Located the cache receptical, but lid was so stiff so could not retrieve cache. I can confirm that cache is in place still though, I can see it but just could not retrieve today. Hopegully another time.
Today Jamesta18 and I had a afternoon of random, spontaneous caching for Jamesta18 birthday weekend, this one has been on my list for a long time, so we drove past today and popped by, but seems may of been muggled or tampered with ? Couldnt sign log, but sent pic to owner .Anyway will be back soon to try again TFTC
Like kylismiley has said. I once had one similar at humbug scrub until the fires took it out. TFTC
Found with Team Waldron on a caching run to the northern, western and inner suburbs. We decided to target this particular cluster of caches before the day heated up too much. Thanks for the cache clojo1!
Today after the morning event I headed off with Featherwaite to grab some caches.
We went to all points of the compass.
Good thing I checked the cache description before we headed off. We took an empty bottle which we filled from the creek and then as if by magic the cache appeared.

That was an easy find. Hike down and retrieval of log not so easy. Hasn't been opened in a while, but all good, signed and replaced. Now we will have to go to the pub for a drink as our water bottles are empty. Find 112 consecutive days. Thanks Coljo1
Nice cache, very ingenious indeed. Favorite point given for its uniqueness.
Had to go back to car to get another bottle of water as didnt have enough and the creek was difficult to get to due to all of the reeds.
Cache popped its head up, grabbed, signed and returned.

This was one of those caches we have been wanting to attempt for some time so while the rest of the team were at the Pageant a couple of us decided to go for a walk.
Easy to find but a fun cache.
Thanks clojo1

Maintenance check on 21/8/21,new log book added, just remember since a part has been stolen you will need to use your hand to keep the water in.
This evening after work, I decided to travel north towards Salisbury Heights, Elizabeth and Craigmore, targeting a few geocaches that were well constructed caches with high Favourite Points, oldies, and attractive D/T geocaches. After taking a walk along Little Para River, I caught up with gridge98 and we then travelled around the vicinity, of which he helped to visit a few geocaches that he had once previously visited. A nice balmy evening of weather, and daylight savings allowed us to comfortably geocache until about 21:30 hr.
A great cache construction, and unfortunately, I didn't need to perform the field puzzle as intended. The cache container was in good shape, but the logbook was in pieces, so it may need a CO maintenance check. Good construction nevertheless; Thanks clojo1 for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.

Been a miserable morning today but the Sun has poked its head out from behind the clouds. Therefore Magic [8] and I decided to poke about in the shrubbery behind the Old Spot Hotel before the rain returned. Favourite Points were distributed today and a few Pathtags were dropped off for the next treasure seekers.
Got a little wet and one of us got a little bit more wet. A good day in the soursops!

Arrived at this cache and knew straight away what was needed, unfortunately the cap was walked on by the last finder, a bit of mucking around and I soon had the cap off and the cache in my hands.
Today with uni now being placed online due to COVID-19 I decided to go for a walk and collect some caches early in the morning before it got to hot. Overall a nice morning walk and a few drive bus for 15 in total.

After the Blackadder's first event at the nearby hotel a small group, EarthLight, Hevwalker, Sir Spectre and the Adder walked off a few gained calories with a short trek behind the venue.
Water did not work, well Water was not actually needed. With 2 actual logs in the contraption we elected to use the easiest one to extract. With the log signed and replaced it was on to the next.
Thanks for the bit of fun with this one and a fav for the effort.

This one became the tale of two logs. We came prepared. I think at this time of year the ground needs water as much as the cache does. TFTC
By the time I’d walked up and down the track, I was needing water. We signed both logs!! One was a little wet after our water treatment. Or was it my dripping brow. H423L has barely raised a sweat.
Thanks clojo1 and clear skies from TeamAstro. ️ Cache the planet!
First for the day and it's always good to start with a find .
The camo on this one looks like it's been here since BC (before caching) [^].
Came with the required tool and cache quickly retrieved [8]. TNLNSL.

Arrived at this one with Michells&hound as well as the required geotool, but had a bit of a problem working out how to retrieve the cache. [?] In the end after a PAF we worked out that the cache had been reassembled incorrectly and once we had it properly aligned and after using the geotool we had the cache and were able to sign the log.
Thanks for the cache clojo1.

