Will archive on this basis. I hope another JPGORDO tribute cache gets published soon!
Today we cached on the outskirts of the town.
After contacting the owner, we have replaced the container. Called by here yesterday but a very enthusiastic game of footy was in progress.
Thanks for placing this cache 5Meerkats
Found at on 21st August 2015. TFTC.
Although I am wondering if I have found the right one - the last log date is 21 April?
Thanks for the cache 5Meerkats. I have seen a few of jpgordo's caches on our travels.
I am sorry to hear about the last seeker wasting an hour. It is certainly not intended to be a tricky one. Go try again if you are in the area!
The whole setup is very interestng to us city folk and we watched the proceedings with great interest for going on two hours. I particularly enjoyed watching the riders on horse back directing some of the cattle where they needed to go.
Nice to see a cache dedicated to someone who has hidden so many cachesthat we have enjoyed finding.
Well done 5Meerkats[^]
Camped at Roma Gun Club with our friends Sylken. This morning we decided to visit the Roma Saleyards for a looksee.
Afterwards of course we managed to make some quick finds too.
TFTC 5Meerkats
Merry Xmas to JPGordo and all the passing travellers!
Thanks 5meerkats for the hide.

Cache was in plain view so put back up.
Thanks for the cache
Easter 2014 (April 17-21) saw Jimmyproject and half of Cat&Mouse head West, ultimately to Adavale http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adavale) just under two hours from Charleville, to hopefully [?] claim a 21 month old FTF http://www.geocaching.com/geocache/GC3MRHK_adavale-1949-migrants?guid=3bce4eb1-1b4f-417a-9c65-065b5f5ebb4d
The first leg of the journey was Brisbane (leaving at 4.30am ) to the first stop at Dalby and for breakfast (need coffee [|)]!!!!!!) then westward to Roma for late lunch. A short stop and we pressed on to Charleville for dinner, which was no mean feat given we rocked into town on Easter Friday. Special thanks to Fat Freddies who were open and fed us all nicely, albeit a little hysterically (on our behalf) due to the long drive and tiredness.
Saturday we spent at Adavale and then back on the road to Roma. Dinner in town and an early night to catch up on some sleep, then up on Sunday morning to conquer the caches in Roma and surrounds.
Up at a decent hour on Monday and we cached our way back to Brisbane tired and thoroughly happy with our “Bush” long weekend.
Arrived at GZ and while the gates were open and signs indicated there was to be a game there today, we managed to be there before all the festivities began. A short search and we were able to add our name to the log. TFTC
Cheers

this was a quick find, no clue needed
Took: Nothing
Left: Nothing
Thanks 5Meerkats for the hunt today
We are here at Roma for a few days and a look around the sights as well.
No muggles around here today but then one arrived just as I was leaving.
A nice hide that almost had me beat until I spotted it at the right angle.
Thanks for the cache 5Meerkats,
Roostaman.

This cache was a simple, but effective hide.
Thanks 5Meerkats.
Feedback: We are not sure what he hint means - is it supposed to help us find the cache?
Following the fence-line up, I was relieved to see the gate was still open and then it was time to get down and dirty, which proved fruitless. I paused to munch more M&Ms and enjoy a thinking iced coffee, hoping no one noticed my phone light. I don't think they did.
At last I found the little fellow in the last possible spot! All in fine condition so TFTC 5M and I agree: well done to jpgordo on your great efforts out this way.
Maybe on another trip I can try again.
