Unfortunately, GZ for this cache has become a bit of a dumping ground and from the previous logs and the other cache down the road I can determine that the owner does not play the game anymore.
Wonder if this cache still exists, other recent logs either didn't find or indicated it needed maintenance. Wasn't so keen on the idea of trampling plants and getting bitten by ants. Nice location but this close to the sea needs a weather proof container not a plastic bag.
I find the hint was a stupid and with a beach rock wall covered in ivy maybe a real hint might have helped. Anyway whilst visiting the area there are hundreds more. Time to move along

Looked for an hour nearly got caught by muggles. Couldn't find even with 3 sets of geo eyes!
Found it on a beach walk to Palm Cove. It took me a couple of times to spot it, its well covered.
Having arrived in Cairns on Friday with Wife, granddaughter, and muggle brother in-law, his wife and 2 leg biters.
Today we are heading north to Port Douglass for 5 days, the brother in-law and his family have gone on ahead, while we will gather a few 's
An easy find while Squirrel (granddaughter) looked on.
All with the cache

Had a trip to Cairns to do, extended the trip over the weekend and a long weekend too.
Not wanting to cache out Townsville and at the same eager to get to my next milestone a trip is always welcome.
After dropping off my passengers I headed North for the caches on this side of town.
Enjoying the Northern Beaches in a drizzle, perfect caching weather
Thanks for the cache

[Blue]# 12490[/Blue] Found on our 2015 Winter escape trip to Qld.
Another perfect winter day for a drive around in Cairns.
The log was mushy so I added a new log sheet.
Cheers from Wagga Wagga in the Riverina, NSW.

Needs maintence badly is falling to bits inside, good spot for one though TFTC
Quick little nano cache. It was raining which made it difficult to look for but found the cache regardless. The inside of the bag the cache was in was a but wet because there is a hole at the top. TFTC
Despaired for a moment when I first saw the options for a cache hide given the size. Retracing from another direction I saw somewhere Scrat would live. Turns out it wasn't the hide but it was close enough. I replaced the full and soggy logs with some new paper. TFTC.
Mrs Ferg went off and found this one while the rest of us were still scratching around.TFTC.
On our trip through Australia we drove to Kangoroo Island after visiting Sydney, Melbourne, the Great Ocean Road and the Grampians. After a really scary ride to our hotel (our ferry arrived at 7pm and we had to drive all over the island to our hotel and through the darkness with a lot of wallabies and possums on the street) we enjoyed the next morning with Seal Bay and Flinders Chase National Park. For sure we also visited Admiral's Arch and the Remarkable Rocks, two really impressive places. Back on the mainland we had one day at Adelaide, before we flew to Alice Springs. From there we started the ride to the Red Center and on the way to the Mereenie Loop Road we stopped at a lot of the beautiful Gaps, Chasms and Gorges. First stop was the Simpsons Gap, after this we made the short walk to the Standley Chasm and then we arrived at the Ellery Creek Big Hole. Afterwards we finished the day with a visit of the fascinating Ochre Pits and the Ormiston Gorge. The next day we drove further to the Mereenie Loop Road, but a short stop at Gosse Bluff came first. From Tyler's Pass we had a first look at the crater, before we took the sandy road to Gosse's Bluff. After the spectacular ride over the Mereenie Loop Road, we arrived at Kings Canyon the early afternoon and were happy that it wasn't too hot. After sleeping in a very comfortable tent we continued our way to Ayers Rock. Trying to catch a nice sunrise we got out of bed very early and so we had enough time to walk through the valley of the winds, before it was closed. Afterwards we walked all around the Ayers Rock and were very wiped out at the end. But the fascinating landscape excused the stresses and strains. After this we flew to Cairns where we enjoyed a trip to the Great Barrier Reef, to Kuranda and some homley days at the beach. The trip to Michaelmas Cay was really impessive, we had a nice turn with a catamaran and four hours of snorkeling at the cay. Really wonderful and we had the possibility to swim with a big turtle. Two days later we took the Scenic Railway up to Kuranda and stopped at the lookout at the Barron Falls. After a little walk through the rainforest we returned to Cairns via the skyrail. The last days we used the time to log the one or other cache at the beach.

Being in cairns on our way to mossman we needed a break from humidity and came over to Clifton
Coming up to go and reading the description we started to search for a long time, hmmm nothing
Well, the previous log "cute spot" made us turn to another possibility where we found the little bugger

Spent a bit of time looking in the rocks for this one, but eventually found it after changing strategies. Nice cool breeze on the beach today. Thanks : )
Found on our "Making Memories" tour of Mainland Australia.
Today we explored Cairns and surrounding area using geocaching as our guide.
Many thanks to all cache owners for placing and maintaining caches for our enjoyment.

Caching and adjusting to the climate and the time change with my cachemate and husband. They know about each other. We are cool like that.
Another quick find once we found GZ.. Out taking a nice long walk along the coast.

Thanks for an easy find on a rainy day. Added The Eiffel Tower. Who says big things can't be found in small places.
Took the last spot on the log book along with whereisjustin. Nice simple walk by. Only a few muggles around not giving us any troubles. TFTC
Dodged a muggle with his ute parked right beside the GZ and found this one taking the last spot on the log. TFTC
A very easy find, how does it stay without being muggled? We do agree, the northern beaches are lovely but the south of queensland does not have snap turtles and stingers. In saying this, all places have their beauty. TNLN TFTC
Nice! TFTC - such a relief not to be bitten by ants or march flys after today's attempts!
Quick find for today, but I was looking at the wrong spot at first :s

Found while visiting from the South Coast of WA. Took time out for a late afternoon drive around the beaches. Easy find, but could not sign log as muggles were out on the verandah across the road and could not be stealthy enough.
The geo kids with us were on this one in a flash. Thank you. Lovely spot.
