the log.
However I don't think he was amused by the prank I played on him. locus cache and I thought it was hilarious, but he didn't think it was so funny, however he did forgive me.
Thanks for placing this great cache in memory of your dog.

I brought along what was required. Whilst I was making the find a lady with two dogs walking by asked me what I was up to. She was intrigued and we both liked your sentiments for 'Duc" and thought it serendipitous that she came along today with her two dogs.

This was the last cache on our list for the afternoon. Being a hot day we were pleased to be able to find a parking space in the shade and very close to GZ as well. Having read the description we understood what was needed and had the requirements on hand. The cache was soon retrieved in the correct manner and the log was signed. This was a really good fun cache to find and play with on a hot day. Many thanks to Daynaduc for this placement in memory of a good mate. Favourite point given for the type of cache. All our trackables enjoyed finding this hide as well.
Yesterday we a big day of caching and travelling that involved events in both Colac and Lara. We had arrived in Geelong mid afternoon and thought we would be able to find a motel room somewhere, but we didn't realise that the Cats were playing Adelaide Crows, so there wasn't a room to find anywhere. One of the local motels suggested the Little River Hotel, and a quick phone call found us a room in the motel there. Turned out this was the the best thing anyway as it was just up the road from the Lara 2-in-1 Birthdays Event, the room was quite adequate, the surroundings really peaceful (except when the pub was going off on the Saturday night) and the casual vibe was great.
After checking out of the motel this morning, it was time to start caching our way home. We stopped for maccas brekky and then pulled in at this location. Not a soul around on this cold wintery Sunday morning, so we had an uninterrupted attack on this cache. Chunk knows how busy this location can get from his SES days. TFTC Daynaduc and here's one for your mate Duc.

Very clever design! Took a minute to figure out but if you inspect the location properly you'll be hinted as to the solution! TFTC
Took us longer to work out how to GZ as we were on the wrong side of the railway tracks than to extract the log book. What a fun cache. Thanks
Was determined to find at least one cache on the Saturday despite child being over it after caching the day before. Was visiting friends in Werribee and this looked like a nice easy one to do. Was prepared adequately, and child thought it was rather cool.
An early start and seeing this is a puzzle type cache we can do we headed over with the necessary supplies. We soon spotted the container and realised we had to stand in the correct spot to avoid collatoral damage and soon had the container in hand and completed the signing duties. TFTC.
A nice sunny day for a stroll to gz and a quick find and solve of the cache. We guessed the tools required and thanks to a similar cache in Batesford, we soon had the cache in hand. I particularly liked the orange fruity scent emenating from the container after we opened it! Tftf.
Road trip. Got together with mogni, her bro and his kids (DAP) for a quick trip over the border to Werribee for an attempt at the infamous Eagle Rock cache. We spent 2 1/2 hours all up at Eagle Rock for a DNF. So of course we just had to do a few others as well.
After finishing DudleyDaDog's field puzzle series we had time for just one more and so this field puzzle was it. We brought the required items and soon had the cache in hand. Signed the log and replaced the cache. I am a bring your own 'write in the rain' pen sorta guy. So after the cache was safely back mogni asks 'Where did that pencil in your hand come from?" Doh. The cache! Luckily we had enough required item to do the cache all over again and replace the pencil.. Time to call it a night! Thanks Daynaduc.

In the region trying to find that elusive cache... but as that is impossible we thought we should enjoy some of the other excellent caches in the area. Funniest part of this was having to redo it all as someone was still holding the pencil....
Thanks

Been meaning to have a go at this one for a while. Today was the day and while I was never a boy scout I do believe in being prepared and paying attention to instructions. Being prepared paid dividends today, with a very quick find and solution to the mystery. Took longer to dodge the barker's eggs getting into GZ.
A very clever and well thought out cache and a favourite from me.

Bettyboo3747 and I jumped into the geo-chariot and went down to Altona and Hoppers for a few local caches.
We worked out what one of the cacher supplies we needed to use, but puzzled over the other. Eventually we got the first-aid kit out because the cache seemed to have some holes, and put band-aids over them so it wouldn't leak anymore.
Thanks, Robmc.

# 9678. Out and about on a grey cool day with Robmc gathering up a few caches around Hoppers Crossing and Werribee. A bit of a frustrating caching day overall - I am used to rural caching and find urban caching much harder to cope with, however we did manage 16 finds and 1 DNF.
A full carpark today (where are all these people working)? No muggles in sight so off to GZ with the required TOTT and quickly had the container in hand and the log signed.
Thanks Daynaduc

Well it almost got a favorite point but not impressed with the fixing method. Did quickly as had tools and have done a few before.
This is a cache that I have been wanting to attempt for the longest time, and today being very close by I decided to have a crack. Pulling up to a completely deserted car park, I wandered across to GZ with my required supplies and was chuffed when I had the container in my hands. Thanks to Daynaduc for placing this cache.
Thank you - my first of this kind. Very cool!
RIP Ducati. I remember a lot less carpark and a lot more parkland that he would've enjoyed here.

