I am regretfully archiving this cache since there's been no response from nor action by the cache owner within the time frame requested in the last reviewer note.
Hi jackmat3
This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).
I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.
Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache. If a month passes without seeing a response, then I'll assume that this listing should be archived.
Please note, that if a cache is archived due to lack of owner maintenance, the cache is unable to be unarchived.
Regards

After arriving in Fairlie for a caravan rally I leapt on my MTB to gather in a few of the local caches before Happy Hour. Rode through the 3 fords on the Jack Lovelock Track. Wheeee but, oh drat another DNF! [xx(] Like angekiwi back in February I could not find this cache at all. The CO needs to check/replace/archive this one.
Her to eat two pies, then geo cache. Then walk lovelock road to make sure pies are gone. TFTC

Heading to tekapo to do the earthcache and a quick stop off to grab this one on the way past.

On a mission from Rolleston to Tekapo, Twizel, Omarama, Kurow, Waimate and home again. Found over 100 caches, which was the goal for the day. A bit drizzly for a start but beautiful sunshine through the Mackenzie. Thanks to all the CO's and apologies for the cut and paste.
A quick side trip on the way back home, tasted an apple (yerk) and then another from the other tree (also yerk), perhaps in a while they might taste better. Cheers
Very very quick easy find, but would hate to have found this in the summer when there are leaves everywhere! Thanks so much for bringing us down this road. We also didn't realise Jack Lovelock was from around here! Thanks
This cache has been on the list several times on my way through here but for various reasons never taken the side trip up here. All done and dusted today. TFTC #8933
This is the second day of my two-day trip from Invercargill to Christchurch, grabbing a few caches on the way. A wet start to the day at Omarama, but improved as the day went on. A quick find, signed log and returned as found. Thanks for the cache.
Pretty sure I found this years ago - might have forgotten to log. Very obvious without any foliage. Could see it from the car. Thanks.
1 ford I could handle 3 was nearly pushing my look after the last cache quick find bit scratchy though
One does not usually associate Lovelock with Fairlie. A strange little road. We would have liked a 4 wheel drive. Thank you.
I was in Tekapo over the past few days to support the Defence Health School on exercise Eagle's Talon. The field exercise was great. I was able to spend a couple of night here, get out into the training area (which involved getting soaked to the skin, and a vehicle recovery) and then grab a few caches on the way home.
Near the end of last year we decided that we had found more than enough 1.5/1.5 caches, so made the decision to only try and find hides which were higher than two in one of the values. Sometimes we'll make an exception to that rule if a cache is in a really amazing spot, or our little fella really wants to go geocaching. Today breaking the rule wasn't required. I was pretty self conscious as I pulled up to GZ, the home owner on the property near the cache was visible, and I figured if I can see him he can see me!
With that in mind I made a quick dad in to the location. Locating the cache was easy, I could see it in plain view from my work wagon.
Hopefully the army uniform put the landowner off and he didn't investigate afterwards.
Signed the logbook and returned the cache without any other fuss.

5857. A quick and easy find exactly where we elected it to be. Rodney tripped over a branch and went flat on his face. Nothing hurt but his pride! While driving back to the main road he realised that he had lost his sunglasses so back we went and there they were in the grass. He often loses things while geocaching - sunglasses, glasses, GPSs, pens, his mind! Thanks for the cache anyway. Rodney and Iris.
Took the easy way and parked right next to it. Walk will have to wait for another day
Many Thanks for all the caches found today on a Quick trip around the block.

As the weather was very cold & very wet underfoot we took the easy way and drove to this one! TFTC.
Typical for us ..The road became busy. But found it quickly once the cars had gone.TFTC
A quick find in the dark. I thought that there would be plenty of cacher traffic near here before I got here, but no, FTF woohoo. Thanks for the hide.