This was our first cache on our trip up north with JJ52. We had to phone a friend but in the end we had to take apart and reassemble, then we accessed the cache. We left everything all set up for the next finder, should just need the suggested TOTT to access. TFTC
i brought the right tool for the job. Lucky i did as there is a lot of reeds if you want to access the right tool for the job. Found in the dark and rain.
Heading for a nearby solves puzzle this was on the way so it was a bit rude if we did not stop. The creek certainly is reedy in this location and not much water. Fortunately we made the right moves and soon had the log in had for signing. TFTC.
Moneydork and I came prepared with the right tool. Easily retrieved.

Had seen this one several times but just had not had the chance to head in and make the find. Today heading back to the office after working north for the morning. It was morning tea time and a short walk to clear the head was in order. Assembled the required elements for this cache and wandered in. Quickly located GZ and using the required technique retrieved the cache, signed log and replaced.
Seen this before but these are always fun to do.

Found with Csaba! and SupaOrange before I had a caching name. A very late log. Turtle out.
Always like this type of cache. With tool in hand the find was made quickly. Thanks
We arrived at GZ and the required tool was not available from the nearby creek, all was dry. What else do you do with your drinking water. SL TFTC
MM+2 were in the local area grabbing some solved unknowns and this one was also on the list. After working out quite quickly what I needed, I proceeded to walk past the best places to grab the necessary substance before getting to GZ. So, back along the path I headed until I could collect the "stuff" and then raced back to GZ. After working out how I was going to make the find I did what I thought was required with no effect. But luckily a bit of jiggling later the cache was retrieved, but then another cache was found! Not sure what I did wrong or right, but there were two bisons and logs that I found in the camo clojo1!?! I signed the top (long) one and returned both before heading of to my next GZ.
Nice hide clojo1! Thanks for the cache.

Dodging a few showers we met up with Mattycat and decided a walk through this part of the little para river would burn off a little energy, with the amount of water around this one was quickly in our hands TFTC clojo1
Joined Mr and Mrs Froghoppin for some caching in the rain,
Well it did stop a couple of times, but was determined to make the Little Para into more of a river!
A little engineering here soon came up with a log book to sign.

Today I spent a couple of hours picking up a few solved mysteries and nearby Traditionals in the Northern suburbs. The sun was shining - perfect weather for geocaching.
Thankfully no snakes or wasps found today. Great idea for a cache.
Thanks for the cache.

Went back for this tonight, son took easier path one side of creek, mr emily took harder side of creek.....
Hubby was extra careful passing what we thought was the bees but turned out being wasps, then just up a bit was a bee hive.
Lesson here is take the easy path, son signed the log and laughed as mr emily had to pass both hives to get out

Went for this cache today, got to 100m then son accidently disturbed a beehive below knee height. The bees were very angry with him and we then had to deal with his first.....second....third.....bites came and swelled. Instant reaction was jump in the creek......run.....
Little to say as we rushed back to get antihystamines and see to him, we forgot about the cache.....
Please be careful of the bee hive on the track hiding under rocks and weeds.

Went for a maintenance run to check log book room , only to find this one upside down in the camo, with the lid and log book missing ,have re orderd new parts and will enable listing after they turn up.
Cool this one was. It took a little to work out how but I did it. Cheers for this one.

We came over here for a small walk and some more fun after the nearby event.
The kids loved working out how to retrieve the cache from this one, after they kept asking about the 'extra' water bottle I was carrying!
Seen a few variations of these over the years, and this is one of the better ones!
TNLNSL
Thanks
PS A new spot of weld maybe required to short circuit the h2o deprived finders!

Bonza! Awesome cache. Finally got around to finding this one on a beaut winters day. TFTC!
Ive always wanted to do this one once someone told me about it and finally I did in the company of Blacksheep and the mini sheep well worth it after being one wrong side encountered a wasp nest and a bees nest and then am interesting crossing point found the cache was greatfull for the excesive amount of water that Blacksheep brang along ill be visting this one again with Mr Minion as its very clever also briefly met the Mckee clan which was nice TFTC picked up 2 TBS to continue their Journey
Awesome fun with the kids and was anle to meet up with black sheep and minnion. Kids loved it and with 6 lites it was definetly more than we needed. Very much enjjoyed
This was suggested to me by JM Minion, so today in the company of Ms Minion, we went on an adventure. I read the map wrong, thinking it was on the opposite of the creek and we made the journey down on that side as far as we were able. It came to a point that was probably not passable and I had finally clicked we were on the wrong side of the wet stuff so a treacherous crossing was made through the reeds. Safe on the right side we soon found GZ and proceeded to fill her up. Previous logs made mention of 3 litres so that is how much I bought. I could have got away with much less.
A fun outing and a fun cache. Thanks clogo1

