I am regretfully archiving this cache since unfortunately there has been no action to restore it, or any communication from the cache owner, kathieb, requesting additional time.
An ample opportunity has been provided for the Cache Owner to respond, but since this opportunity has been ignored, I can only conclude that the cache has been abandoned.
Caches archived under these circumstances are unable to be Unarchived, and this location is now available for the placement of a new cache, by somebody else.

###Cache Maintenance Visit Required please.###
This geocache has been brought to my attention as being in need of an Owner Maintenance visit, as the logs indicate that it is most likely missing, or else some other problem exists with the cache.
I agree that it certainly seems necessary to have it checked by the Cache Owner.
The cache owner needs to:
* Investigate the situation and either restore the cache, or address any other issues, such as correcting the D/T rating if necessary.
* Re-enable the cache by posting an Enable log
* Post an Owner Maintenance log to advise what has been done, and to clear any Needs Maintenance attribute which is present.
Otherwise :
* Post a Note Log to request more time if necessary, or provide other information..
**Do not use an Owner Maintenance log for this, that is for use only **when you actually do something to repair the cache**.
Alternatively:
* Archive the cache, and remove any remaining geo-litter from the site.
In the meantime, I've temporarily disabled the cache page to await owner action by kathieb and to take it off the playing board to prevent further geocaching community inconvenience.
[Please see the maintenance section of the Geocache Hiding Guidelines.](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines?expand=1#cachemaintenance)
**I will check back in 30 days** to see that action has been by the CO.
If nothing has happened, I will assume that the cache has been abandoned and, unfortunately, I will need to Archive this cache.
*Caches archived because of lack of maintenance/abandonment will not be unarchived.*
The Geocaching Community needs to have a degree of certainty that a cache is there, and in good condition, waiting to be found, and the CO has a responsibility to maintain their caches.
Please see [my profile page](https://www.geocaching.com/p/default.aspx?u=Balayang) for additional information.
Thank you

Spent maybe 1-2 hours looking and couldn’t find anything still had a lot of fun may look for it again and make sure it’s cooler first time and had lots of fun. 9 year old sister loved it
Hi all, kathieb here. I am worried with the number of DNF for this cache so I looked at one of the spoiler photos. Please note it should not be on the outside of the boardwalk, but on the inside. Tip: the last I heard it was quite rusty.
Hopefully the above will help but if it is still not there then I may have to archive it as lost which will be very sad.
Please let me know how you go.
Happy New Year all, Hope 2022 will be everything you hope for

DNF even after checking the photos. There were items of clothing and a sleeping bag underneath the lookout, so cache may have been taken or moved. Will try again another time!
No sign of this cache. Even after I checked the spoiler photo. I suspect it has been mugged. Good try though. THanks for the hide
We set out from Marble Bar early in the morning to cache our way home to Baldivis. This was our first stop for the.morning. We parked nearby and made the short walk over to gz. With the early hour there was no muggle traffic to worry about. After a few minutes searching we spotted the likely spot aand sure enough it was it. We quickly added our names to your log and returned your cache back to where it resides. This is a lovely spot this early in the morning. Favourite point coming up when I get a fresh delivery. TFTC kathieb.
Found with axell33 on an early start for us. We headed off from Marble Bar on our way home but made a detour into Headland to grab a couple of smilies for the map. This was a fairly quick find here, glad it was dry at the time! Nice camo here. Thanks for the hide.
I had an hour to kill after work today, so headed out in the work ute to find a few local caches.
My first visit to Pretty Pool, and i was very impressed with this hidden little gem of a suburb
Parking as close as i could, i made the short walk to GZ while i read back through some logs. Hmmm .. this could be interesting!
With nobody about to hinder my search, it didn’t take too long to lay my hands on the container and add my name to the log.
A neat place for a neat cache … TFTC kathieb

We found the cache in a pretty silly position on the post, with no logbook. All we had on us was a till receipt so we used that. It will do for now but needs replacing. We put the cache back as per a spoiler photo in the gallery. TFTC kathieb
So we sold up, packed up quit our jobs and moved our lives into a caravan to set off on a lap year, very soon into the trip we realised it was going to be much long than a year.
We are 10 months in now and planning to stop and work for six months while we wait out the wet season.
Although I haven’t been working during the past 10 months I’ve found myself busier than expected, looking at rocks, trees and all the sparkly wonderful things we have to see in our beautiful backyard. I tried really hard to keep up with Geocaching logs but I’ve fallen behind again!
I am very sorry for this generic log, it’s the only way I can catch up.
Thanks for being one of the caches we found along the way.

This one had a searching for a while but eventually we found it. Thanks
Quick find here between jobs in Hedland. I had to walk around to pick up the log as it was on the ground. All good now, just need to be careful when retrieving the geo. TFTC

I found this one before, with my partner. I decided to stop by while I was walking nearby, to log a visit for my travel bug
Found in the dark with a torch. Surprisingly didn’t take too long but was fun. Sneaky hide this one.
Nice cache , was a great view and a beautiful spot for a little bit of reflection on life.

Today our tour - which began in Perth, WA , and led us thru Western, Northern and Southern Australia back to Perth, was simply driving from Tom Price to Port Hedland.
On the way we came to some interesting locations. Here we searched, found and logged this Tradi-Cache.
Weather was good in the morning and it should even get better during the day.
Thanks to 'kathieb' for showing us this location, for the fun we had with 'Its pretty in Pretty Pool' and the smiley. The search here and today didn't take too much time, fortunately.
Greetings from Germany and we hope to see you soon in the forest, prairie, desert or outback .

Enjoyed our little walk here and reading the information signs. Nice quick find. TFTC
Found during my half lap advanture from Adelaide. Container and log book in good condition. TFTC.
Yep very pretty location. Enjoyed the walk to gz where geo-wife quickly spotted the camo.
Very clever! Found it after a few tries. Got zapped quite a few times on the metal fence. Electric (static)
It is rather pretty in Pretty Pool, always wondered what it was about. Found this on after a day at the Pt Hedland Races. What a great day.

A nice stroll around this board walk. A very clever hide. You need your own pencil.

After our Parisian trip in the first week of the Easter holidays, we (i and my husband Voske1967) went for 3 weeks to the other side of the world to enjoy the friendly atmosphere, food, landscapes and culture of Australia. Of course, geocaches were also searched for and found in Perth, Monkey Mia, Denham, Newman, Port Hedland ... . This trip downunder will stay with us for a long time! It was pretty hot in Australia for the autumn season
Visiting family in Hedland for the weekend, surprised with how many caches there are around the place! A nice easy find, thanks!!
Took a while but we got there in the end. A very pretty spot, I would live here if I lived in Port Hedland
Found at 2:55:00 PM. Just staying one night in Port Hedland and grabbing a few caches during our visit.
Thanks kathieb.
Thanks kathieb.
Spending the afternoon looking around Port Hedland and ended up out here. It was a quick find as I have come across a few of these recently but this would have to be the rustiest one I have seen.
