Did not have pen so took a photo. Please let me know if this is a problem. Tfth
Out today to get catch some caches on our 7th day in Canberra with RoddyC.
Met at the nearby shopping centre with some out of town geocaching friends and walked back picking up a couple of caches.
Nice easy find in the cool of the day.

TFTC Great day for caching today, thanks to the CO for placing and maintaining this cache.
This one was tricky. Lots of grass so very difficult to find. Did not find the tip helpful.
We are doing the Canberra mapping challenge, so we are heading out to different suburbs, taking the geopoodle, picking a route and picking up a few caches in each suburb - Today it was Fadden and Gowrie - except that it was a couple of weeks ago - apologies for the late logging.
We found th cache fairly easily, signed the log and moved on to the next one.
Thanks for the Gowrie Cache Chalk it up...

It was getting late but I needed to get out and some excercise. Something that would not work as a family walk. And as I had the bike rack on the car this trail along the bike path looked perfect. 20 caches in the trail and no DNFs, thanks to the CO taking great care of replacing his caches. Thank you!!
Quick find, nice cache, all in good order.
Thank you Chalk It Up for putting the cache out and maintaining it.

It was a glorious spring morning for a walk along the river. We walked from Pine Island to Kambah Pool.
Once complete and we said goodbye to Darzee Di & Jonasani, we grabbed a cache or two in the area.
Next was to head down to Gowrie so I could grab one of two remaining suburbs for the Canberra Mapping Challenge. Glad to finally knock this one off.

Out training for the bloody long walk so sorry for the generic logs. Need to log quick TFTC #87
A foggy morning cleared up nicely and the kids wanted to go for a bike ride. Why not ride and collect caches on the way?! We had a brilliant morning and collected all but 1 we set out for. Thanks for a great trail
Found with Gazkersh and littlemisslonglegs while attending the MEGA nearby.

In the area for another cache, so thought I would have a go at this trail. Walked to GZ and quickly located cache. Log signed and returned. TFTC
Cache 4795 on 9 Mar 2019.
A long weekend means more caches to target, and I had 7 caches in mind. And when I looked at the map, this little set seemed perfect. And it had been on my radar to grab these caches ever since I started geocaching nearly five years ago. So Bobl27, the geohound and I headed south for an hour to make a start on this series. All caches found in good order and according to the hint, unless otherwise indicated.
This cache: yep, according to the hint. Nice quality caches and fresh logs appreciated!
Thanks Chalk It Up for the cache and the fun!

Found with AngelG27 and the hound on a relaxed walk on the bike path. Not like real caching at all! TFTC:)
Apologies for the generic log - found quite a few today and am logging late at night - oh that bed looks good.
On a journey today to find as many suburbs as possible for the mapping challenge. Another one ticked off. Funny how they all seem to be on the southside. Found quickly enough and cache is in good condition, TFTC SL

I DNF'd this cache a **VERY** long time ago! Infact just over 3 years ago on 07/10/15!
Has taken me three years to come back for a second look, but I still remembered the GZ location!
It looked so different though, last time I was here I swear the bush was much thicker and we were having trouble searching in the thick bushes. Today however this wasn't a problem, and we could literally walk through from one side to the other without trouble. Ontop of that, the cache was spotted almost instantly. Proabably too easy in fact!
No way it was here last time, I do note it has been replaced once since then however!
Thanks Chalk It Up, good to finally get get a smiley here, it was disrupting my line of them
