Thanks Wakko Akos for placing this cache
We found the lid the last cacher mentioned but there was no cache in sight today for us.
I had some spare time this morning before my work commitments commenced so I decided to go for a bit of a walkabout in this area. Quickly found in the first place I checked. Cache lid has broken off but log still intact. TFTC, Biggles.
Made the find without any muggles about, quick park and grab, thanks MP & WA
On the return part of today's geo-mission loop with Opa-shred and the geokid and came along to this location, familiar to me as I'd stopped by here once before, only to be called away before I could start my search... This time I homed straight in on the right spot and had the cache in moments of our arrival. Thanks for the fast find Wakko Akkos!
After leaving Wakko Land to grab the MQ Library cache and a few others in the part of the world, Mumma-Kel and I made a return visit in the afternoon on the way home to pick up a few more Wakko caches, this time on the south side of Yanko Rd. This one turned out to be pretty much a park & grab ... the cache was found in the first tree we checked. Thanks for the cache Wakko Akos, and for another smiley.
We have set up camp at the Lane Cove Caravan Park, while our daughter is in hospital for a couple of weeks.
Today we planned on finding caches in the Pymble area. We were surprised how much native bush is in this area. A wonderful morning out tiki touring the area.

Found with my wife on a trip down to Sydney on our way to Les Miserables (witch was pretty good). This cache was on my short list, so out of the thousands of caches in Sydney I picked this one to find. It was on my short list as it has a rare attribute of "not a long hike", which it was not at all (, but I think it is slightly misinterpreted). We parked so very very close and my wife actually got out and spotted it before me, so got a special mention when signing. The lid is very close to falling off.
Thanks for the detour, showing us a nice piece of Sydney and the cheeky little cache!

LOST IN CACHE were back on the road again. ACTchil, Darzee Di, KittyKatch and GrimRaider spent the day travelling to and enjoying the NSW Geocaching event at Lane Cove National Park. We did some caching on the way and around the event location. It was a great day and this was one of our finds. tftc Wakko Akos
The Lost in Cache team decided to grab some caches in Pymble after attending the nearby Lane Cove Event. We had a lovely day caching in the area. TFTC
Team Lost in Cache had a great day caching around Pymble after attending the Let's Party - Come Celebrate Australia's First cache event at Lane Cove. Found a few of your caches today so thank you.
Up from Canberra for the 15 years of Geocaching event at Lane Cove National Park and nab a whole bunch of caches on my weekend geomission
A quick park and grab at night at this one.
Thanks for the hide, Wakko Akos

Made a quick look around and didn't find it. Went back for a closer inspection and there it was.
After circling one a couples of times, I moved to the larger one and spotted it instantly. Thanks Wakko Akos.
Another blue face turned into a smiley. Woohoo! Very sneaky hide. Cache and lot book are dry. Took heart charm and left some coins for next cacher. SL TFTH TFTC thanks Wakko Akos.
After searching for awhile on where the GPS told me to be, decided to try the other tree and found straight away. TFTC!
Nice walk through this neighbourhood this afternoon. Nice hiding place in this great tree. SL TFTC Cheers... Gaztek
#128.... I missed the Amazing Chase event today thanks to a dental emergency, so on the way home from the dentist at Macquarie I grabbed a few local caches instead. What a pretty street to live in. I felt like all eyes were on me stuck out in the middle of the street. Tree was pinpointed and the likely spot found. In I go and out with the prize! TFTC
#185. Found this one after taking on board the hint from the previous finder to feel not look. Was a bit tricky to retrieve but got it in the end. TFTC!
Found the tree but no cache in the hole. [:(!]. Well that's if it was the right tree!

Found on a nice day with a friend. TFTC. Had some help from a friendly neighbour.

Ris already made the find before I could get to GZ as I was too busy looking for my pen that I seemed to have lost at down under, up. TFTC
I looked for this about a month ago and had no luck. Almost gave up this time too! One last look and I found it. I have no idea how I missed it so many times.
If the log book fills up, just rip some paper off the tree!

Found on a run to Sydney's Northern Suburbs with The Rats and Hoojar as The Rats pushes towards 10,000 finds.
We managed to find a variety of caches in and around the surburbs here. TFTC!

