We looked high. We looked not so high. We read previous logs and went high and looked down. We used our torch. We found nothing but a green frog.
Thanks for the fun anyway PJATPAC.

Decided to let this one go. Hopefully we can replace with a new one soon. Thanks to everyone who searched for or found it.
A nice outing with the family. A really nice cache for my parents experience the fun of geocaching. TFTC.
Today we left Toowoomba heading to Allora. We did caching along the railway series, back country roads & out around the many farms.
All the caches we found were in good condition & some wonderfull & scenic locations.
This was a team effort, I sent hubby up to find this one
Thanks for placing this cache PJATPAC

Captain Terror and I were in Toowoomba doing some Mega related things and after our meeting it was time to head south to our second home. We decided to take the back roads and do some caching on the way and this was the next one on our list.
We parked the car off the road and headed down towards GZ. I managed to kick a stump with the top of my foot and as I hadn't changed out of meeting style shoes I had a nice little cut on the third cache of a 4 day trip. Hmmmm.
As this was all happening the Captain was now at GZ. He managed to get himself into a position where he could see the cache easily. He passed me the logbook and I signed our names. He replaced the logbook and cache as found, then it was time to head back to the car and on towards the next cache. Thanks for the cache PJATPAC. I hope we get back one day to finish the series.

With the amount of visits I make to Stanthorpe, mostly on Mega business I think I can almsot claim residency there. It sure feels like a second home.. or maybe home is my second home by comparison? Either way, today Net88 and I had had a Mega meeting in Toowoomba and now were blasting southwards against the clock and before the sun disappeared. But not before a geocache or two was found along the way.
Truth be told we planned to do more of this series, but it was not to be this time. I got distracted an managed to drive clean past the spot. Never mind, 1km further on we made a hard 180 and headed back. I parked us pretty close and safely off the road. On foot we headed in.
Net managed to use her foot to collect half of the stuff on the ground, but not one to dilly nor dally I got stuck into locating the geocache. I'm a believer that the high ground has the best vantage so quickly made this find into a T3, but managed to spot the beast quickly. I flicked it out and passed the logbook down to Net to do the signing bit. All in good condition it went back as found. A nice break on the way south and an eventful find for us. TFTC PJATPAC

A DNF to start the day and now a DNF to finish the day...... I had to use the torch but I think I looked really thoroughly. Please tell me it has not gone missing.........
Out and about with IolantheK on a Friday frenzy. We had met at our usual spot and were heading west to find some smiles.
Time for one more before it is totally dark. Or maybe not. it was rather black under the tree cover. Perhaps a light would be useful.
I checked the terrain rating and decided wher I thought it would be. IolantheK disagreed, but for once today I managed to find a cache before her
Nice and easy, but I would recommend a light after dark ;-P

Heading westward for a play day around Gatton with teamdfl We had just completed the Pharoah's Trail series, and decided we had enough daylight to pick off a few more smilies before heading back to Brisbane
It's funny how we can convince ourselves as we arrive at GZ where the cache is going to be, and discover we are completely wrong!!!! That happened here, and I went straight to the sign No cache! Oh, ooopps, GPSr says another 30 metres... Good thing we had my phone with its bright lights as we needed it at the real GZ. teamdfl went in for the grab this time. TFTC, PJATPAC.

Here on a visit to the food festival and couldn't leave without finding a few caches along the way. Quite an interesting series and fun to find
Well this turned out to be our last cache after the food festival. Had a bit of a walk to get here, and a bit of "adventure" to retrieve it, but all good in the end!
Enjoyed the few we did in this series, thanks PJATPAC

Cool, found it. Lifted one of my boys up to a higher vantage point and he found it easily.
Out and about with trek4ward and C Yeo Later to do the Farm Run series. Trek4ward beat us to it! Love the surprise on top! TFTC.
Fifth and final find for us today as geobaby was due to wake up from her sleep soon.
Another trouble cache for the short Mrs CacheThief, so Mr CacheThief to the rescue for this one.

