Tea Tree Gully Council intend to remove the Lookout (it may have already happened).
The area is to become a car park.
[Below is an extract from the notification with aerial view of the proposal](https://www.teatreegully.sa.gov.au/files/assets/public/documents/community_engagement/information_sheet_and_concept_plan_-_wynn_vale_oval_carpark_and_access_road.pdf)
What’s being proposed?
In conjunction with the Fund My Neighbourhood project and King’s Baptist Grammar School, a
proposed concept plan has been developed to improve parking, traffic flow and pedestrian safety
in the area and around the schools.
The concept plan includes the construction of an additional sealed carpark on Wynn Vale Drive, as
well as a one-way access road (with parallel parking) coming off Endeavour Drive. These two
elements would be jointly funded by the State Government Fund My Neighbourhood program and
King’s Baptist Grammar School.
Further details about these two elements are provided below and are shown visually on the
attached concept map.
The proposed carpark
• The carpark would be located between the Salvation Army and King’s Baptist Church
carparks and would be connected to the existing church carpark
• Lighting would be included, consistent with the neighbouring carpark
• Built in 1992, the lookout was an initiative of the Lions Club of Para Hills, who are no
longer operational. Following consultation with the Lions Club of Golden Grove, the
lookout will be removed from this site.
If this cache is on your search list it maybe too late.
When next in the area I will check the construction progress and post an updated log.
The cache owner may wish to recover the cache if it is possible.

nicely tucked away also doing foundation upgrades with fences up so i thought i wasn't going to be able to find it but luckily it was on my side of the fence.
Climbed and looked at the possible spots indicated by the hint - no joy. Then read some previous logs and found it nearby at T1/1.5 territory.
I have returned the cache to where I found it but pretty sure it has moved from original location.
Anyway another smiley so I’m happy.
Thanks for the cache.

Found the cache but was a bit confused. Looked where suspected per the previous logs and no show. Went low instead and there it was. Not sure if it's been moved on purpose or not? But TFTC. Driven past here many times but never stopped to enjoy the view.
Geo Dad happy he got to use his extendable mirror before climbing and retrieving - beautiful views. Tftc
I had to use my special tool to get it as I am not a gymnast. Lol... Beautiful view from this cache.
Thanks JustInKache for the cache

Found with Ryvez after a visit nearby to get a much needed hair cut! The hint confused me but after some clambering around the cache was soon in hand. An interesting view, thanks for showing us today:)
This was a very easy find thanks to the help of the clue. I took my friend with me to introduce him to the game, and told him where he might look, and he didn't believe it was there, until I told him to just trust me, and sure enough, it was where I suggested he looked. I love the hint. It makes it so much easier.
Muggles arrived shortly after, and sat in the rotunda, so we got there just in time.
I never knew this beautiful little place existed, and what a beautiful place it really is, such lovely views still, thanks for bringing me here.

Beautiful day for caching. At the GZ it became apparent that there many places to hide this cache. I would have been searching for ages if i hadnt read previous entries. Happy hunting. TFTC
We had a list of caches to find today to fulfill requirements for our [GeosportZ 2016](http://geocaching.com.au/dragonzone/game/geosportz2016/ladder/) assault, and this hide wasn't one of them. But upon passing, the area was deserted and looked interesting, so we pulled in and chanced our hand at a find.
It didn't take too long to work out where the cache was going to be, and we soon had it in hand. Neat hide and good coordinates! Awesome views all round from this location.
Thanks JustInKache.

My little man couldn't quite reach this one so Poppa had the climbing honour! Great lookout, TFTC!
I thought I was still young enough to climb around gear..
TFTC and the cryptic clue

I nearly gave up on this one, then read of few of the past logs and realised that there was some spots I had not yet searched.
I found the cache and returned it back to its spot.

Off to find a cache today, the view was great the weather today even better, sun was shining!! The lions were protecting the cache. TFTC
After a great night out catching up with muggle friends, we still had to find cache for our streak :cO Heading home, and a quick search on the app for an for a likely find, we decided to give this one a go. We started searching in the wrong place and ronso was considering a DNF :c( Then red did a little bit more reading and, bingo!! Cache in hand, signed and ten minutes to spare!! That was close :cP TFTC!!
Was bewildered by the hint. Eventually it dawned on me. Thanks JustInKache.
Found during a tour of the northeastern suburbs. Thanks for the cache JustInKache!
We were on the lookout for passing muggles as Mr TiedyeSmileys did the quick scramble and grab. Think the last cache that was here was in the bushes.

