Checked on it today sadly the foliage has turned into thick stuff that is hard to get into spent 10 minutes looking for the little fella with no luck so RIP fella
After parking the car we walked to GZ. In spite of our best efforts we were unable to locate the cache.
Second visit. Aware of what we were looking for this time from Gallery. However extensive search did not get a find. Thought we might be onto something but it was a plastic bag of 4 small plastic lures. Could not find 2 distinct holes in the foliage so foliage may have changed. Noted it has not been found since 1st March this year so will wait and keep a watch and see if anyone else finds it before trying again.
Took a bit of finding but the reward was worth the effort. Nice hide and cache container tftc.
Doing a maintenance check on some of my geocaches in the area and walked to this cache. Great container and a lovely spot. TFTC fulfilled71.
We have talked about spending a few days in Bundaberg so with the event being organized here it seemed like a good time. Bought the caravan along and parked at the caravan park near the river in the middle of town. A great base to do geocaching and this was one of the caches we targetted and found. Thanks to fulfilled71 for placement of this cache and adding to our enjoyment of the area.
After walking all the way from Burnett Heads we have seen no one until we get to the GZ. Then we find fishing muggles !! Not interested in us we soon had the lovely little cache safely in our hands .TFTC
Other awesome cute cache! So perfect cache for that name of cache and other fantastic view bit bigger can't swim there too many rocks TFTC
This is by far the most amazing view along the trail at any cache site. This was my last stop on getting the Turtle Trail caches and I was curious as to why it had so many favourites and upon arriving at GZ I was amazed. I absolutely love the view here and to top it off the cache was actually something different to most of the others along the path. I had a lovely moment and sat for a while, signing the log and enjoying the surroundings before heading back to Geogirl Jordan at the rock pools.
Favourite point, for both the location and the little cache host.

In town for the turtle hatching season, and out and about from our campsite at Bargara today. Headed out for a drive around Burnett Heads. Yay, I found a turtle. Thanks fulfilled 71
Up in Bundy again this weekend, and I grabbed the car for a couple hours this morning. Mmmm, turtles. Been a few years since I last chased turtles up here - I missed them. What a gorgeous fellow. His logbook was a tad full, so I put a fresh one in.
Thanks for placing this cache, fulfilled71. Found in good condition.

Well , I hadn't intended t come this far along the trail, but the going had been so good that I just had to keep going. This cache put a stop to that though. I had a fair idea what I was looking for, but spent far too long searching and decided it was brekky time.
Thanks for the cache anyway fulfilled71. I'm not particularly feeling that way myself just now.

While in the immediate area of GZ we decided to grab this cache. We didn't ride or walk the trail, we just collected a couple close to parking spots.
Unfortunately I don't recall the hide at this one, but I'm sure we had fun finding it, thanks fulfilled71

This was one three we found today on "the Turtle Trail", and what a pleasure it was to see a bit of innovation in all three caches. Fun to look for and a real treat to find. Thanks fulfilled71 for this clever (and cute) hide. A favourite from us. Cheers from Bindair Dundat and Princess Madelyn.
Another one of the Turtle Trail which I had not done last time. I don't think we walked this far along the trail so we didn;t get to this spot.
I parked about 500m from the cache and hit the trail in 30°+ temperature. Cyclone Winston has been active out neat Fiji and the waves were showing the effects along the Queensland Coast and were breaking against the rocks on a full tide.
A short search when I arrived and I extracted the cache from the hiding spot.
TFTC. That is the last of the series for me so I will give it a favourite point for the series. I have enjoyed the stroll and the education along the way.

fulfilled71 I found your cache Turtle Trail - Lovely Trail on 21/01/2016, 4:19 PM. This is my find #1714 and find #15 today. Thought it was a decoy cache until I examined it closely. Thanks for the cache! TNSLLN
Visiting Bundaberg area from Brisbane and decided to look for caches each day. Today we visited the Bargara area to locate some of the caches. There was a large car event which stopped us from doing a few of the caches, but there are always others to do. Took a few minutes to locate but soon found. TFTC
Out caching for the morning with TeamBiffo and Richmond Lad. A busy day at Bargara with a car show which stopped us from finding several caches but enjoyed searching and finding others. Thanks to all the COs for placing them in this area.
We didn't know what foliage was, so we had to ask that first.
Then we came back and found it after some searching.
A favo.

