Despite a good hunt around we didn't find your cache today.
Nup... not a thing
Took waayyyyy too long poking and prodding and inspecting everything within a wide radius.
Admired the size of the cut through the big tree that must have come down recently, with a thud!
Could be cache blindness. Could be we just need some more practise finding them...
Thanks for the challenge anyway S and A ,
will place on the watch list and return asap for another try!

This weekend, jesswrigley and I headed to the Clare Valley for a bit of wine tasting and cycling the Riesling Trail. We were treated to great sunny weather, and nice to have been visiting the wine region.
Today, jesswrigley and I started the day by heading north around Clare to visit a few miscellaneous locations and old churches. We then made our way to Polish Hill River, and then on to Mintaro where we participated in the famous maze. After visiting *Taylors Wines* for a wine and chocolate tasting, we had a final session cycling along the Riesling Trail north from Watervale. We then made the return home, briefly stopping at Tarlee, Stockport, and Hamley Bridge.
We had a really good hunt here, and even made a PAF to the last finders, who described exactly where the cache was. However even after feeling around every groove and crannie, I could probably say to 95% confidence that the cache wasn't there. Perhaps it wasn't put back properly, and not it is gone? Anyway, it may be worth for the CO to pay a visit to this location to confirm. Thanks anyway stephy699 for the cache placement.

516 days of unloved. the cache is there. The co can remove the needs maintenance log. The hint is correct. It's not a nano or a mint tin. It's worth the d rating. I have changed the log sheet as i found that full but i will upload a photo of the old log sheet. This cache is evil.
Took Mogni for a trip to the Flinders Rangers for the long weekend with extra day either side. The target for the trip was to clear some of the " used to be a church " micro series on the way up and on the back as well, complete a couple of station tracks plus hike to Blinman Pools. We where not expecting a couple of 34 degree days then a 30 km wind dust storm followed by rain over night and then the wilpenda pound walls covered in fog for the next 1/2 a day. It did change our plans a little and the order we did things. All containers we found damaged, broken, cracked were replaced and were possible ( if not soaked ) original log books were kept. Any log books found full were replaced or if room had extra scrolls added in to the cache.

Arrived here and started searching, looks like there has been a recent tree thats been cut down and half of it is still lying here, a few DNFs and a year of not being found. Can CO please check its still here.
No sign of this one today.
Poked and prodded every corner and orifice on both structures.
Popular place for spiders to web!
Thanks for the challenge S and A ,

Wednesday wanderings with the usual crew back to Clare and surrounds to further clean out the area of yet to be found caches.
With GZ taking us near to a structure we prodded every nook and cranny we could find with no luck. About to call it a DNF another similar structure was seen at the other side of the bushes.
It did not take long for the Adder to locate the hide.
All signed and returned.
TFTC
PS The owners may need to re visit the GZ locations for their caches, a few are out.

After leaving Gawler and SA Family, headed to Clare for a couple of day for some winery tours and caching (you can never have enough of both) Today was day one, just to pickup a few to wet our appitite and plan tomorrows assault before we head to Morgan. Another hot dusty day with some caches taking us a little too long but perseverence paid off.

Today we explored Clare and surrounds using Geocaching as a guide and picking up a few caches on the way with Roostaman and this was one of them. An easy find at GZ.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

**# 17744** Found on the SA leg of our 2017 escape trip.
A not so fine Spring day for a trip down to the Clare valley area with Tassie Trekkers.
Not many muggles around today, and mostly good quick finds.
This was a good safe hide that took a few minutes to locate,
although it was found about 8m from my GZ.
Thanks for the cache S and A,

At last I can get this DNF off my list and with a bonus of finding two caches....

WOO HOO. June Long Weekend. Can only mean one thing. There is a massive event somewhere and the GOTHS will be getting back together to compete. As usual just getting to the event will be the start of the fun. This year was no exception but with a car load of wacky hides it was just mogni and I that were together for the trip up. [^]
Mogni hadn't found this but I had finally got this last Christmas so we stopped and I helped look. To my surprise she found a container that didn't look very familiar, had a FTF log from way back and didn't have my name. [?] So we looked a bit more and found another type of container elsewhere (different table - different hide) which had a year's worth of names including mine. Hoot, we found the original and the the replacement! They are both now back in the same hide. If you find one, the original is in behind but a magnet on a stick will be helpful if you want to sign the original hide.