Took me a while. Was about to give up as I thought I had looked in all the obvious places, when I looked back from another direction and thought I could see another hides hole. Dipped in my hand and I had the treasure. Took TB
Out with bman found the cache lying on the ground so placed it up high after reading the hint might need to b checked to c if its the right place
A beautiful spring day out with the Geo Grandchildren - This was a nice easy for the granddaughter. Took small bouncy ball and left TB. TFTC.
After searching for a couple of minutes I walked in at a different angle and was easily spotted. TFTC
Found with Parko's as part of the Scouts Geocaching competition. Thanks for the cache
After visiting family in Toowoomba, we had decided to head to Stanthorpe with belleanna14 for a fun weekend doing what we love to do. Found this while on our way to our campsite for the night. Found with the lid off. Shame people try and stuff things in caches that don't fit
Removed toy that was too big for this cache and lid now fits nicely. Thanks PJATPAC

Another cache that is better done in the dark as there are lots of muggles around and traffic is very constant. Its a short walk from the rest area and the cache is safe and sound. thanks for a great hide PJATPAC.
I think a possum may have been playing with the container because when I arrived at GZ it was on the ground in plain sight so I signed the log and placed the cache where I though it should be.

Raced out on this unusually warm August arvo to grab this to continue our streak in the 31 days of Geocaching...11 from 11! TFTC
Found it with geofriends. Forgot to bring a pen and no pencil inside box so couldnt sign it.
Found! This one had a cute and appropriate cache design - we liked it! Very exposed spot though - think we had more than one strange look from passing motorists! Took plastic coin and marble; left periscope (yep, that's right, a periscope!); signed log. Thanks for the cache.
Once at GZ, BD made the find quickly. Nice place to take the dog for a walk and let him have a run on the oval. He also provided a useful cover for curious muggles.
What a gorgeous cache this one is - top marks for the artistic touch, goes into my faves for that extra attention to detail! Left a "Found" embroidered patch, took nothing. SL, TFTC!
I had to do a bit of a u turn but was soon parked nearby to GZ, as I approached I was being watched by a large bovine that seemed interested very little in what I was doing. After a quick search and trying to look inconspicuous as a lone male goes into a small thicket near the road side the cache was quick to hand, Especially after I read the hint... Cheers to PJATPAC for this one:-)
A great day out caching around Toowoomba with Ian from Team Robins.
We found a variety of caches, all well hidden.
TFTC, PJATPAC.

We picked up some lunch and stopped in the near by park to enjoy it. After eating we went and had a look for the Cache. The topper bought a smile to our faces. Cheers.
After the climb up the Table Top and the Event at Picnic Point headed south for a few extra days caching.
This is one of our favourite parks so to stop here and walk to get another cache is no imposition.

Found at 1535. Could have parked much closer but I was exercising my troublesome leg. Co ordinates are spot on. Looked in the obvious spot but could not find it but reassessed my attempt and soon had the container in hand. Loved the little mascot on top. This one is definitely not for the vertically challenged and it was a bit of a reach into its hiding spot. Now to continue on.TNLNSl TFTC PJATPAC
PJATPAC...that was not very nice having lots of caches published when I was away.
I parked a short distance down the road and walked back.
A great spot for a hide.
Thanks for the cache.

Visiting from Newcastle NSW, staying in Toowoomba for a couple of nights, unfolded the geobike and rode to this one, TFTC PJATPAC!!
I saw this one come up just as Muddtrax and I were about to have dinner with family. After having eaten, it was a dash to the geomobile, fuel up and off for the Series. Hoping that everyone had been geo'd out after the long week end, we were keen for some FTF's. Our anticipation was high and there it was .... A clean log book, something that hasn't been seen for quite some time. TFTC PJATPAC
#579 ~ Yippee!! FTF @ 1928hrs with Krossbo. Haven't done night caching in a while and what better excuse than to chase FTF's!! We were very happy to be greeted by a blank log sheet [^]. TFTC PJATPAC!!