Dropped B off for a girls afternoon high tea and saw this just around the corner so decided a small detour was in order. Kids used to go to the school just down the road but this was not here at that time. Quick find on arriving at GZ. TNLNSL. TFTC
Had a fail moment at GZ asking if that middle structure was usually a sundial. Oops!
A quick find with JamboChicken, TFTC

Our fourth find ever, 1st geocache after school, first geocache for our youngest geokid.
Quick find thanks for the cache.

I should not be having to do gymnastics like this at my age! Just where are the grandkids when you need them? Anyway, with limited options for the hide I came up with the goods in the second place I tried. Nice views from here! Thanks JustInKache
There were lions here !!
Concrete ones
And a cleverly hidden cache too !!
I fell for the clue and went searching in the wrong place first up
But there was a more 'cryptic' meaning to the clue, so I did some acrobatics, and found the cache in the next place I poked
Good that there were no muggles around to see me making a monkey of meself [^]

Today, after the event to celebrate Dr Owls recent significant achievements (I'll leave others to decide which was more important), I found myself in a group with the necessary tools. This time is was my turn to climb, and shortly had the cache in hand...
Then had a huge giggle to myself at the name of one of the sponsors. The business phone number only had seven digits, implying an old time frame but I'm pretty sure that if 'Mine Craft Engineering' is still around the owners are extremely happy with their choice of name now! TFTC JustInKache!

CACHING - Cachers [green][B]Acquired Caches[/green][/B] Hunting In Nomadic Groups, especially when younger legs and tools are required. After attending a breakfast event a small splinter nomadic group ventured out for a successful day of specialising in caches that required above normal height elevation. A quick find and some interesting older signage was noticed TFTC
Still travelling with the 'random' bunch of cachers we found, Timotatus and I came in for the kill.
Lions already tamed by RidetheGeoWalrus, frogs, owls and others. Made an easy find
tftc , and the view

Good spot. Only found it after spying the hint left by a previous cacher. Someone who can climb or is very tall is a must with this one. Good thing we had someone who was both!! Thanks for the cache!!
Running errands and I time to grab a few, 'kind of' local caches that
didn't yet have smileys.
Not too many options for a hidey hole once the bushes have been
ruled out so it was a quick find for me here today.

Eventually found this one with a bit of cache creep so had to post this log . TFTC
We decided to cache nap the Blackadder's this evening for some caching adventures.
Had to get Crazy Geo Driver to retrieve this cache.

found this one while mrs Modu was testing her shoulder out on the bike after an injury she got while caching in November. Cheers. MODU.
Out for the afternoon with the ranger family exploring previously unknown areas for me being a southerner.
My GPSr was pointing to one place and while ranger 1 was exploring the trees I looked elsewhere. Called ranger 1 over and asked him to look there and cache was soon found.
Thanks for the cache JustinKache.

Found at 1535hrs with JJ52, after a quick trip into the bush a quick re read of the logs allowed a quick find. Nice hide, TFTC
Home for us is Perth's Northern Suburbs but we have recently embarked on a trip around Australia with our Cat and Caravan.
Now touring SA after attending Oz Mega we headed out today to hit a few local caches.
We parked the car closeby but there was a boy and his mum at GZ. On our approach they skuttled so the coast was clear. hmm well the GPSr took us into the bushes but soon enough we returned and soon had the cache in hand. Phew.

This had mee looking around for a while, until I saw some sneaky marks from a previous finder.
Another cache where I had to do Dr owl's dirty work! No lions were spotted here today.
Thanks for the cache JustInKache.
Thanks for the cache JustInKache.
A shy sushilord who didn't want his photo taken put on a gymnastics performance for Ismartis and Owl at this cache, and there were some nice views of the Adelaide Hills as well. TFTC JustInCache
Owl had already scoped out this cache and decided to come back with climbing equipment. However, today she and Ismartis brought their famous Sushilord extendo-arms and no equipment was required, with the cache being found exactly where Owl thought it would. Great views from here, but no lions spotted.
A great little spot that I didn't know existed!! Figured the hot afternoon sun would mean Id have the GZ to myself and I was right.... only mad dogs , Englishmen and Geocachers go out in the midday sun!! Thanks JustinKache for the hide!!!!
