After 777Tiger's return from Bremer Bay this morning, we reunited for an adventurous cache hunt through Lesmurdie and Gooseberry Hill. Battling the heat on this reasonably warm 36-degree day, we persisted in our pursuit, exploring the caches hidden within these scenic areas. To cap off the day's geocaching exploits, we indulged in dinner at a spot previously recommended by 777Tiger. The satisfying meal served as a well-deserved reward after a day of hot but fulfilling cache hunting adventures.Didnt have a pen here, apologies. Neat spot, a little too close to houses for my liking. Cheers Jacko26!
This is a great cache for people just starting out. It’s quite fun and you never know what you’ll find.
Made a quick find after creating some steps on the way down. Cache in good condition TFTH
The tree did not hit the container, it's still there! TFTC Jacko26 & Harry2351
Planned a morning in the hills hunting caches today. Found McFonz would be in town so teamed up to talk down a few puzzles, trads and multis.
Found the first around 7am and the last around 12:30pm. McFonz tracker said 19,500 steps and over 14km walked, a good day out!
Thanks to all the COs. Great time of year to be put here. Wild flowers including orchids everywhere. TFTC

Out with SpatialRiq for a spot of caching today. Kicked off early and went until after lunch.
Nice day for it and made a few finds to get the count up.
Quick find by SpatialRiq here while I must have still been admiring the scenery.
Thanks for the cache.
Cheers

Got this with just enough time to stop off and watch the sunset from this beautiful location. Thanks for bringing me here TFTC
Out for a walk in Kalamunda on the whistlepipe trail. Beautiful morning for it, and enjoyed a pub lunch afterwards in the heart of Kalamunda.
I was allowed to get one geocache today, and it had to be a park and grab. So this was it.
Thanks for the fun, nice hide. Be nice to see a few more around these parts.

Found with Bushchook5. Sacrificed my shoe to get down. All dirty but it was worth it. TFTC
This was our first search for a cache. And we found it!!! Took us a while though. We looked everywhere. We thought it was going to be gold. It was lovely to look through your cache! Thanks. Good spot to leave it.
Out on a day of geocaching on a drizzly day around the lesmurdie / Kalamunda area.
Found without too many hickups, almost went arse up however!

Saw this hadn't been found for 6 months, so wasn't completely sold that it was still here. Found it tucked away though after a few minutes searching. TFTC Jacko26 & Harry2351.
Was scanning the map for a target this arvo and this one seemed to fit the bill. After parking up nearby I made the treacherous decent to GZ where on a quick scan of the area I spotted the container from about 5 meters away.
Thanks for bringing me here, great views.
Jacko26 I found your cache at 4:43pm, this was the 1st of 1 finds for me today and brings my total find count to 3573. The cache was in good order and I replaced it as found.

A quick find on a sad caching day. Planned the zig Zag caches but closed for an event.
Bought my friend up here for her first geocache adventure. Found this one after a long walk we thought would be short but worth the views. Tftc

Decided to walk off lunch and accompanying pastry that I devoured at a local Kalamunda cafe and snatch a few nearby finds at the same time. Nice quick find.
On my mission to do 15000 steps today I walked from kalamunda to find this cache, my pencil must have wiggled its way out of my pocket because it was gone when I went to sign log book, used a sap covered piece of bark instead TFTC now the walk back,

Ooh- Yeh and I were on a mission this morning to try and grab as many surrouinding caches before the Earthcache event at the Boya Quarry. Up nice and early and on the road.
We started up the Zig-Zag with a good mixture of puzzles, multis and traditionals.
This was our first find of the morning and good to get it and off the DNF from the last cache. A nice quick find once we wandered to GZ
Cheers for the cache Jacko26&Harry2351

Great title for this style of hide Jacko26. Thanks for another hills cache to keep me entertained on my occasion visits to this part of Perth.

Out for a day of caching with my family and Mistraluna... I helped Mistraluna find this one! TFTC Jacko26
The car was parked some 200+ metres from this cache, so Mistraluna kept on walking with DangerMouse09 whilst I drove the car around... It was definately quicker to walk than drive as they were waiting for me when I arrived closeby Time to refuel with some lunch & move onto some more caches... TFTC Jacko26, Beautiful area here [^]
Headed north yet again, this time teaming up with jasenjanine and little DangerMouse09. Day started off a bit shaky for all of us, but we weren't deterred from our mission. Little DangerMouse and I headed off to find this one whilst Janine drove the car around the long way. Danger Mouse made the find after a gentle prod in the right direction. He happily pointed out to mum where the cache was, then gave her a colourful ring that he found in the cache too. Thanks Jacko26
Quick find with iluvtrekking - nice container.

After parking at the end of the cul-de-sac I walked over to this one, and made a quick find in the obvious spot although my GPS wanted me to go further. I was keeping a careful eye on the very large ant holes nearby, and made it out safely.
Great views from up here too! Thanks for the cache Jacko26!

FTF at 6.50am. TFTH knew what I was looking for because I was talking to Jacko26 when he won the container. BUT lost my car keys and had to call the RAC out and get towed home. Whist I was waiting geosqueaks came along with geodog. On there way back to their car asked if I needed help, they guessed I was a cacher we had a good chat TFTH Jacko26
STF @ 7:50am! Great view up here and GeoSqueaks loved the contents. Left 2009 GC. Met poor TrevKevRed and her furry gang waiting for the tow truck. Our geodogs set off all the neighbourhood dogs, wake up everyone the cachers are here! Thanks for a great hide
After finding the new cache nearby the Better Half and I came over to find this one as well. Found without problems and the log signed.
We were about to depart when one of the neighbours inquired about what we were doing so explained geocaching to him. May have a convert now.
Thanks Jacko26 for the cache.