"Waterworks never solved anything" my mum used to say. She obviously hadn't seen this cache. Took plenty of the required tool, just in case. Didn't need the nearby supply to help. Looked the cache up and down but the cap was fixed on a little more securely than normal. Grabbed another tool (neanderthal style) from nearby and made an orifice. In she goes and up bobs the cache - terrific! No TFTC clojo1

found on the way home from a FTF! we have done a similar one before... such a fun cache :c) especially when one has to play with water. TFTC!!
Arrived at GZ and found the cache concealment. Now to the cache extraction process. Hmmm, will a full bladder contain sufficient quantity? Mr TiedyeSmileys, aim isn't crash hot at the best of times, could he do this? While Mr TiedyeSmileys pondered these questions, Mrs TiedyeSmileys whipped out her bottle and made all this conjecture moot as she quickly grabbed the cache.

I went on a walk for father's day and had targeted all the caches along the river. I came prepared with the necessary equipment and found the device. Someone has left some disposable stuff in a container in the grass closeby. What a joy to see the cache rise up and up and up. Gotcha you little beauty come to me. What a terrific cache, loved it loved it. I've heard of caches like this one but it is the first one I have found. Well done clojo1 great work.
Found on a caching day out in the northern suburbs with Doctor Owl. A fantastic cache concept - and who else would know it was there? I've done one of these before, but that didn't detract from the fun of extracting the cache. A definite favourite TFTC

A bright warm sunny day had us keen to get a little exercise so we decided to tackle the nearby 'phobia' mini series, and we couldn't resist giving this one a go while we were in the area.
We have found two similar types of this cache in another state so guessed what we were in for and we definitely weren't disappointed.
The engineering worked splendidly and the log was soon in hand. It is only slightly damp and still quite useable.
Another cache waiting for a favourite point as soon as we have earned it. I think we need to look for a power trail to bolster our FP supplies
Many thanks for yet another great hide clojo1[^][^][^][^][^][^]

It was a very pleasant walk to GZ. Once there we quickly locatd the cache. Although we had brought the necessary tools and equipment with us, they were also in the immediate area. Retrieval of the cache proceeded without any difficulties. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks for the cache clojo1.
Darn made me work for that one.. awesome tftc.. great walk nice listening to the frogs and birds.

So i am getting paid to cache (sister needs driving hours) and I didn't want to do these ones by myself so we went for a walk. A walk it was.
We parked on Goldbourgh drive and this was the first cache we came to. Luckily i used my brains and got the cache out to sign much to my sisters amazement.
Thank you for the cache clojo1, this was number 1 for the day.

Gotcha!
An "Unknown" cache that does not require you to solve a puzzle? As much as I love the usual puzzle caches, this one is a fantastic and refreshing change. Although, you certainly do need to think and plan ahead.
The cache itself gets a big FP from us. I'd heard of these types of caches before but this is the first time I've seen one in action.
Well Done clojo1

I have heard of these types of pzzle cache before, this is my first I have encountered, I had a fair idea what to expect, so came prepaired.
Cache was soon coaxed out of its hidy hole, and almost as fast back in. The logsheet was all but full so replaced it while I was there, so its good to go for a while now.

I managed to talk muggle partner into coming out with me to find the last cache of my streak!
638 days in a row and it ends here!
Well that was the theory but in hindsight it didn't quite end up working out that way
Anyway we wandered into GZ, me in my Japanese safety boots, as usual, so keeping a careful eye on the ground.
I could see the obvious spot for the cache from some way away....it was the how that was the question[?]
Considering the name of this cache, I had bought a bucket with us and sure enough, it was required!
Luckily, while the waters of the creek had receded they were still accessible without having to fight through all of the reeds, so very soon after we had a cache in our hands
This is one of the nicer hides of this type of cache as it doesn't have secondary sprays which catch you unawares [^]