Found on a New Year's trip up North with The White Dog Gang, Team Waldron, Uni & Medusa and shonkylogic. We had a fantastic time finding a lot of great caches along the way. While the weather was hot the company was great and we had fun times. All in all 150 finds and six DNFs for me over the two days.
TFTC and sorry about the generic log,

Our GPS quickly located the area of GZ but as there were so many potential hiding spots, it took a systemmatic search before the cache was located. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks for the cache S_and_A.
I could win an award for most caches found but not logged online. Please forgive this very generic log. If I admired your cache you'll get a favourite point from me and I'll likely come back and edit this log once I've caught up. If this generic log makes you unhappy - delete it. Life's too short to worry over it, I had fun finding your cache either way. Cheers!
Checked cache today sneaky little thing is still there (log will need replacing soon will do once completely full)
Today we travelled from Auburn to find some of the caches in the Clare region. We travelled past many vineyards the grapevines all waiting for spring to start their new growth.
We went to many locations with spectacular views over the are. A very large variety of caches found.
Thanks for placing this cache S and A

2nd try, and still can't find it. GPS is taking me to the same spot as last time, and it's not there.
Found It!
After a DNF here last year I stopped at GZ with the Kelly Gang tonight who thought they knew where it was. After a quite a bit of searching we found it about 15cm to the east of where is was meant to be. I signed it and put it back where Kelly Gang said they'd found it...

A quick find on our way from Mannum to Clare on our three week caching holiday on the big island. Booked into our motel and now for a few more caches. Found a cache very near here last time we were in town. TFTC
Day 4 of team Seffnjarah and team Mickjor's trip to Adelaide. After running out of daylight on the pervious day, I ducked out early while the rest of the group were still in bed asleep. I had spotted this cache in my pre-trip research so had it on the to-do list. Being early, there was no one in the car park and only one car passed the entire time I was searching. Managed to spend a great deal of time searching the wrong object before changing my point of focus where the cache was located with a lot more speed. With my name added to the log, I was off to find some more in my remaining time in town. TFTC.
Fast find.

People will think we've been over sampling the local produce with the way we were getting about trying to find this one. Tricky but we found it. TFTC
Unbelievable! Finally ! Found it! Only the 6th visit! How did I miss it!?! Lol! Thanks:)
Long search with many possible hiding spots, eventually spotted whilst on hands and knees, little larger than I thought it would be, lucky it was early so no muggles about.
Thanks for another cache S and A

Did just that!! .... Took a break as I headed north. Search the wrong "thing" at first but then eventually located the prize!! Thanks A and A for the hide!
A short search with small hands soon brand up the goods!

DNF AGAIN!!! After a recent hint I thought for sure I would finally break the drought and find this cache BUT IT WASN'T TO BE!!! Even had B2's help today.....Waah!!! This was my fifth visit without success. Whether I'll try again remains to be seen LOL Thanks anyway S&A
Glorious weather made this caching excursion in the Clare Valley most pleasant. Though the food and wine festival was on it did not seem too busy. Cache now back in place. Thanks to S and A.
With two day weekends back again I finally have some spare time for caching [^]
This weekend it was a lightning visit to Clare with caching along the way.
Only a short one, I have a long way to drive!
Notice the L&B patented special container for a nice easy find here.

Our Flinders Ranges adventure had come to an end..almost. Aussie M&M continued north to Alice Springs. Mogni and I returned to the hills, via Port Augusta and any caches we happened upon on the way.
We took a break alright. Spent about 30 minutes here. Went from daylight to darkness and still we couldn't find it. Used the PAF option and got where it was supposed to be. It wasn't.

On our way home from a weekend away caching and having fun.... last cache of the night and no luck. Checked with a previous finder, still no luck.
Probably spent a half an hour here, looking and searching, largely on my back, on the ground, but no luck.

Our GPS had us searching the wrong spot for a while then we headed towards the correct GZ. It was very tidy and led us to making the find after Mary got a fit of the giggles with her antics and Mark's antics in finding the cache. TFTH S and A.
Found after a bit of a search while on our way to the OzMega Event in Murray Bridge. Thanks for the search.
OMG blew out my thongs looking for this one with Geowife KBKL LOL Great spot though TFTC
Great hide, GPS everywhere. Geohubby (sixpak69) broke his thongs going this way while I went that way. Lol. Finally found, what frustrating fun. TFTC
well that was fun lol GPS was all over the place with the tress and i said it was over that way but geowife said that way so after examining first spot very thoroughly we moved to spot b, i did give spot b a quick search but not good enough the first time around, we have cleared a lot of spiders web away so the coast is clear if anyone else wants to look for this one lol. TFTC
Am taking a break from preparing tea to log this cache.
