I think the previous geocacher is correct.... in that there were bushes at GZ before and they have been removed. The area is open and not a bush in sight. No sign of the cache. I believe it is gone and perhaps the CO should check it out? I visited a couple of trackables to the area. Aries44.
Might have disappeared along with the vegetation, nothing but a clear fence here now.
We came down from Sydney to spend the weekend camping at Killalea State Park. We have been there several times before, and like the place. On Sunday we dedicated to continue geocaching on our way back to Sydney from Shellharbour to Wollongong. It was not as hot day as yesterday, but still very warm.
We had to read the previous logs in-between the walkers with the dogs and suddenly we spotted something obvious - the cache. There is no need to disturb the vegetation.

I sought out this cache after completing the nearby whereigo in cepebration of my 2700th find.
Once at gz, I looked around and found the place oddly familiar. I recall being here a whipe ago and not finding it.
After reading previous logs I looked in areas opposing the hint and there it was.
Thanks for the cache.

Diving and Events at South Coast Feb 2014. After going on the wrong side I backed up and went the right way and spent some time looking for this one, as the clue is wrong. Thanks.

Found by boys while I stayed in car with girls and Kim and Mum went to find another nearby cache.

Pity the previous finders just before us couldn't be bothered to replace the lid.

Yet another part of Barrack Heights that I have never visited. Took a while to locate as the camo is very good. Did a bit of CITO on my way back to the car which was parked next to the dumpster. SL TFTC Canaroo
Found this one with Usat31 after attending the nearby geocaching event. With so many cachers in the area it was no surprise to see Team Casho leaving just as we arrived. We thought at first this one had been muggled as we found the lid on the floor but we then spotted the cache and replaced the lid after we'd signed the log.

After the 8th Annual Illawarra/South Coast Get-together, Geoson NationalSteel and I went to do a few caches together. He has previously found pretty well all local caches, so my aim was not to look too incompetent when trying to find them myself.
This turned out to be quite a bit harder than I expected, but a hint from a previous log enabled me to find it eventually. Off to the nearby club for lunch.

Had to have a rush look as I need to get home! But I wish my phone loaded more logs....I can now see that I need to read more of them to get the right spot..I only concentrated on the bottom level! =P Next time!! =D
Helps when you look in the right place! Must've looked right past it last time!

Another Canaroo cache too well hidden for me! But in my defence, I did concentrate my search at the lower level, and was spooked by too many muggles.
Found with paulyman while out caching this weekend. This one took a bit of searching, but eventually paulyman spotted it. TFTC.
Looked everywhere for a few minutes but couldn't find it. The land owner came over to us and asked us what we were doing, so we told him but that made us stop our searched. Muggled or too hard for us?
Came in via the carpark & realised i`d have to walk past the cabins, went to GZ for a look but didn`t hang around too long as i`d no doubt attract too much unwanted attention, maybe I should have approached from the other side of the fence.
We parked nearby and found the laneway in to GZ .
A tricky hide which revealed itself after trying a few other spots first.
Many thanks to Canaroo for the cache.

Found fairly quickly but don't look low, try middle of the spot.
Down low is where the club patrons seem to have relieved themselves before proceeding up the path.
Nice camo.
Came down here on the weekend but couldn't find a way to GZ but today all was good. Google earth is my friend.

#539 - 13:15; Hadn't visited this part of the world before, or if I have, it was a looooonnnnnggg time ago and the memory has faded. Took the chance after the conclusion of business to grab a couple of caches to mark the visit, as I'm not sure when I'll be back again. This one took a little longer to locate than it should have, primarily due to a slightly misleading hint. A review of previous logs got me on the right track. had planned to drop a TB, but as the one shown as being in the cache seems to be AWOL, have hung on to it for a later find. TFTC Canaroo
The clue isn't really the best
Its not down low but not up high either
Great Container

I happened to be driving by here and decided to stop by for a quick find. I thought that the clue was a bit misleading really. Anyway... In the summer between High School and University I did some Labouring to earn some money. I assisted in the refurbishment of this Club.

haha you'd think we would read the other logs better. Entered the wrong side of fence at first
Grabbing some local caches as I traveled through. Found cache well hidden. SL..TFTC
I entered the caravan park first, then realised it was on the other side Doh! Nice vessel. Not on the fence, but not down low either. Had to go back to car for a pen (you'd think I would have learned that by now!). Left Canadian travel bug . TFTC
After finding my way in the hunt was on- I think I overread the hint because I started searching in close but not quite the right places. A quick call and I was then on the right track with cache soon in hand. Thanks!
Out caching with Chalk' and the little ones, took sometime to locate as the hint was a little miss leading to our perception of it. Good camo. TFTC
Took a little time to locate cache with J & .au and the geokids. We took the hint too literally. Nice cammo, thanks for the cache.
As club people where working in their carpark I couldn't take the most obvious route. Tried the approach from the north over the bridge, this is possible but only over private property (the camping ground). So thats why the bridge is still in use by the camping residents. Went back the bowls way and finally got to GZ. Found the container after a while but got very sticky from the white stuff the plants are producing when flowering.

I was out with Hoojar the other day and he said "did I get that new cache near my work, to which I said what cache".
Well back at work today and with a bit of time on my hands at lunchtime I ducked out to grab this cache. I was surprised to see this cache doesn't have a lid. Not sure if it was put out like that.
Thanks

After a full and in-depth search this very well hidden cache was located. Swaps were made and the log was signed. The lid was then screwed on firmly before retreating back to the vehicle.
Thank you Canaroo for hiding this cache and showing us a location previously unknown to us.

GZ crept up on me quicker than I expected even though coords spot on. Almost got bowled over by a passing muggle on a bike who appeared out of nowhere but at least at that moment I wasn’t doing anything to question a suspicious search or my presence there.
FTF #10! I'd been over at Yallah ticking off a couple of previous DNF caches then stopped for some food. While eating in the car I was idly browsing nearby unfound caches on my phone when I saw this one and didn't recognise the name - then noticed the lack of logs! A quick fang here, somewhat confused by the carparks and one way laneways and stuff, eventually parked not far from GZ and was happy to not see anyone else around. A short search and I had just gotten the log in hand when I heard footsteps behind me. Turned out to not be a muggle but xelanhoj who I'd beaten by about a minute. I let him find the container on his own and then we headed off to a mutually unfound one nearby. Ended up not being a bad day of caching, with 3x previous DNFs ticked off, a normal find and an FTF. TFTC!