With The Rats closing in on his event to mark 10,000 finds, he asked steeba and I to accompany him on one last push to get closer to that number. The Northern Beaches of Sydney was our target
I wonder if it will be in the paperbark tree
Cheers

Out for a days caching in the Northern Suburbs with steeba and Hoojar. In an attempt to bolster my numbers prior to the 10k event we tackled a few heavily populated caching areas.
Having spent most of our day over on the coast it was a pleasant change to be back in the wooded jungle of suburbia. We still managed to grab a plethora of finds while in the area. A quick park n grab
Sorry for the generic log, it certainly doesn't detract from the cache.
Thanks

Good coords narrowed GZ down to only one real possibility, with the odd Muggle about we had to pick the timing to retrieve this easy to spot container. As already noted, Main log is full and we signed the added piece of paper.
Put back just a little further so it was not so exposed.

Log needs replacing because it's full. Left a bit of paper in there for the continuation of the log.
This cache needs a new log sheet and possibly a new bag as the log is quite damp and feels a bit moisture inside the cache.
Thanks
Thanks
Late night cache for my streak to stay alive.
pulled up and was able to use the running car as cover from prying eyes of local muggels.
Found rather fast in a cool night. SL at 11pm and made my way home to hit the hay.

Also need to note the log is full.

Needed a find for today so managed to organise a route that meant this wasn't much of a detour.
That's a nice stand of native trees down the "median" of this street, particularly the melaleucas.
Found easily but felt I could be being watched from the nearby houses, even in the middle of a week day. SL & rehid.

The usual North Ryde traffic snarl was non-existent tonight with all green lights, so I decided to celebrate with a trilogy of West Pymble caches. This was the third and another easy find as it as all quiet at Gz (although you always have to wonder if there are any prying eyes in all those surrounding houses). Many thanks Wakko Akos
Quick and easy on a wet windy day after two other failed attempts due to ball playing muggles at GZ
#181 (1 of 7 today)
[Sings] "Dear Sir or Madam, will you read my log..." Sorry.
Parked a short distance away - convenient for a number of caches in the area I was going to attempt.
Pleasant walk along the road - pity there's no footpath - and arrived at GZ.
A quick assessment of the area - helped by the cache name - had CIH quite quickly. Nice little hide.
I must admit, I felt very exposed completing signing duties, as the nearby houses had a clear view of me at all times. Didn't see anyone, though, so here's hoping...

K.B. and I enjoyed our wander through this area after walking up from the Lane Cove virtual. Thanks Wakko Akos.
Aaaaah! A paperbark cache...fortunately this one was a quick find. Thanks Wakko Akos.
Footyfanatics, pdbunce and I set out this morning for a spot of caching. GPS jumped around sending me to wrong place whilst footyfanatics made the find nearby. TFTC.
Found it on a brilliant spring Sunday while out with evangt and pdbunce. We were barking up the wrong tree for about 1 minute but then realised that it was in the obvious tree in the obvious spot. TFTC

An easy find close to home - just what I needed. Well away from houses and nicely placed. I signed on the back of the page where there is still plenty of room. Thanks WA.
Quite a quick find - clever hiding spot. Lovely Saturday morning to be in a nice part of Sydney. TFTC.
Reperio at 1020.
Paperbark trees are certainly interesting, but don't usually make good spots to hide caches as inevitably people end up stripping the bark off in search for the cache. Thankfully this one wasn't one of those, and the cache found on arrival.
Gratias Wakko Akos.

I let Geokid8's friend carry the phone for this one, and he was a bit confused when I stopped searching as he is still getting used to the concept of <100% accuracy of GPSs! The container itself was exposed, so after signing we covered it up a bit better. TFTC
Nice cache in the likely spot the camo worked well. My 3rd cache for the day! TFTC
It looks like it often takes me a while to 'warm up' when finding wacko ako caches - this one was found very quickly!
Not just for beginners.
Considering the few obvious locations to search this one took me quite a while!!

Found after looking at a few different paperbark trees in area. Great hiding place. Found with Elise and David.
Pretty straightforward as it was just sitting there with no camo. Managed to grab unseen despite a neighbour mowing the lawn. Signed the log, replaced and put a bit of covering over it to make it a little less likely to be spotted by muggles. Thanks Wakko Akos.