I had saved this one for Pi Day as it was a local cache, and I had some ideas about how to solve it. I turned up to a very quite GZ this afternoon armed with some tools of the trade, and quickly made a find. TFTC
Our third in Werribee for a job today. Fantastic cache. Great placement. A fave point from me. Sando23468 and I loved the teamwork on this one. TFTC
Found with Lochb and Quiet1_au. We have done several of these caches and knew what was required. We parked close by but were not sure we were on the right side of the fence as we watched muggles walking their dogs on the other side. One of the dogs decided to investigate us. Gz reached, L provided the necessary equipment and Q and I helped retrieval. The cache was extracted and logged without too much effort. Thanks

Researching puzzle caches around the Werribee area for a planned paddle on Australia Day with regular caching crew lochb and G' of GJMMelb, we spotted this "field-puzzle" and came prepared . After some fun and games getting close to GZ (OpenStreet Map completely failed to show the road and carpark...) and a warm greeting by a muggle's greyhound we finally arrived and G' spotted the cache. Having done a number of these before it was only seconds before we had the cache container in hand, and relieved to find the logbook in perfect condition inside for a quick log of our visit - TFTC
Found this one and managed to the extract the log book quickly. We timed our exit with the workers leaving the nearby building and were on our way. TFTC
Had worked out a few puzzles in the area prior to visiting the area today and had our homework kit all on board with us.
Waited for a muggle and his dog to vacate the area then set to work using the necessary tool to extract the cache container. Luckily we had just finished when a train went by.

While waiting for the light to fade sufficiently to visit the 'Wyndham Lights' we were able to visit this site. Geo-daughter provided the item needed to access the log and we were soon on our way to see the local light show.

Have been eying off this cache for a while, but never quite managed to get here, however today was the day. I headed off to GZ only to discover I was on the wrong side of the tracks and had to complete a loop to get to where I needed to be.
I parked not too far away and wandered over having come prepared. I soon had the cache in hand and (unlike the previous finder, who is well known to me ), took a step in the right direction before signing the log and replacing everything as found.
Thanks Daynaduc !

Came prepared today to grab this whilst on way to Melbourne. Did what was necessary and lets just say the placing of the exit hole aligned tight with front of my pants! Thanks for bringing me to this spot today.
Stopping by at werribee for a little cache action I suspected this would be a great cache and I was not disappointed,a quick search of GZ we found it and because we came prepared had a log in seconds TFTC
Found! I had trouble trying to get close to this cache & parked a number of times before finally getting to the SES area. No one was around at all so walk to cache was easy. Smelt a bit when we got to co-ords & had the tools needed to flush this cache out of its spot

Out on our regular cache run with my caching partner in crime, SedgwickDave. We were heases west today towards Altona, Truganina, Point Cook, Hoppers Crossing, Werribee and finally Wyndham Vale. The weather was not looking great with rain forecast, but we were both keen to pick up some caches on this side of town and I needed 28 more finds to get 1000 for the year which I hoped to be Wyndham Lights 2013 incarnation.
This was our penultimate cache for the day. We made a bad choice as to how to get there and ended up on the wrong side of the fence. We managed to squeeze ourselves in through the hole at the end and a short walk later were at GZ. We had done a similar cache earlier today so knew what to do. Cache log extracted and signed, now it was time for dinner and then onto Wyndham Lights.

Today's cache run with Ahomburg had us out on the north west side of the bay with some urban style caching starting at Cherry lake and heading towards Wyndham Lights at the end. Weather was looking grey but it cleared during the day. A great result with 24 finds and 1 DNF.
This is the second of this type of cache found today, awesome work and always great to find and complete. Thanks for bringing me here today. Took the ninja entrance into GZ (80m west of GZ) as approach from the Train line side of the fence. A favorite.[^]

After having done the Werribee river caches with Phetlern, I was on the way home when this one showed up just off the road. To my surprise it was a cache that I had actually wanted to do sometime and by chance I was prepared for it. A short while later I was signing the log, thanks Daynaduc.
Found by Mary & David at 1525. We came suitably prepared for this one. A couple of minutes walking had us at GZ, which was nicely secluded even on a work day. Employed our "tools" and had the container in hand straight away. We've found a few like this, but they're still good fun. Our thanks to Daynaduc.

Found this one today. I was nearby collecting another solved puzzle and thought I knew what was needed for this cache. I was right but it took a while to find the actual cache container and then I didn't have the required equipment with me - usually! Went and collected it and then came back - it took longer than it should and required more equipment than I thought but I got there in the end and signed log.