After several early no finds I made use of recent logs and lack of vegetation to finally grab the elusive little bugger.
Found at 0900. This time I was sure I would find it as the foliage around here has suffered a great deal, compared to the last time I was here for my DNF.
Commenced once again using the supplied information and thought that this can not be as hard as I am making it. Read some previous found logs again and had a look at the photo and put my hand in a certain spot because I could not see under the branches and lo and behold I had it. Took the little fellow a little way from GZ to take a few photos. Managed to cause some blood leakage on both arms thanks to the undergrowth.
Very clever hide. I had to sit and rest a few times as walkers and cyclists were going past.

Took a little while to get this one. Searched in a few different locations and were careful to use the rocks as the platform for our task. Eventually spied him and had the log signed and tucked backed into his hidey hole. Thanks for the great cache.
You sneaky devil you! Great hide. Took ages to find the right holes, almost gave up but sat back took a pic of the giant 'dinosaur bone' for the kids and got back into it.
Went of a sunday afternoon walk along the turtle trail. Not knowing I would be doing any geocaching I didn't bring a writing stick. Great walk. Tftc
Found by Sunshine Toledo and Her Majesty at 9:10am. The cache was found quickly but we did have some idea of what we were looking for. Great cache. TFTC
Enjoyed the early morning stroll along the Turtle trail to find this cache. Took us a short while to find the very appropiate cache host and sign the log book. What a clever idea and find indeed, We took some photos to show our geocaching friends back in Vic. We will give you a fav for your great idea of the host to the cache.
We are leaving on Saturday but will return next year and hope to find "You drive me Qrazy" then! TFTC fulfilled71 We have enjoyed finding your many many great caches as well as nhill571 many many great caches too - we appreciate the time and effort you both put into geocaching for your fellow gewocachers to enjoy.

My first attempt at this one was not going to happen, thanks to the muggles nearby doing something silly
So I rode on to collect several more caches on the pushbike and grab this one on the way back
Sure enough, on my return, a lot later than I had imagined, this place was muggle free
I wandered down to try my luck.
And after half an hour I was still trying my luck
The shrubberies have been seriously trampled and I couldn't work out any of the details the clue refered to
The cache was obviously here to be found, but I couldn't find it [:o]
That is until I stood back a bit from the battlefield, and in the early afternoon heat, crack open a fresh can of fizzy 'thinking cola'
That did the trick, and after only half a can of aerated goodness, I spied a good spot to hide a cache that fit the clues.
In the darkness of the foliage I spied something almost indistinguishable from the background [:o]
Oh that is a nasty, nasty, nasty, nasty ..... hide [^]
I thoroughly approve though

YES YES a good find & cache – this is like caching in Sydney western suburbs for me – I don’t tend to do them but while on holidays it’s not only the caching but the locations that it takes you too. So I’m happy to find a well hidden cache – without the hint it is like a needle in a haystack TFTC / TFTH / SL
Covered a wide area looking with no luck, then the "geoyank", the shortest of the group spied it

Hi all, as I live closer, on CO's behalf, I have just checked to ensure the little fellow is safe in his hide..... please see photo. Prob need to widen your search a little more from the main hint! For me being so short it is not an easy task to retrieve or put back without damaging his hide, even just to check on him and take photo was a stretch. Keep looking, but yes, as mentioned in previous log, please be careful not to disturb his natural hide. Good luck!

DNF at 12:43 PM. We cannot believe that this cache could have been muggled in the location that it is in and with the camo that we believe that it had - but there was nothing there!
The CO had better come and check this one out as the plant is being destroyed with every search.

My daughter and I left the little fellow there. It took us quite a bit of searching to find him, he blends in very well. We enjoy caching, we don't destroy it for others!!!!
Had a very good look and was able to follow the additional. Found the rock found the two holes did not find the cache. Will be back in the morning for another go. I hope the FTF was only using words and has not taken the host when " Thanks for the host my geo munchkin likes these ones" was stated.
FTF. Found the little man and his prize. Got some exercise found him then realised had no pen, had to trek back to car retrieve pen and return to sign. Thanks for the host my geo munchkin likes these ones!!
Third attempt now, but still no luck. I thought the hint might help but couldn't find anything similar to the hint anywhere near ground zero.
I admit this is a tough hide but it needs to be considering the area. Next time there I will make it a bit easier hope the cache doesn't get muggled.
We had noticed this cache still had an outstanding Find and we gave it a try. We spent a bit of time looking for it but thought we had better give it up as I am sure the vegitation was not very happy with us anymore!
Holidaying from Brisbane and thought we could be a chance for a FTF.
GPSr had us with nowhere obvious for a hide but plenty of potential places under rock or in vegetation.
We couldn't find it. Decided to give up before damaging the vegetation.

Make sure you put this back as you found it TOO many caches are being muggled along here I don't want this to be another victim! Also please be careful when retrieving the cache as there is the smallest possibility the cache could come away from it's host.
